What Avantiy is
Avantiy is an AI website builder for small businesses. Its page title says so directly: "AI Website Builder for Small Businesses". You describe your business in a few plain-English sentences, and it gives you a starting point with pages, copy and structure that you then personalize in a visual editor. The company's promise is that you stay in control, "with real people here when you need help". The reader it serves is a small business owner, freelancer or local service provider who wants a professional site, and possibly a store, without hiring a developer. The footer says Avantiy is "Made with care in the UK", and domains in its cart are priced in pounds.
What you build and how
The workflow has 3 steps. First you tell Avantiy what you do, sharing your business, customers and style. Second, the AI drafts pages, copy and structure ready to personalize in the visual editor. Third, you publish by connecting your domain. The company says "there is no blank page and no code to learn", and that you can create a free account to add a logo and personalize the site with no card required. The site says the whole thing is "free until you publish".
Design control starts with templates. The company describes categorized templates and sections that you can use as they are, or customize and then save, share with your team and reuse across projects. The pages describe responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile, and a simple editor where you refine every word, image and layout. The editor includes an AI content assistant built into the text tool: it can generate new content, check grammar and spelling, and edit or translate existing copy. The home page shows template examples for a baseball team club, a business consultant, a SaaS demo landing page, a cycling club, a law firm and a mental health professional.
The data layer is a built-in CMS. Avantiy describes Dynamic Pages as "One page design, unlimited generated pages": you store content in Internal Collections inside the editor, or in external collections such as Google Sheets, Airtable or other external databases, and one design generates a page per entry. The company names real estate listings, recipe pages, portfolios, catalogs and directories as uses. You can also add a pre-designed dynamic page already linked to an internal collection and fill it with your own content. A connected content library pushes changes from your datasets to any connected widget on the site. The features menu adds a Dynamic Repeater for repeating layouts that grow on their own, Multi-Step Forms described as guided forms with conditional logic, and Personalization, described as trigger-based popups that boost conversions.
Widgets are the extension mechanism. The company says there are over 50 of them, including popups, maps, booking tools, payment solutions and customer reviews, and you can create custom widgets that integrate into the platform. Apps go further, adding services such as bookings, events, CRM chatbots and marketing to a site. For connecting outside tools, the home page says there are pre-made integrations for 400+ popular apps, plus custom integrations for more advanced users, and its logo strip names Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Tableau, Gmail, OneDrive, MS Excel, Dropbox and GitHub. 2 newer product areas are called out in the menu. Online Booking turns any site into a booking engine. Memberships turn a site into a paid community, with gated content exclusively for members inside the platform.
For selling online, the ecommerce page promises online stores with multiple payment providers, marketing tools and omnichannel integrations. The company's own guide to online stores describes the setup as choosing a template or starting layout, adding products, connecting payments and publishing, with product pages, checkout, design controls and basic SEO tools in one workflow. Its launch checklist is practical: complete product pages, a homepage that explains what you sell, visible contact information, a connected domain, SEO titles and descriptions, a mobile layout check and a review of shipping or delivery details. It also says that a store, a domain and a professional website can be built from the same dashboard.
SEO and discoverability get their own area. Built-in SEO tools let you manage metadata and sitemaps, and AI SEO tools speed up the writing side. A separate menu item, AI Visibility, is described as helping you get found by AI search and assistants. Under Security the menu claims "ISO 27001 & SOC2 certified infrastructure", and under Accessibility "WCAG 2.1 AA tools built for EAA & ADA".
Domains and email are part of the offer. You can bring a domain you own or find a new one when the site is ready to go live. The company says domain and email are included, with 3 hosted mailboxes free for 12 months on yearly plans. SSL is listed with the responsive templates and built-in SEO.
For teams and clients, the menu lists Client Management, described as "Permission-based client site access", and Team Collaboration, "One workspace for your whole team", which suits freelancers and small agencies handling several sites.
What the pages say about price and terms
The site publishes no plan names or prices on these pages; a Pricing page is linked from the menu. What is stated is the entry condition: you can start building for free, and the site is "free until you publish". The mailbox offer is the only dated term, 12 months free on yearly plans. There is a Knowledge Base and a Book Training link for support, and the company says real people are available to help. The legal links include a SaaS Agreement alongside the terms of use and privacy policy.
Who it suits and who it does not
Avantiy suits a small business owner who wants to describe the business, review a draft and publish quickly, then keep growing the same site with a store, bookings or a members area. Freelancers building for a few clients can use the saved designs, the team sharing and the client management area. Its CMS and dynamic pages also give a small content site room to grow without moving platforms.
There are limits to weigh. "Free until you publish" means the real cost begins at launch, and the plan prices sit on a separate pricing page. The ecommerce description is high level, naming multiple payment providers and omnichannel integrations without detail, so a store with a large catalog or complex inventory has more to test during the free build. Avantiy is a hosted builder, so a developer who wants to take the code elsewhere is not its main reader.
