What VoiceAIWrapper is
VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label AI voice agent platform for agencies. The company's definition on its homepage: a white label AI voice agent platform "lets one company resell AI calling under a different company's brand. The reseller controls the domain, logo, client portal, pricing and billing. The underlying conversational agent platform stays invisible to the end client." The site says VoiceAIWrapper is "built specifically for agencies rather than for enterprises buying voice AI for internal use."
So it is a branded client portal for voice AI, not a new voice engine. The reader it fits is an agency owner or freelancer who sells AI calling to clients, from "agencies managing five client accounts to call centres with twenty or more." The pages do not give a company location or founding year.
What you build and how
The portal your clients see. The homepage says each portal "carries your domain, your logo and your product name. Clients see their own calls, recordings, analytics and appointments. They do not see the provider or how the service is assembled. You control exactly which sections each client can open." You can add your brand with your domain, logo and a support widget, insert custom pages, and create portals in multiple languages. The portal also gives clients access to their usage and billing history, and the site mentions email alerts. A comparison page puts the branding promise in one line: "Your clients see your brand only. Custom domain, your logo, your colors, your pricing tiers." That line is why the product sits under portals.
The voice engines underneath. VoiceAIWrapper "sits on top of Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna and Ultravox rather than replacing any of them." You bring your own API keys, keep your own provider relationship, and the provider bills your voice minutes directly at its rates. The homepage gives each engine a one-line description:
- Vapi: "Code-first voice agent platform." The site adds that VoiceAIWrapper is a listed Vapi platform partner.
- Retell AI: "Voice agent platform with a low-latency call runtime."
- ElevenLabs Agents: "Voice, chat and multimodal agents with a RAG knowledge base. Ideal for B2B use cases."
- Bolna: "Voice agent platform with Indic language depth. Available on select plans."
- Ultravox: "Speech-foundation-model architecture rather than a stitched pipeline."
"You can operate 5 conversational agent platforms side by side in one account," and every agent in a connected account appears in your portal. Per the site, Growth connects Vapi, Retell AI and Ultravox, while Scale and Pro add ElevenLabs Agents and Bolna.
Campaigns and agents. This is the chatbot-builder side of the entry. The homepage walks through the build: connect a provider API key, add your own domain, logo and product name, create a client portal and assign the agent, campaign and phone number, then "Build an outbound AI calling campaign, then take a live test AI call." The comparison pages say the platform supports programmatic campaign deployment via API and webhook. The agent behavior itself, such as prompts, voices and call flows, is set in the underlying provider. The pages do not describe a prompt editor inside VoiceAIWrapper, so expect to design the conversation in Vapi, Retell AI or another engine and use VoiceAIWrapper for packaging, assignment and client access.
Billing. You set client pricing and "clients pay you into your Stripe account." The site describes pricing tiers you define per client and a billing history clients can view. The site also names an additional Stripe rebilling fee at a competitor but not at VoiceAIWrapper, which it describes as having no transaction-fee markup.
Setup. The company says setup takes about 60 minutes, under the heading "From API key to your first branded client portal in an hour." Each agent takes 1 to 2 hours to recreate on your chosen provider if you are moving from another platform. The Pro plan "includes assisted migration."
What the pages say about plans, cost and customers
VoiceAIWrapper publishes prices, which most platforms in this directory do not.
- Starter is $29 a month, and the comparison pages state white-label is included on it.
- Growth is $79 a month, Scale is $249 and Pro is $499.
- Client accounts. The plans include 5, 10 and 20 client accounts for Growth, Scale and Pro. Additional client accounts cost $15 on Growth, $12 on Scale and $10 on Pro. The pages do not state a client count for Starter.
- Trial. "7-day trial. Card required. Your selected plan starts on day 7 unless canceled." The site also has a 7-day refund request policy.
- Voice minutes. VoiceAIWrapper does not mark them up. You pay the provider directly, with Vapi at about $0.05 a minute in the company's examples. Carrier and telephony costs are excluded from its calculators.
- Customers and reviews. "Join 1,000+ agencies who run their voice AI offer on VoiceAIWrapper." The homepage shows 5.0 on SaaSHub and 5.0 on G2.
The comparison pages are the company's own arguments against rivals, so read them as claims. Against Awaz, the company says white-label there needs a $297 a month White Label tier and that Awaz routes voice through Retell at $0.12 a minute with a 2% fee on Stripe rebilling. For a freelancer with 3 clients and 500 voice minutes a month it shows $54 a month on Starter ($29 plus $25 to Vapi) against $357 on Awaz. For 25 clients and 10,000 minutes it shows about $749 on Scale against about $1,497, a $748 a month difference. Against Autocalls, it says white-label sits on a $419 a month Whitelabel tier with 3,500 included minutes and $0.09 for each extra minute. Those figures use the company's assumed $0.05 a minute for Vapi.
The same page is candid about one point: "When Awaz is the better fit," it says, includes wanting "a 14-day free trial that includes $10 of free voice credit," which is longer than its own 7 days.
Who it suits and who it does not
VoiceAIWrapper suits an agency or freelancer who already sells, or wants to sell, AI calling to clients and needs a branded front end, client logins, usage views and Stripe billing without building them. A solo founder can start at $29 a month, and the pricing follows client count, so costs move as an agency adds clients rather than with call volume. It fits agencies whose clients use different engines, since all five providers can run side by side in one account on the higher plans. The Pro plan's assisted migration helps teams moving off another white-label tool.
It does not suit a company that wants voice AI for its own staff or customers only. The company says it is built for agencies, not enterprises buying for internal use, and those teams can connect to a provider directly. It also is not a standalone voice engine: you need an account and API keys with at least one provider, and provider charges come on top of the subscription. The pages describe no on-premise or self-hosted option and no compliance certifications, so teams with those requirements need to ask first.
