What Jiandaoyun is

Jiandaoyun (简道云) is a zero-code platform for building enterprise business applications, and the home page title calls it an AI-driven business system builder. The site's headline is "应用搭建,如此简单" (building apps is this simple) over the line "国内领先的企业级零代码应用搭建平台" (a leading domestic enterprise zero-code application platform). The copyright line names 帆软软件有限公司 as the rights holder, and the footer lists the FineReport, FineBI and FineDataLink products under the same 帆软 name.

It is built for operations, finance, HR, sales and administration staff in Chinese companies who want to build their own management systems, and for the IT teams that support them. The pages are in Chinese, with a prompt that sends visitors outside China to an international version, so this entry reads the Chinese site for an English audience.

What you build and how

The product menu is organized around a business engine and a set of controls. The engine has online forms, business processes, dashboards, an AI lab and an open platform. Around it are 5 control centers: organization structure, permission system, message notification, mobile collaboration and external collaboration. A further group of 5 named capabilities covers data alerts, custom printing, OCR, BPA and personalization, and the menu also lists scenario kits, CRM and a knowledge base.

Forms are the starting point, and the site spells out how they work. You drag fields onto a form or import an Excel sheet to generate one quickly, and then use it for data collection, reporting and archiving. The company describes the wider idea as combining functions so that data moves through collection, flow, processing and analysis. The blog explains the process side: you set up business and approval flows with simple drag-and-drop operations, which automates internal operations. Dashboards are the analysis end of that chain, and the platform ties into FineDataLink for data integration through a listed "简道云 x FDL" solution.

Templates are the fastest route. The home page says there are "200+应用模板" (200+ application templates) that provide standard management solutions and can still be modified without code. The ones it spells out are CRM customer management, purchase-sales-stock, ERP, project management, HR management and administrative OA. The CRM template, for example, offers 360-degree customer data management, analysis across sales stages and flexible sales rules. The HR template covers employee records, online approval for joining, transfers and leaving, and attendance, pay and performance data. The administrative OA template offers custom approval flows and paperless office work. The solution menu extends the list to warehouse management, small production work orders, equipment management, finance, vehicles, orders, a light MES, performance and SRM, plus a long list of industries from manufacturing and biotech to property management and semiconductors.

AI shows up in two ways. The first is an "AI场景方案" (AI scenario solutions) menu: AI CRM for analysis and customer insight, AI inventory, AI store inspection, AI equipment management, AI recruiting for résumé recognition and job matching, AI work orders for automatic dispatch, AI law-firm management, AI procurement and AI after-sales. The second is a product named 简道云AI x 悟帆, whose tagline is "把AI员工放进业务流程" (put AI employees into business processes). The pages do not explain how either is configured or what AI usage costs.

Integration is named by product. The site lists deep integration with WeCom (WeChat Work), where the company describes itself as a certified service provider, and use of Jiandaoyun inside DingTalk. Its blog adds that it supports Feishu and other mainstream office platforms and offers rich API interfaces for syncing data between systems. For deployment, a dedicated edition ("简道云独享版") offers a separate independent environment, described as flexible, high-performance and strongly secure. The pages do not state where data is hosted or whether the dedicated edition runs on your own servers.

What the pages state

The scale and market claims are the company's own. The home page shows 19 years of digital service experience, 22 million registered users ("2200w") and 2.05 million organizations ("205w") using it, plus "NO.1 IDC认证零代码软件市场占有率" (No. 1 IDC-certified zero-code software market share). The supporting list reads "中国低代码和零代码软件市场追踪报告 2023H1零代码软件市场第一" (first in the zero-code software market in the 2023 first-half China low-code and zero-code tracking report), a China representative vendor for citizen development platforms and for low-code application development platforms, and "中国低代码厂商排行榜第一" (first on a ranking of Chinese low-code vendors). Two security credentials are listed with the same badges: national information system security level 3 protection certification (三级等保) and ISO 27001 information security management certification.

The customer case center names companies by industry. Manufacturing shows 巴斯夫, 视源股份, 柳钢集团 and 东方日升. Retail shows 蒙牛, OPPO, 第六空间 and 港福珠宝. Construction shows 绿城建筑科技, 中国电建, 中国铁建 and 中交一公局. Transport, pharma and energy sections follow, with names such as 山东高速集团, 石药集团 and 中国石化. The page says the case center helps medium and large firms, growing firms and micro businesses find a matching practice. A downloadable case collection covers 33 companies across 18 industries.

Pricing is not listed in the page text. The navigation and footer link to a pricing page (产品定价), and the chat prompts include "你们是怎么收费的?" (how do you charge?), so the price depends on a plan you check or a sales conversation. What the home page does state is the entry offer: free registration, 15 days of a membership with no feature limits, 200+ management app templates free to install, and the ability to edit the templates. The trial buttons say "免费试用" (free trial), and there are booking buttons for a demo and for phone consultation. No free plan beyond the trial is described.

For learning, the site lists self-study help documents, video tutorials, scenario learning, a beginner training camp, community discussion, and beginner and advanced exam certifications. It also offers white papers, a zero-code knowledge map with more than 200 knowledge points, and a guide for building enterprise systems.

Who it suits

Jiandaoyun suits a Chinese company, from a small business to a large group, that wants department heads to build forms, approvals, CRM, inventory, HR and project systems from templates and adjust them without code. Teams on DingTalk or WeCom get named integration, and organizations that want their own environment can look at the dedicated edition.

The caveats are about fit. The company's own blog says zero-code platforms can face performance and extensibility limits for high-performance computing, heavy customization, complex algorithms or deep integration, and gives financial risk control and large ERP systems as examples better suited to traditional development. The site is in Chinese, prices are not in the text, and the pages describe no way to export code or self-host. A developer wanting a code escape hatch, or a non-Chinese team without a local need, will find the international version the better place to start.
