What Builderly is
Builderly is an AI-assisted site and app builder for businesses that run on bookings, products and repeat customers: salons, studios, shops, programs and similar service companies. The homepage line is "Your business. Your site. Your app. Live today." It is written for the owner who wants a website and a mobile app without hiring developers or an agency, and it says so directly: "Builderly isn't a build-anything platform for developers. It's a structured tool for businesses that run on service, product, and consistency."
Its tagline is "Build it your way. Tech for non-tech minds." The homepage promises "no developers, no agencies," and the FAQ answers the question of whether you need a developer with "No. You describe your business in plain English and the AI builds it. No developers, ever." The product is filed under websites first, with booking and scheduling and mobile apps as its other 2 categories, and both of those are core to what it sells.
What you build and how
You start by telling the AI what your business does in plain English. The homepage lays this out as 3 steps: describe it, customize it, launch it. The AI builds a first version, and then you change it in what the company calls a "patented visual editor," which it says "stays free forever, even after the AI builds your app." Whatever you change, the page says, stays responsive on every screen. The FAQ puts later edits in the owner's hands: "Open the visual editor and change it yourself - colors, prices, pages, anything." The site also links to a Patents page about that editor. The site claims the result "launches instantly on web and mobile."
The structural idea is one build and one backend. Builderly says your website and your app are never out of sync: a booking taken on the site shows up in the app, and a sale in the app lands in the same dashboard, with "nothing to connect, nothing to maintain." For mobile, the app installs straight from your website, so there is no app store wait and no rejection risk, and the homepage contrasts that with app store cuts of 15-30%.
The features page groups the product into modules that are already wired together.
Bookings. Clients book from any device around the clock. You set staff, working hours and locations, and you can add a second location "without a second system." Automatic email and push reminders go out before each appointment to cut no-shows. This is the booking and scheduling category in the product's own terms.
Payments and selling. The same checkout handles physical products, digital downloads and monthly memberships. Clients can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on web and in the app, and invoices and receipts go out automatically after each sale.
Management. A dashboard tracks sales and visitor numbers in real time, and customer chat sits inside the same product, so there is no separate inbox. The site also lists several languages and sites served from one account.
The Features menu names a wider list: online stores, booking services, programs and courses, blogs, social features, chats with audio and video calls, in-app and push notifications, a visual email builder, user profiles, AI recommendation algorithms, subscriptions, ads, companion apps for franchises, dynamic models, invoicing, advanced analytics with GA4 and Meta pixel, automations, managed infrastructure and load balancing, and custom developments. A documentation index covers themes, headers and footers, custom components, translations, locations and partners, SEO and meta settings, and an AI assistant.
If you already run a business elsewhere, the FAQ says you can migrate yourself, or the Builderly team can migrate your existing bookings, clients and content as part of a Supported Build.
What the pages state about plans and limits
Prices are in euros, and the pricing table has weekly, monthly and yearly toggles. With the weekly toggle selected, the 4 self-service plans read as follows.
- Free, €0. A one-time 500 AI credits, website plus web app, 50 images, a free branded domain with no custom domain, an SSL certificate, 300 unique user sessions a month, and no card payments.
- Business, €3.27 per week. 500 monthly AI credits, website plus app, 1,000 images and 5GB storage, a custom domain with full DNS access, 10,000 unique user sessions a month and a 4.4% commission on card transactions.
- Pro, €9.75 per week, marked "Most popular." 1,500 monthly AI credits, unlimited images and 10GB storage, up to 30,000 unique user sessions a month, a 4.1% + €0.25 card commission and a free .com domain.
- Pro Plus, €29.25 per week. 5,000 monthly AI credits, free deployment to app stores, unlimited images and 50 GB storage, 90,000 unique user sessions a month, a 3.8% + €0.25 card commission and the free .com domain.
The commission line is the number to model. The homepage says card transactions run "down to 3.8%" with 0% on other sales, and that you keep "up-to 96.2% of every online sale and 100% if it's not a card payment." The Free plan supports no card payments at all, so a shop needs a paid tier to take cards.
Supported Builds are the done-for-you option: the team designs, builds and migrates existing bookings and client data, "From €500-€5,000, one-time," for established businesses. The pricing FAQ says the Self-Service plan is month-to-month with no contract, and that you can move from Self-Service to a Supported Build later without losing what you built.
For proof, the homepage gives 2 stories. AllSport "scaled from 7 to 18 locations on one platform," with 300k+ bookings. Dunav41, a family business, built a gallery and online store in a month with no developer. These are the company's own case studies. The site footer says the business is backed by Fund 2 LP of Vitosha Ventures, whose operations are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
Who it suits and who it does not
Builderly suits an owner-operator or a small multi-location business that thinks in appointments, clients and payments and wants a website and an app from one account. The session limits rise with each plan, from 300 a month on Free to 90,000 on Pro Plus, so you can start small and move up as traffic grows. A shop that wants to avoid app store fees will like the install-from-website route.
It is not trying to be a general builder. Its own copy says it is not a build-anything platform for developers: the product is built "from parts that already work," which keeps setup short but means the modules are Builderly's rather than something you wire up yourself. Analytics connect through GA4 and the Meta pixel, and payments run through Builderly's own checkout with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. As a caveat, card sales carry a commission on every paid plan, from 4.4% on Business down to 3.8% plus €0.25 on Pro Plus, so a business with large card volume should run its own numbers against that line before choosing a tier.
