What Flazio is

Flazio is a website builder from Italy, aimed at small business owners who want a professional site without technical knowledge. Website Planet's 2026 review calls it "a user-friendly website builder that requires zero tech knowledge" and describes it as "ideal for small business owners". SourceForge and Slashdot, which both carry the company's own product description, present it as an all-in-one route online: you get a domain name, edit a template, and publish the same day. Slashdot's company details list the founding year as 2012 and the country as Italy, and IntelBee describes Flazio as "an Italian website builder".

Everything below comes from third-party reviews and software directories, and each fact is attributed to the page it appeared on.

What you build and how

Flazio is a template-first builder. Per the reviews, the common path is to sign up, pick a template, and customize it in a drag-and-drop editor. CMS Critic describes the signup as remarkably simple: you give an email address and a password, and you land on a page of templates sorted by business type, such as portfolios or real estate sites. Website Planet counts 100+ templates on the free plan and 1000+ themes on the paid plan. The company's description, as repeated by SourceForge, says you "start with a template and customize each element with a click", and that adding content such as products and reservations is "just a drag-and-drop away".

The editor. CMS Critic spent time in the WYSIWYG editor and calls it smooth, intuitive and free of lag. The widgets you can drop onto a page sit on the left of the screen, so inserting a text box means scrolling the list and dropping it in. Site settings sit on the right, and the settings panel marks which options are available to free users and which are premium. Every element can be moved anywhere, and right-clicking some elements lets you lock them in place, bring them forward, or copy and paste. CMS Critic also notes that adding Facebook and Twitter "like" buttons and boxes is easy. One flaw it reports: some editor labels, such as the ones for adding pages and the menu, were still in Italian at the time of that review. Website Planet reads the template system the same way, noting that you get plenty of personalization options and build by dragging elements such as images, maps and buttons, and it calls the templates "very personalizable".

Websites and blogging. For a brochure site, portfolio or small-business page, the template library and editor are the core. Website Planet adds that you can include blogging and multimedia features, and that the free plan comes with a blog and search engine optimization. Slashdot's feature table for Flazio marks newsletter management, landing pages and web forms, a survey builder, SEO, pre-built templates and real-time editing as supported, along with content import and export.

Online store and bookings. This is where the nocode-ecommerce membership comes from. The company's description, as repeated on SourceForge, says that "with an online store, ecommerce, and automation, you can launch in no time." Website Planet confirms basic e-commerce functionality, naming a shopping cart and a PayPal button, and says the Professional plan includes e-commerce and booking tools. Slashdot's feature table marks both an online store builder and online booking as supported. Website Planet is direct about the ceiling: it calls the e-commerce basic.

Integrations. Website Planet describes the app market as relatively limited, though it does include useful integrations: links to Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter, blogging and multimedia features, and the shopping cart and PayPal button. SourceForge's integration listing for Flazio shows Facebook as supported.

Domain, hosting and email. The company description repeated by SourceForge says you can get your own domain name with Flazio. Website Planet says connecting a custom domain requires the Professional plan. Digitale.co, an Italian comparison site, lists the paid plan as including a domain free "for life", 5 email boxes and a marketing panel.

What the finished site is like for visitors. CMS Critic's test site on the free plan got a long generated address on a flazio.com subdomain, and a small floating button reading "Like this site? You can make your own here". Visitors can close the button, but it makes plain that the site is on a free plan. CMS Critic also reports that the free plan offers no e-commerce option, but that it lets you earn money through Flazio's ad revenue service.

The evidence from the pages

Plans and prices. Website Planet's 2026 review lists 2 plans: Free at $0 and Professional at $9.00. The free plan includes 200 MB of storage, access to 100+ themes, a blog, and search engine optimization. A custom domain needs Professional. The paid option adds access to 1000+ themes, e-commerce and booking tools, phone support, and more. Website Planet calls the Professional plan "quite affordable". Digitale.co, writing in Italian, says the paid version "non supera i 7 euro al mese" (does not go above 7 euros a month). SourceForge's pricing box for Flazio lists $9 per month with a free version supported and a free trial not supported. Website Planet lists Professional with unlimited hosting storage. The figures come from different sites in different currencies and are given as each source states them.

Ratings and rank. Website Planet gives Flazio 4.3 and ranks it 108 out of 252 website builders it has tested. The review was first published on February 10, 2021 and had 18 updates.

Reach. IntelBee reports 7,847 websites detected using Flazio. That is a technology-detection count, not a customer count from the company.

Support. Digitale.co says Flazio's operators are available only through chat, email and WhatsApp, and that the site also carries frequently asked questions. It adds that the editor is intuitive though awkward in places, and that tutorials help new users learn it quickly. Website Planet's reader comments include negative experiences with customer service and refunds, dated September 2022. Treat those as individual reports, not as a finding about the company.

Limits that reviewers name. CMS Critic says the free plan has two drawbacks: an unprofessional-looking web address and the floating promotion button. It still calls the Premium option "fantastic value". Slashdot's table marks white label as not supported and invoices as not supported.

Who it suits and who it does not

Flazio suits a freelancer, a local service business or a first-time site owner who wants a template, a drag-and-drop editor and a low monthly price. The free plan is enough to try the editor, and the $9.00 Professional plan is the point where a custom domain, booking and e-commerce tools and phone support arrive. A shop owner with a handful of products, or a business taking appointments, fits what the reviews describe.

It is a weaker fit for a store that expects to grow, since Website Planet calls the e-commerce basic. Agencies that need white labeling will not find it, per Slashdot's table. Anyone who wants a large app marketplace will find the integration list short, by Website Planet's account. Teams should also weigh the Italian-language editor labels CMS Critic ran into, and the mixed customer service comments on Website Planet, before committing a business site to the platform.
