What Knowledge Space is

Knowledge Space, called KS on its site, describes itself as a "No-code / low-code платформа интегрированного бизнес-планирования" (a no-code / low-code platform for integrated business planning). The site is in Russian, and its motto is "МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ. ПЛАНИРОВАНИЕ. ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ." (modeling, planning, optimization). The company says it is built on 20 years of experience digitizing planning processes and is meant for large and mid-size companies in all industries. Its contact block gives a Moscow address, and it presents itself as Russian software with a confirmed effect from implementation.

So this is a low-code platform with a specific job. It is not a general app builder for any department. A planning team, a supply chain group or an IT group at a large industrial or commercial company gets a platform where planning applications are built on shared models and data, and where its own no-code and low-code tools can be used to develop further services on top.

What you build and how

The company's product line is made of planning applications on the KS platform. The site says the line covers the basic elements of integrated business planning, namely demand, supply, scheduling and finance, plus extended components for strategy and portfolio management. The named products are:

  • Demand and Promo Planning (DP).
  • Supply Network Planning (SP).
  • Detailed Production Scheduling (DS).
  • Economical and Financial Management (FM).
  • Strategic Planning and Value Management (VM).
  • Investment & Project Management (IM).
  • Enterprise Landscape & Architecture (LA), for managing the IT landscape and architecture.

The site adds that the platform comes with a full set of corporate architecture management tools, which it calls a significant competitive advantage.

Beneath those products sits the platform. The component list names interface tools, BI analytical tools, a role model constructor, an integration constructor, a module for reference and master data management, a data warehouse, a BPMS, tools for developing arbitrary services in no-code and low-code, and a collaboration environment. The advantages section picks out the features the company says drive selection by leading Russian firms:

  • An object-oriented modeling environment.
  • Supply chain simulation and advanced supply chain visualization.
  • A full-fledged no-code / low-code layer.
  • An integration orchestrator (ETL).
  • A BPMS engine for business process automation.
  • A full-function Gantt chart.
  • Tools for enterprise architecture.

In plain terms: you model a business in objects, wire data in with the integration orchestrator, define processes in the BPMS engine, build the screens and extra services with the low-code tools, and run planning and analysis on top.

The company says the platform is built on a microservices architecture and a modern technology stack. Project cards on the site show how that is used. One for a large FMCG and retail company lists demand forecasting, distributing demand between suppliers, plan-versus-actual analysis of how well retail chains' needs are met, budgeting and sales and operations planning (S&OP). Another, for Gazprombank, describes a single information space with visualization of indicators of the health of the economies of countries around the world. A third, for Norilsk Nickel, describes a single configurable model of the production and economic chain, with one planning methodology across the ore-processing and metallurgy stages involving head office and production sites. A video case shows an oil and gas company assessing and choosing a field to invest in, from geological and production evaluation to the economic decision.

Plans, price and proof

The site publishes no prices or license tiers; a licensing policy page sits in the menu. The calls to action are "Запросить демо" (request a demo), "Запросить доступ" (request access) and a presentation download.

The one concrete commercial offer is the demo account. The site says self-service access to KS is "предоставляется полностью бесплатно" (provided completely free). After the contact details are checked, the company emails the platform address, a personal login and password valid for 1 month, and instructions and learning materials for self-guided exploration. Access runs 1 month. The site states that specialist support is not included in demo access, and that the company keeps the right to the final decision on granting it. The request form asks for your industry (oil and gas, energy, metallurgy and mining, chemicals, FMCG and retail, industrial manufacturing, logistics and transport, or banks and finance) and your goal, such as getting to know the platform, testing functionality, building your own model, testing on your own data or preparing a training project.

On size, the company says its team has about 250 specialists across development, implementation, support and promotion, and that more than 450 no-code / low-code developers outside the company are certified on the platform, a number it says keeps growing. It also positions KS as an import-substituting solution for SAP IBP, SAP APO, Anaplan, Quintiq, IBM Planning Analytics, Enterprise Architect and other systems, adding that import substitution was not the original goal. Its stated main task is technological sovereignty for Russia in planning systems for industrial and other commercial companies, along with reaching the world market.

The achievements section is long, and these are the company's own list of third-party rankings. It says the platform leads rankings in the IBP, SCP, CPM, BPM and no-code / low-code classes, and claims No. 1 in the IBP systems ranking for 2025 and for 2026, No. 2 in the no-code platforms ranking for 2025, a top-10 place in a CNews low-code ranking in 2022 and again in 2023 and 2024, and top-5 places in low-code and BPM enterprise rankings. It also claims the CIPR Digital-2025 award for the Norilsk Nickel planning project, "Лучшее цифровое решение в металлургии 2024" (best digital solution in metallurgy 2024) and "Лучшее low-code решение в нефтегазовой отрасли 2022" (best low-code solution in the oil and gas industry 2022).

Named customers speak for it on the home page. Artem Rogov, director of integrated business planning at X5 Еда, credits the vendor team's readiness to dig into business details. Stanislav Kuznetsov, vice president for finance at Raspadskaya, says a single model on KS let the company look at the whole chain from extraction through processing, logistics and sales. Two managers at NIS (Naftna Industrija Srbije) describe crew-loading plans, scenario forecasting and 2024 rollout work, and further endorsements come from Norilsk Nickel, Gazprom Neft and Gazprombank. A Messoyakhaneftegaz testimonial says a base integrated asset plan went into industrial operation in 2022 and that its effect "значительно превышает расходы на её внедрение" (significantly exceeds the cost of implementing it). Partners are described as consulting firms and IT integrators.

Who it suits and who it does not

Knowledge Space fits a large industrial, energy, metals, chemicals, retail or logistics company that wants one platform for integrated planning (demand, supply, scheduling and finance) and also wants its own people certified to build on it. The company's list of certified outside developers, its in-house team and its enterprise architecture tooling point at a buyer who plans a multi-year program, not a quick pilot. A Russian company looking for a domestic alternative to the foreign planning systems the company names will find that framing front and center.

It is not a fit for a founder, an agency or a team that wants a general-purpose builder for forms, sites or small internal tools. Pricing is not public, and the demo is a trial of a large planning platform, with no support attached. Buyers outside Russia should note that the site and its demo form are in Russian, with support hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.
