What TS No-code Platform is
TS No-code Platform is an enterprise no-code platform for building workflows and business applications, sold by a company that uses the short name TS. Its home page puts the pitch in 2 words, "Secure, Custom", under the line "We Democratize Digitalization". The reader it is written for is an IT or operations team in a company that wants to digitize services and internal processes without a long development project, with legal, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and small-business teams named as examples. The company behind it is TS NoCode ApS, whose address in the site footer is in Birkerød, Denmark, and the site is published in English and Danish. The home page describes the people behind it as "a small team of experienced, high-performing professionals".
What you build and how
The site describes the platform as a place to build better workflows and applications "no matter what your industry", and it sells the result in 2 directions. The first is customer service: build customer experiences, scale service operations with connected digital workflows that automate work across departments, and convert existing services into great customer experiences while automating the repetitive manual work behind them. The second is employee workflows: make it easier for staff to reach what they need, set up intelligent automations that break down silos, and customize workflows across the organization. The menu names the building blocks as Data Modeling, Workflows and Security, with the platform overview and a customers section beside them.
Beyond the builder, the company ships finished applications that run on the platform, and the home page promotes 5 of them.
TS Relations is a sales application. The company says to customize your sales funnel to reflect your reality and to optimize every step from lead to prospect to customer, getting the sales team organized and automating trivial tasks.
TS Recruiter is for hiring. It is described as a unified application that brings all recruitment processes together, with transparency across the business for a recruitment process that has several stakeholders.
TS Expense is cloud-based expense management. Employees capture receipts and submit claims in real time, and workflow automation speeds up approval, payment and auditing.
TS Contracts is cloud-based contract management software. It helps organizations centralize contracts, automate follow-up and set up governance across the whole contract lifecycle, under the line "Get a Clear Overview. Reduce Risk."
TS Comply covers governance, risk and compliance. The company says to start with GDPR compliance and extend with ISO 27001, NIS2 and other regulatory compliance as needed.
A sixth name appears in the customer stories. LEO Pharma uses "TS TPD" to manage Transfer Pricing Documentation, which shows the same platform being used for a narrow, regulated job. Digitell goes the other way and uses a custom version of TS Relations coupled with inventory, delivery and ERP integration. So the packaged apps can be bent toward a customer's own process, and a customer can start from the platform with no packaged app at all, as Leute did when it digitalized its entire business model on it.
The customer quotes on the home page show the range of what gets built. A mobile inspection project is credited with "a productivity increase of more than 150%" by Bo Qvist Jørgensen. Cian Desmond, Global Tax Senior Analyst, says that "centralization and automation of our transfer pricing documentation saves us both time and money." DSB appears under production management, with the headline "DSB Keeps Energy Efficient Traveling on the Right Track with New Manufacturing System." Inspection, tax documentation and production management are three quite different jobs, which is the point the company makes with "no matter what your industry". The home page offers a free demo for a first look at the builder.
What the site states
The site has a Pricing section and a "Let's Talk" contact link, and the support page publishes the TS Support Plans table. The company calls the plans Standard, Premium and Enterprise, "an additional service program designed to provide technical support in accordance with your business needs". It says the Standard plan is sufficient for a broad range of customers while others are better served by a higher tier. The monthly price row, in Danish kroner, reads Free, 3.250,00 and from 10.500,00 across the 3 plans in that order. Support is offered on weekdays from 08:30 to 16:30 unless an Enterprise Support Agreement says otherwise. All prices are in DKK excluding VAT, and the company reserves the right to adjust them once a year, in January, in line with the Danish net price index or by a minimum of 2%.
The table compares the plans row by row. Reaction times shorten as you move up the tiers for each of the 4 severity levels, and resolution time is per agreement. Phone support runs on weekdays from 08:30 to 16:30, and a separate row covers 24x7 phone support for severity levels 1 and 2, which the page says some customers need. Other rows cover error notification (GreyLog, Server), an application guarantee and a platform guarantee, and support portal access. Standard includes 1 admin on the support portal, Premium 3, and Enterprise is per agreement, and the maintenance service window narrows from 00-24 on Standard to 16-08 on Premium and a 2-hour slot on Enterprise. A footnote explains the guarantees: every customer is covered by a platform guarantee, so any fault or defect directly attributable to the TS No-code Platform itself is fixed free of charge, while faults in TS Applications are resolved on a time and material basis unless the customer has an Enterprise Support Agreement.
The support page also defines 4 severity levels. Level 1 is "Business Standstill (service down)": a production application is down or badly malfunctioning, users cannot do their normal work, and the situation is treated as an emergency. The lower levels cover moderate loss of functionality where a workaround exists and minor failures that do not touch production. Customers and partners submit tickets through a TS Support Portal, and online documentation covers building and using applications on the platform. The menu also lists Training, Articles and an SLA page.
Customer names on the home page, each with the company's own one-line description:
- Kolon, a Danish family-owned company established in 1972 that makes interiors for schools, institutions and businesses.
- Digitell A/S, a seller of IT solutions, software, copy and print, IT support and hardware.
- DSB, Danish State Railways, described as the largest Danish train operating company and the largest in Scandinavia.
- LEO Pharma A/S, a multinational pharmaceutical company founded in 1908, headquartered in Ballerup, with a presence in about 100 countries.
- Leute, which offers support and treatment for children, young people and families with special needs.
- WTW (Willis Towers Watson), which uses the platform to digitize Front Office Apps and Services.
On compliance, the legal industry card says to "Build and deploy secure applications to meet compliance standards." GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 are named as compliance areas that TS Comply helps a customer manage, which is different from a certification of the platform itself. The platform menu lists Security as one of its 4 parts, beside data modeling and workflows.
Who it suits and who it does not
The platform fits an organization that wants a set of business apps it can reshape. A finance team that needs expenses and contracts, a sales team that needs a funnel it controls, or a legal and compliance group that needs GDPR tracking can start from a packaged app instead of a blank canvas. The mix of customers, from a pharmaceutical group and a national railway to a children's services provider working with municipalities throughout Denmark, points to mid-sized and large organizations that value a vendor-run support plan with severity levels and response windows.
It is a weaker fit for a solo founder or a freelancer who wants to see prices, sign up and build in an afternoon. The process is demo-led, with a priced support program on top. The first step is the free demo, and the support plans make clear that a long-term relationship with the vendor is part of the model.
