What Quixy is
Quixy is a no-code application platform with built-in AI, aimed at enterprise teams that want to build business apps and automate processes. Its home page headline reads "Powering Business Process Automation with No-Code and Built-in AI," and a later section promises enterprise app development that is "Fast, Smart & Limitless." The company says it lets businesses build enterprise-grade applications "faster, smarter, and without limits," whether "you're a business user or a developer."
Two readers are in view. The first is an operations or process team that wants to build its own portals, approval flows and internal apps without waiting on a developer queue; the site's solution menu covers accounts and finance, administration and operations, customer service, field services, HR, IT operations, procurement, project management, R&D and sales and marketing. The second is an IT team that wants one governed platform for many of those builders, and the site has pages for CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders and architects, as well as industry pages for banking, education, energy, construction, government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and logistics.
What you build and how
The editor. The home page sums up the no-code side as "Drag, Drop, Done," an intuitive drag-and-drop interface for creating custom apps "no technical skills needed." Quixy's own blog describes the details: a drag-and-drop user interface builder that lets you design applications "on a six-column layout with 40+ form fields." Advanced features it lists include facial recognition, field calculation, grid controls, sub-forms, QR code scanning and a built-in Sandbox environment for testing. You can brand the platform with your logo, colors and personalized themes. The User Interface Builder is described as letting you create "anything from customer portals to web apps," process automation is built visually, data is managed through visual modeling, and parts of one application can be reused to build new ones.
Templates. The blog says Quixy offers ready-to-use templates for standard processes such as applicant tracking, employee onboarding, leave management, and project and task management, so a team can start from a working process and adapt it.
Low-code for developers. A section titled "For Developers Who Want More" says developers can "extend app capabilities with low-code flexibility for advanced customization" and "integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party tools." The company's low-code roundup calls the result "a genuinely no-code experience for business users while still supporting low-code customization for developers." The home page also offers a choice of delivery: "Let us help you build, or build it yourself."
AI inside the platform. A section titled "Let AI Do the Heavy Lifting" says you can "automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and enhance app functionality with built-in AI features." The AI assistant is Caddie, which the home page says produces "detailed reports to real-time insights" and integrates with your existing systems. The company's blog adds that Caddie generates insights from workflow data in plain language and offers anomaly detection and "intelligent co-building capabilities." The blog also names a third product, GuideNow, described as digital adoption tools that help make sure the apps you build are actually used, so the ecosystem covers building, understanding and adoption.
Process automation. Business process management is a named initiative on the site, alongside digital process automation, citizen development, ERP, legacy modernization, process optimization and blockchain app development. The blog describes Quixy as best for "enterprise and government organisations automating complex multi-department workflows in operations, HR, procurement, compliance, logistics, and field service." Approval flows with business rules, validations and exception handling are the typical build, as the customer quotes below show.
Integration, mobile and administration. The blog says Quixy can be integrated with external applications such as Slack, Twitter, Mollie or Ideal, and the home page promises integration "with your existing tools for smooth data flow and interoperability." The Quixy app is available on Google Play for mobile access, and the site footer links a "Download the App" page. Admins get "full control over permissions, workflows, and configurations." The home page says security is "designed with" encryption and advanced protocols to protect data, applications and infrastructure, and the site has a Security & Privacy page and a Trust Center.
Trial, customers and recognition
The site menu links a Pricing page, and the footer offers a "Free Trial" and "Get Free Trial" alongside "Schedule a Demo." It also invites companies to become partners or submit referrals.
Customer results are the company's own statements. The home page lists "90% Faster Invoice Approval Processing for Axiom," KVGB reporting "83% ROI Gains with Attendance Automation," Rua Al Madina cutting manual effort by 80%, Choithrams cutting 90% of manual work, Yum! (MENA) with "70% cost and time savings," and SAICO with a 50% efficiency boost. Named testimonials include Vijay Konduru of Nekkanti Sea Foods ("accelerate application development time by over 60% while improving workforce productivity by 15%"), Rahul Partanabish of Compass Group, who says the team built a vendor onboarding application "in just four days," and MV Paul of Cochin Port Trust, who says "the cargo dwell time has reduced by 25%."
Recognition listed on the home page includes "Ranked #1 BPM, DPA and Application Development Platform in G2's Summer 2023 Momentum Report," a "Leadership in Innovation Award" at the NASSCOM SME Inspire Awards 2023, a Rising Star award at the National Startup Awards 2023, a SourceForge Fall 2023 Leader rating in no-code development, a 2023 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius, mentions in 2023 Gartner Hype Cycle reports, and Gartner Peer Insights' "Voice of the Customer (VoC)" report for enterprise low-code application platforms "3rd time in a row." The home page also says Quixy retains its Great Place to Work certification.
Who it suits and who it does not
Quixy suits a business-led team inside a mid-size or large company that wants to build approval flows, portals and process apps visually, start from templates, use AI for reporting and co-building, and perhaps have the vendor build a first version. The pairing of no-code builders and low-code developers on one platform, with admin controls and a sandbox, also fits an IT group that does not want two tools.
It fits less well for a solo founder who wants to publish a public website, a store or a consumer app: the product is framed around internal enterprise processes, and its named integrations are a short list next to its depth in workflow. The free trial is the practical way to test whether the form builder and workflow logic cover your process before a pricing conversation.
