What the product is

Funnelforms is a builder for multi-step lead-generation forms, sold as a plugin for WordPress. Its page title reads "Multi-Step Forms for Lead Generation", and the home page invites you to "create smart multi-step forms for your WordPress website with artificial intelligence" so you can win more ready-to-buy customers, find staff and digitize business processes. The reader it speaks to is a small business owner, marketer or agency who wants a website to produce leads rather than sit as a brochure. The site's footer credits Funnelforms LLC and a span of 2015 to 2026. The site runs in English and German.

What you build and how

The editor is drag and drop. The home page says you create high-quality forms "with a few clicks using drag and drop, without touching a line of code." A post on the company's blog says the builder lets you add, customize and rearrange elements to get the look you want. Templates cover cases such as a contact form, a survey or an order form, and you can change colors, fonts and add explanatory images so the form fits your site, or adjust the appearance with CSS.

The central idea is the funnel. Multi-step forms split a long inquiry into steps. The home page describes a "psychology of sales" approach, in which the forms are meant to be self-explanatory and show visitors only the question that matters to them. Conditional logic does that work: the page says "If A then B", so you build questions logically and link them to lead visitors toward their goal. The company's blog describes it as showing or hiding dynamic content based on responses. Data validation checks that only correct and complete information is submitted, and the same post says you can track form abandonment to see where visitors drop out and raise conversion rates.

Forms are labeled 100% responsive, so they work on any visitor device. The product is offered in 15 languages, with more added over time, according to the home page. The navigation separates a "Cloud-App (Version 4)" from a "WordPress Plugin (Version 3)", and the site also links an Appointment Booking page and a live demo. Pricing is split the same way, with separate entries for the cloud app and the WordPress plugin.

What happens to a submission is up to you. The home page says you choose whether to send an email, add the entry to an email list or send it to a CRM, and calls the possibilities unlimited. Integration runs through Zapier: the company says "More than 5,000 integrations to apps", using the Zapier connection to read each form entry and its answers, build logical connections and route each lead to the right person. It also shows named tiles for Pipedrive, HubSpot, fincrm, ActiveCampaign, KlickTipp and Deals & Projects, each marked New. Those are labeled as CRM or email-marketing connections on the page.

The three categories this entry sits in meet in one product. As a WordPress form plugin, it installs into a WordPress site. As a forms tool, it is a funnel-style builder where the form is the sales path. As a WordPress builder, the home page says the plugin can "turn your website into a new customer machine."

What the pages state

A post on the company's blog lists its licenses. There is a free plan "with basic features and a limited number of questions and forms." The Personal plan starts at €22 a month, or €17 a month with an annual subscription, and offers unlimited forms per domain, submissions and integrations. The Business plan costs €57 a month, or €47 a month on an annual subscription, and adds domain licenses and priority support. The Agency (Reseller) plan, aimed at larger companies and agencies, is available from €117 a month, or €97 a month with an annual subscription. The blog also invites you to "start your 30-day free trial for the Pro version now or download the Free version." The free plan and a trial are separate offers.

On results, the home page claims "up to 377% more leads" and says customers on average achieve a threefold increase in leads, sales, customers or applicants. These are marketing claims from the company, shown with a comparison of a standard form against Funnelforms. A blog call to action says "over 5,000 satisfied users" are already benefiting from optimized lead generation.

On privacy, the company states Funnelforms is GDPR-compliant "according to current, europe-wide data protection laws." It says that at no point is data processed or stored on its own or third-party servers: leads and personal customer data reside entirely on your website and web server. The blog adds that the plugin is a self-hosted solution so you control performance under high traffic.

Support routes named on the site include a Help Center, a scheduled demo call, a Member Area and a Trustpilot link, and the blog post adds a knowledge base, video tutorials and dedicated customer support. An affiliate program is open to people who recommend the product. The top menu also offers a live demo, so you can try a form before installing anything, and a "Generate your Funnelforms for free in just 60 seconds" prompt in the page title points at the same low-friction start.

The same blog post sums up the feature set as a drag-and-drop form builder, multi-step forms for breaking complex inquiries or surveys into manageable steps, templates that can be modified with CSS to match your branding, conditional logic, data validation, and integrations with CRM systems, email marketing tools and major interface providers so form data flows into existing workflows. It also says the self-hosted design is meant to keep performance steady with large data volumes and high traffic. The blog itself publishes lead generation, online marketing and WordPress strategy articles, such as pieces on KlickTipp and GetResponse email marketing.

Who it suits and who it does not

Funnelforms suits a WordPress site owner, small agency or sales-minded marketer whose main goal is lead capture: a quote request, an application or a qualification form that guides visitors in steps. Teams on Pipedrive, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or KlickTipp will see their tools named. An agency can look at the Agency (Reseller) tier. Privacy-minded European teams will note the on-your-server data claim.

It is less natural for someone who wants an app builder, a database or dashboards: the pages describe forms and lead routing, not data apps. The free plan limits the number of questions and forms, so it works as a trial run of the builder. The Zapier route means most of the 5,000+ connections go through a third tool. And with two product versions, a cloud app and a WordPress plugin, a buyer has to pick the right one first.
