What ELMA365 is
ELMA365 is a low-code platform for business process management (BPM) and the products built on it. Its home page calls it an ecosystem of low-code products for automating business and business processes: BPM, CSP, CRM, КЭДО and Service. It is aimed at organizations whose IT and analyst teams want to model processes and ship corporate applications on one engine. The site is in Russian, and its menus are organized around the CIS market, where the company says its BPM system is the most implemented one ("Самая внедряемая система управления бизнес-процессами (BPM) в СНГ").
What you build and how
The core is the low-code BPM platform. The site describes a process and interface constructor that lets you introduce changes quickly and in a controlled way, thanks to low-code and the BPM engine. The pitch for the Low-code applications product is "Сквозные процессы на единой BPM-платформе", end-to-end processes on one BPM platform. A company-side article on low-code explains the philosophy: a low-code platform is a framework where much of the development is done with visual constructors, and where code is used when the constructor cannot do it or when code is simply easier. The same article places ELMA365 among corporate systems, and it separates no-code (no programming skills required) from low-code.
Three ideas from the home page's low-code section describe how a team works with it:
- a constructor for processes and interfaces;
- ready-made, adaptable solutions that package the vendor's expertise in industry and specialized products;
- an in-house competence center, meaning the platform is grown by the customer's own team of low-code developers and analysts.
ELMA365 Hub is described as low-code microservices for developing individual business tasks independently, and as a technology for comprehensive automation on the low-code platform. ELMA HighLoad is a different thing: an open report on load testing for 10,000 users.
The CRM side covers the second category this entry sits in. The home page presents ELMA365 CRM and CX as sales management and customer experience on one platform, with three parts. Sales is a platform for automating sales and managing customer experience. Marketing offers tools for managing the customer base and communication with customers. Customer service is omnichannel support for customers in B2B and B2C. Next to them sits ELMA Bot, a low-code constructor for building chatbots with artificial intelligence. One customer story, about the pharmaceutical company Glenmark, describes moving to ELMA365 CRM in 2.5 months after its previous vendor left the market. Another describes automating Bank Sinara's new investment line with ELMA365 CRM.
The rest of the ecosystem is built on the same engine, and the home page says the products are flexible enough to fit a company's specifics and together support end-to-end processes:
- ELMA365 CSP organizes electronic document flow inside the company, with a document portal, ECM and BPM solutions and a CSP Hub.
- ELMA365 КЭДО handles HR electronic documents, which the site calls the most flexible solution on the HRTech market: signing with several electronic signature types including Госключ, automation of any HR process, and a personal account for each employee.
- ELMA365 ESM manages corporate services, with a service desk with AI, automation of shared service centers and a corporate portal.
- Solutions on the platform cover procurement management (procedures, suppliers and budgets), project management with scheduling and a shared information space for teams, tax monitoring with OCR and an archive, and ELMA365 Fintech for front and back office automation at banks and financial organizations.
The home page sums up the result as managing customer relationships, document flow and internal services on a single platform.
Extensions come through the ELMA365 Store, which carries vendor and partner solutions for extending the standard functionality of the products and the platform. Examples named in the menu include data exchange with 1C, a complete solution for machine-readable powers of attorney (МЧД), an online document editor, Spark for counterparty checks and risk assessment, MD Mobile for automating field employees and KIT EHSM for occupational safety automation. The store's list continues with "ещё 100+" further solutions, over 100 more.
Plans, pricing and proof
The home page states these company claims: first place among BPM systems in the CIS according to ratings, more than 4,000 companies helped, and 250 or more technology and business partners. Elsewhere it says more than 4,000 clients trust the company with their business transformation.
Customer stories listed on the site include:
- Magnit, with a story about independent implementation of a low-code platform where there are no standard solutions on the market, at the scale of 368,000 employees;
- Lemana PRO, which says it cut the time to issue machine-readable powers of attorney by 98% with ELMA365;
- Stoloto, with an enterprise service management setup for HR, administrative services, finance and document flow, and approvals faster by 10 days;
- Sveza, which relaunched quality management and customer experience on the platform, automating CX, assignments and meetings without loading its IT team;
- INFORMAT, an all-Russian trade network that built a single digital environment for employees and customers;
- Sberbank Insurance Life, which the site says combined 8 internal areas on ELMA365 and sped up document approval 4 to 5 times;
- ЦИТ Минтруда РБ, a labor ministry IT center, which cut request processing time by 40% with ELMA365 Service Desk and raised SLA compliance to 95%;
- a fishing industry holding that cut costs by 40%, with counterparty checks going from 7 days to 1 hour;

The site also says the holding PIR Group received a single digital environment covering the whole contract life cycle after an ELMA365 CSP project.
On trying the product, the site offers a free trial that activates a SaaS version of ELMA365 for 14 days, and for a trial of ELMA365 On-Premises on your own servers it directs you to the company's managers. The footer links a Prices page, but the site shows no price figures. ELMA's executive director, Natalia Dolzhenkova, is quoted saying the company has been building software for more than 15 years. Learning and support channels named on the site are a help section, a knowledge base, the ELMA365 Community, the ELMA Academy, webinars, a partner network with a partner portal, and separate sales and technical support contacts that include Telegram.
Who it suits, and who it does not
ELMA365 suits a company that already thinks in processes and wants one engine for approvals, document flow, CRM and customer service, with a central team that can model processes and keep extending them. The competence center idea and the 14-day trial make it practical to test a real process before committing. A bank, an insurer or a public body that wants approvals, service desk and document flow on one engine will find case stories from its own sector.
It is less obviously a fit for a solo founder or a small team that wants to publish an app tonight. The site is in Russian, prices are behind a separate page, and the pages describe the platform at the level of products and case stories rather than editor features, so judging the building experience takes the trial.
