Socioverse is an Instagram AI suite for creators, coaches and agencies. The company's site describes it as one agent that reads your account and sets up the week across 6 products (DM, Leads, Planets, Studio, Calendar and Reports) and "stops for your approval before anything is written." Its DM automation is the part that competes with comment-to-DM tools, but the product is wider: it also publishes posts, sells digital products and sends reports. It runs on Instagram's official Graph API, and the site says Socioverse is an approved Meta Tech Provider.
What you build and how
The homepage organizes the product as a week. On Monday, Studio reads the top Reels around your account, scores the hooks and turns the winners into ideas in your voice, so you read a shortlist instead of scrolling for 2 hours. On Tuesday you tell the agent what you want, and it reads what worked last month, proposes post slots and stops; you approve, reject, or open Calendar and change them first. On Wednesday, Calendar publishes what you approved at the hour you picked, through Instagram's official API, and each post shows Published with its send time and account. If Instagram refuses a post, you see the reason and the retry, not silence.
DM is the automation product. The FAQ describes the mechanics: you set a keyword trigger on a post or story, and when someone comments it, Socioverse sends them your message, lead magnet or multi-step sequence by DM, optionally behind a follow gate. Delays, conditions and handovers let a sequence keep the conversation going, and every delivery is logged with its state. The homepage example has someone comment GUIDE and a PDF land in their DMs within the minute. Because you write the template once, the reply reads like you.
Leads is the lead-tracking layer. Every DM that lands becomes a row in Leads: handle, email if they gave one, the automation that brought them and the sequence they are in. You can export the CSV or let the sequence keep going. The comparison page lists story reply triggers, a follow gate for lead magnets, and contact ownership with CSV export.
Planets is the link-in-bio and storefront, and it is the reason the product also belongs with site builders. A Planet is, in the company's words, "your Instagram link-in-bio that sells," hosted at socioverse.io/planet/@you. It has 2 public pages: the link-in-bio page, and a storefront at /planet/@you/store that lists every product you publish, grouped by your own categories with search and price sorting. It sells digital products and PDFs, online courses with a gated learner portal, event tickets with capacity limits, and paid 1:1 bookings backed by real Google Calendar availability with automatic Google Meet links. Buyers pay by card or UPI in India (Razorpay) or by international card (Dodo). You get payouts, discount codes, templates and analytics, and the Planet is wired into DM automation and Leads, so the link a buyer tapped can be traced back to the DM that sent it.
Reports closes the week. On Sunday, Socioverse sends reach, engagement, followers and what each post did, written up and sent on the day you chose. The comparison page calls them client-ready weekly reports.
The agent is the chatbot-builder angle, and it is built around permission. It reads freely: your Reels, comments, DM log, leads, scripts, calendar and reports. With your approval it can schedule a post, create or switch on a DM automation or sequence, write a template, generate ideas and scripts, run a Studio research pipeline, run an account analysis, and send a DM. It never publishes on its own, never deletes anything and never touches a Planet order or payout. Before any write, it shows the affected item, the intended result and the limit it counts against, then waits for Approve or Reject, with a link to open the item in its product if you want to change it first.
On the AI side, the FAQ says generation runs on a range of models, routed per task so cheap work does not run on an expensive model, with a fallback provider behind it. Scripts, hooks, captions and ideas follow your Knowledge Base of past content, brand guidelines and tone, and the company states that no model is trained on your content. The pages do not name the models.
Plans, pricing and limits
The Free plan costs nothing and runs unlimited DM automations and unlimited DMs with no card, according to the homepage. Paid plans add the agent, the AI studio and competitor tracking:
- Starter, $21.99 a month.
- Creator, $56.99 a month, described as for scaling creators.
- Agency, $103.99 a month, described as for teams managing several accounts.
The trial gives you the Creator plan in full for 7 days with no card: competitor tracking for up to 3 accounts, AI ideas and scripts, unlimited DM automation, Leads, your Planets storefront and Reports. When it ends you move to the Free plan, which keeps unlimited DM automations and unlimited DMs for good. The FAQ says the pricing page lists current limits per plan, so check it for per-plan numbers.
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and access runs to the end of the paid period. EU and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing unless they asked for the service to start straight away at checkout. Otherwise a period that has started is not refunded.
The company's ManyChat comparison puts numbers beside a competitor. It says ManyChat's free plan stops at 25 contacts, that ManyChat starts from $17 a month and is $39 at 2,500 contacts, and that its pricing scales with active contacts while Socioverse's does not. It quotes Socioverse as $21.99 a month from Starter and $56.99 with weekly reports. These are the company's claims about a rival, so confirm ManyChat's current prices with ManyChat. The same page is candid about where ManyChat wins: channel coverage across WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger and Telegram, template variety, and integrations with tools like HubSpot and Shopify. It also says you cannot import ManyChat flows automatically, so they have to be rebuilt.
On safety, the FAQ says Socioverse never drives a logged-in browser session, which is what gets accounts restricted, that your password is never stored because you connect with OAuth, and that you can revoke access from Instagram settings at any time. It also says nothing on Instagram can be guaranteed risk-free. The footer links to Security, a Data Processing Addendum, a "How we use AI" page, a public REST API and developer docs. The pages state no certification such as SOC 2.
Who it suits and who it does not
Socioverse suits an Instagram-first creator, coach or course seller who wants one tool for DM automation, lead capture, a small storefront, a posting calendar and a weekly report, instead of paying for each job separately. The free plan makes the DM piece free to try, and the 7-day Creator trial shows the whole week before you pay. The Planet storefront suits someone selling PDFs, courses, tickets or paid calls straight from a bio link. The Agency tier and client-ready reports point at people who run several accounts for others.
It is not a multi-channel messaging platform. The comparison page marks WhatsApp and SMS automation as absent, and says that for those channels ManyChat is the better fit. Payment options are described as card or UPI in India through Razorpay, or international card through Dodo, so check that your market is covered. Because the agent waits for approval on every write, it suits people who want to review, and it adds a step for people who want fully hands-off automation.
