What it is

AppDeploy is an AI app builder that bridges the gap between generating an application and having somewhere to run it. You describe what you want in ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible AI agent, and AppDeploy handles the entire deployment path: it provisions hosting, manages the backend services, sets up a database, handles authentication, runs quality checks, and returns a live shareable URL without any infrastructure setup on your part. The platform is designed for the workflow where you prompt an AI to build an app, see it running live, iterate on it in conversation, and never set up a server.

What you build and how

The deployment happens directly from chat. You don't leave your conversation with the AI to deploy, configure hosting, provision a database, or manage domain routing. Instead, AppDeploy becomes the runtime the AI talks to. When the AI finishes building your app, AppDeploy handles turning it into something people can actually visit.

Frontend apps are built as polished web interfaces. AppDeploy generates them as Progressive Web Apps by default, so the finished application is installable, which the features page says makes apps feel closer to products users keep using. You can also connect a custom domain when you're ready for production, with HTTPS and global delivery built in. The platform serves apps from managed hosting without requiring you to pick a hosting provider or set up infrastructure.

The backend stack is handled behind the scenes. AppDeploy gives the AI a runtime with backend routes and full-stack building blocks already available. You don't configure the backend separately; when the AI asks for database records or API endpoints, it has the tools ready to use. The platform includes native AI integrations inside the deployed app, so your app can call text generation, image generation, voice processing, web scraping and similar capabilities without building third-party integrations yourself.

Data storage works the same way. AppDeploy includes a built-in database so your app can store records and user data. You don't wire up Postgres or another separate database service. Storage is provided for uploads, generated files, media and other assets your app creates. Authentication is included, so your finished app can have login flows and user management.

The platform includes QA. The FAQ says that when QA finds an issue, AppDeploy returns visual bug reports and test results to the AI agent, which can then fix the problem in the next round of the conversation. Autonomous QA is optional and sits on the paid Plus plan.

You can continue iterating after the first deploy. Apps aren't frozen at publication. Keep asking for changes in chat, and AppDeploy redeploys updated versions. The platform keeps version history, so the AI can inspect previous versions or roll back if a change went wrong. The FAQ says you can pull the latest source or a previous version at any time. This iteration cycle is designed for rapid product development where small improvements and refinements happen continuously based on user feedback or changing requirements.

AppDeploy integrates with other platforms. You can deploy apps from ChatGPT, custom GPTs, Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, Slack, Notion, Linear and other MCP-compatible tools. Each integration means you can describe an app right where you're already working and get a deployment without switching tools.

Evidence from the pages

The free plan includes AppDeploy's core capabilities with daily, weekly and monthly credit quotas. Free gives 100 credits per day, 400 per week and 1,000 per month, shared across all apps in your account. No credit card is required to start. Free apps display the AppDeploy watermark on the app itself. Autonomous QA, custom domains and watermark removal require the Plus plan.

Plus is $20 per month on a monthly subscription or $200 per year. The site lists Israeli pricing of $23.60 per month or $236 per year, and says Israeli prices include VAT while elsewhere taxes are determined at checkout. Plus provides higher quotas: 1,000 credits per day, 5,000 per week and 20,000 per month, shared across services. Plus adds autonomous QA, custom domains, watermark removal and priority support. Monthly and annual subscriptions have the same quotas. Active subscribers can buy top-up packages: 5,000 credits for $8, 10,000 for $12, 20,000 for $20. Israeli top-up pricing is 5,000 for $9.44, 10,000 for $14.16 and 20,000 for $23.60. Customers can enable automatic top-ups to keep building without hitting quotas.

Apps typically go live within a few seconds. The site publishes a gallery of example apps built through the platform: an AI nutrition tracker called Calorit, a subscription dashboard that tracks recurring bills on a calendar, a digital nomad budgeting app called NomadBudget, and a private friends-only World Cup 2026 prediction league. Each entry shows the prompt it started from. The company says the FAQ covers how credits, top-ups, subscriptions and cancellation work. AppDeploy reserves the right to delete a free app and its hosted data after 30 consecutive days with no visitors and no deployments, though advance notice isn't guaranteed except where required by law.

A shareable URL is generated once the app is ready, and you get a link right away. Custom domains are available on Plus. The platform provides managed hosting, HTTPS and global delivery without manual infrastructure setup.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

AppDeploy suits founders and product managers who want to move from an idea in a text prompt to a running, shareable URL in minutes without ever leaving the chat. The gallery shows the kind of project that fits, such as trackers, dashboards and small community apps, where the speed of iteration matters more than design control. Someone who already works in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Figma Make can add deployment without changing tools.

The pages describe managed hosting, so a team that needs to choose its own infrastructure is outside what they promise, and they name no hosting region or compliance standard. Free apps carry a watermark and can be deleted after 30 days with no visitors and no deployments, so a free app is a prototype rather than a place to keep data you need. Credits are shared across every app in the account, which means a busy week of iteration can use up the daily and weekly quota. Custom domains, watermark removal and autonomous QA all require Plus. Teams that need to run custom middleware or configure deployment end to end would manage that themselves from the source the FAQ says you can pull.
