What Growcify is
Growcify is a no-code eCommerce SaaS platform for retailers who want their own branded Android and iOS app, a website, a point of sale (POS) system and an inventory dashboard without hiring developers. Its pages describe the goal as going live "within 24 hours". The company's site is written for shop owners in grocery, D2C, restaurants, cloud kitchens, dairy and fashion, and for marketplace operators who want many vendors on one platform.
The site is run by Localites Community Private Limited and lists Emergent Ventures and Google for Startups as backers. It publishes pricing both in rupees for India and in dollars for the rest of the world, and says Razorpay and Stripe handle payments.
What you build and how
The core idea is one stock count shared by every sales channel. The home page puts it this way: a branded app, a website and a counter POS "all stay in sync", so one sale at the till and one on the phone "draw from the same shelf". Orders from the app, the website and the POS land in the same dashboard, with the same products and stock levels.
The app. The eCommerce App is a single-vendor or multivendor app for Android and iOS. The page promises you can go online in 24 hours and launch on Google Play and the App Store within a week. You can try demo apps on the stores before signing up, and the page links to real examples on the Play Store. Customer engagement tools are part of the app: unlimited push notifications, which the page says about 70% of businesses use for repeat sales, and abandoned cart recovery. You see every abandoned cart in the dashboard and retarget those customers with push notifications.
The website. The eCommerce Website is built in what the company calls the Growcify web studio. The steps it lists are to upload your logo, add your domain, fill your inventory and go online. The storefront is described as responsive, dynamic and fast on every screen size, and the product suite blurb calls it SEO-ready. Two shopper features are named. Wishlists let customers save items for quick reordering, and the page cites that about 65% of frequent buyers use them. Subscriptions let customers receive products on a schedule, which the page calls ideal for grocery, dairy and essentials.
The POS. POS Software is for billing at the counter, and it syncs with the app and website. The pricing page lists a Point of Sale in the Basic plan.
The dashboard. The Inventory Dashboard is described as an easy, fully no-code place to manage stock, sales and orders. It also holds invoices and refunds (invoices are generated, and refunds go to the customer's wallet), payment links for collecting money outside checkout, and sales and inventory analytics. In a multivendor setup the same admin view lets you compare vendor performance.
Marketplaces and franchises. This is where the marketplace and directory builder side of the product sits. The multivendor app gives each vendor dashboard access to manage their own orders and inventory. The page says it suits marketplaces, franchises, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens and multi-location retail, and shows "Unlimited vendors" and "Unlimited orders".
Setup. The home page lists five steps. Step 1 is to sign up with a free account, and step 2 is to register your business details. The company says "No card to start" and that a real person helps you set up. You can also schedule a demo or "talk to a human".
Hosting and scale. The home page lists auto-scalable servers, "~99.99% uptime" and millions of requests daily. The FAQ says your data is secured and only accessible to you through your account.
Ownership. Growcify is hosted, so there is no source code to take with you. The FAQ says plainly that it "does not provide source code". Apps are white-labeled depending on your plan features. You also bring your own domain: the FAQ says Growcify does not provide one, so you buy it from a registrar and connect it.
What the pages state
Pricing is shown on a toggle between India (₹) and outside India ($), with billing options labeled Quarterly, Yearly, One-time and Pay as you Grow. The site says "All prices exclude applicable taxes" and that final live amounts are confirmed in the dashboard after signup. The figures below are the rupee ones.
Growcify Basic is labeled "Best for new businesses, startups & entrepreneurs". It costs ₹2,500 a month, billed quarterly at ₹7,500. The listed inclusions are:
- 0% Growcify platform fee
- a single-vendor Android and iOS app
- a Point of Sale
- 1,000 free SMS credits
- 5 GB of media storage
- unlimited orders, products and customers
- push notifications and abandoned cart recovery
- payment gateway and shipping integrations
- a sales and inventory dashboard
- access for up to 10 employees
- an app live within 24 hours
The page also says a custom dashboard domain is not available on this plan and points to Enterprise for it.
Pay as you Grow is the per-order option. The pricing page lists "All features included", access to the Android and iOS apps, website and POS, and working-hours email support. The platform fee applies to every order, whether it comes through the app, website or POS, whether it is delivered or canceled, and across all payment methods including cash on delivery. A consolidated platform-fee invoice is generated at month end, and unpaid invoices pause services after 5 days until the balance is cleared. The same block lists a one-time setup of ₹20,000, a security deposit of ₹5,000 and an "AMC / year" charge of ₹7,500. The deposit is refundable if you discontinue Growcify, and dues after non-payment are adjusted from it.
The home page says multiple plans carry no per-order platform fee, and the FAQ confirms that the fee applies only on Pay as you Grow. The Enterprise plan includes priority support and a dedicated account manager.
The FAQ is direct about terms. You can cancel at any time, but there is "a zero-refund policy". There is no contract or NDA to sign. Upgrading or downgrading is allowed, with different rules for one-time plans.
As for customers, the app page says "Trusted by 1,000+ businesses" and names Rungta, Indigo Greens, Emzy and Rufil. The home page says "1,000+ more across 10+ countries".
Who it suits and who it does not
Growcify fits a shop owner who wants a branded app in customers' pockets and a till that shares stock with it, and who does not want to manage servers or a developer. A grocer, a dairy, a cloud kitchen or a small chain gets the most from the combination of app, POS and subscriptions. A marketplace founder who wants many vendors on one admin view can start on the multivendor app instead of assembling one.
The caveats are real. There is no refund and no source code, so you are committing to a hosted platform and to your own domain purchase. The per-order fee on Pay as you Grow applies even to canceled orders, and the ₹20,000 setup charge plus the ₹5,000 deposit is a bigger upfront outlay than the Basic plan's ₹7,500 quarterly bill. The site names Razorpay and Stripe for payments and says nothing about other regional payment coverage, so merchants outside India should check their local needs before committing. Teams wanting custom code beyond the visual tools have no escape hatch here.
