What Nocode.ru is

Nocode.ru is a zero-code platform for digital transformation, a product of the Artsofte group, a Russian IT company with offices in Yekaterinburg and Moscow. The site describes it as a platform for creating services with the business logic and integration environment they need. It is aimed at large and mid-sized businesses that want to build enterprise solutions, both internal tools for staff and services for clients, without handing every change to developers. The legal entity named in the footer is ООО «Ноукодинг». The site is in Russian, and this entry translates its claims.

What you build and how

The company says zero-code technology sits in every feature of the platform, and that the whole interface is designed for people without development skills. You assemble services from ready-made platform components rather than writing code, and the home page says «Развивайте решения без вендора», which translates as develop solutions without a vendor, meaning your own team keeps making changes after launch. Where the components run out, a builder for custom functionality lets third-party developers and the customer's in-house specialists implement their own features on any code stack and publish them into the platform as modules.

The visual builders are the heart of it. The form builder is a drag-and-drop interface grid builder with more than 30 types of ready-made controls, which the company says can produce any interface for any type of service while keeping new services consistent with the design of existing ones. A page builder and a widget builder cover the screens around those forms. The process builder is a graphic editor with process templates for configuring each step of a service. The company calls it more flexible and simpler than BPMN 2.0, and says it lowers the entry threshold because you do not need to know the BPMN 2.0 standard to configure the system. A document builder generates any type of document inside a process for any role, reusing data from the client profile and the document model, with a visual builder for print forms. An electronic document management function (ЭДО, the Russian abbreviation for electronic document exchange) handles paperless workflows.

Permissions are handled by a role model that the site calls flexible: you configure any number of roles and set each role's access to a process, a sub-process or a fragment of a process, for internal and external participants alike. Signing is part of the process design. The site lists enhanced SMS signing, an unqualified electronic signature (НЭП), a mobile qualified signature (КЭП) and a qualified signature on a hardware token, and says the method is chosen in the process builder, so different processes and roles can use different signing methods.

Integration is done by API connectors with dynamic mapping. The company says a connector lets you layer a function over any integration and transform it dynamically, so teams can connect any IT landscape and any system used in their business processes without programming. The features page says connectors integrate with any system that supports REST or SOAP, and the site also advertises an open API, which the company presents as an answer to too few developer resources for changes to internal systems. The component list adds identification through ЕСИА and SberID, matching a selfie against a passport photo, support for any document and content format, and Sberbank payment services for legal entities.

Identity is covered by an adaptive IDP infrastructure, which supports existing digital passports and third-party commercial identity providers and can become the master system for issuing the company's own digital passports, so a customer does not have to rebuild its sign-in area. Branding comes from a built-in design system with theming, which the company says makes it quick to brand interfaces. For users, the site lists a web version and an adaptive version, and notifications by SMS, email and Telegram, plus a built-in messenger. A multi-tenant architecture lets you run an ecosystem of digital solutions for internal and external users on the same platform.

Underneath, the site names the stack: Angular and TypeScript on the frontend, .NET and C# on the backend, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or MySQL for data, and RabbitMQ as the message broker. The features page says the platform runs in a high-load environment for banks, insurers, manufacturers and other companies. Delivery is either SaaS, where the company runs the system and handles maintenance and regular updates, or on-premise on the customer's own servers, where technical control and data security move to the customer. The engagement steps listed are drafting requirements from analysis of your business processes, implementation, integration with other software and team training, release and testing, and then your own team creating new services and changing live ones.

What the pages state

The site publishes no prices or plan names on its main pages; a footer link leads to tariff information, and projects start with a request form.

The homepage lists outcomes the company attributes to the platform. For services aimed at external users, it states a 50% cut in employee labor and a 20% shorter order processing cycle, along with growth in digital channel conversions, client base and agent network. For internal users it states approvals of requests and documents that are 4 times faster, 30-40% faster resolution of work questions, fewer errors and inaccuracies, and 20% fewer overdue tasks. These are the company's own numbers with no method attached.

Industries and use cases are listed too. Industries named are horeca and retail, oil and gas, industrial, logistics, mining, and finance and insurance. Use cases include online sales, franchise management, agent services, work with suppliers and document flow.

The company behind it makes several claims on the page. Artsofte describes itself as in the top 30 SaaS solution providers in Russia, with 400+ employees, 5 products, more than 20 years in the IT market and a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Fund. It says 3,000 companies use Artsofte solutions, which is a figure for the whole group, not for Nocode.ru alone. The footer says the company is registered in registries it labels intellectual property and regulator-facing, without naming them. The features page says client data security is a top-priority area of work and publishes its security approach in sections on the application and on the deployment environment, for both SaaS and on-premise.

Who it suits and who it does not

Nocode.ru suits a mid-sized or large company that has many approval chains, client onboarding steps or document flows and wants business teams to build and change them without a vendor in every loop. The signing options, ЕСИА and SberID identification and the document exchange function are built in rather than bolted on. The process, role and signature design is a good match for an operations team in finance, logistics or retail that owns a set of regulated, multi-party workflows. Companies that must keep data on their own servers have the on-premise option.

It is a weaker fit for a founder or small team building a website, store or quick prototype. The company describes a sales-led process with analysis, implementation and training phases before a team builds on its own, and the site and its interface vocabulary are in Russian.
