What the product is
Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform that pairs no-code visual designers with AI agents. Its home page describes a platform "where people and AI agents work together" with "no limits on users, agents, workflows, or scale." It is aimed at IT and operations teams in larger organizations that want to build and govern CRM, process and agent applications in one place. The site runs in many languages, among them English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Bahasa Indonesia, Polish and Vietnamese.
The entry covers the whole offer. A reader arriving from the CRM-builder page, the workflow-automation page or the chatbot-builder page lands here, and each of those threads is traced below in the company's own terms.
What you build and how
The home page splits the platform into 3 studios. Business Studio is for building applications "with AI coding agents and no-code visual designers." AI Studio is for managing "the end-to-end Enterprise agent lifecycle." AI Twin is for letting "every employee" build personal agents. The company describes an "AI-native engine" of coding agents and a modern AI stack to "build 10X faster," and it promotes "Advanced no-code designers to streamline visual config." The no-code material also lives under a No-Code Playbook and a No-Code Toolkit in the site navigation.
CRM. The headline product is a CRM for sales, service and marketing. The company calls it "Best-in-class CRM for sales, service, and marketing recognized by Gartner and Forrester." Its home page lists separate entry points for accelerating the lead-to-revenue cycle, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and delighting customers through service. A pricing line in the company's own article on CRM for higher education refers to "Agentic Creatio CRM" as a single CRM that unifies sales, service, marketing and operations, and the same article says you can choose between the all-in-one CRM and individual products. The home page also lists "Ready-to-use industry workflows" and "AI Agents across every CRM touchpoint."
Workflows. The company's headline for the workflow side is "One platform to orchestrate and run human-led and agentic workflows." The home page gives one concrete example, an AI-enabled workflow that qualifies leads and prepares for meetings. It separates two kinds of agent. Agent assistants are described as helping people "do more in less time," while autonomous agents are described as running around the clock under the line "you sleep, they work 24x7."
Agents and chatbots. The chatbot-builder link is the personal-agent idea. AI Twin is pitched as a way for every employee to build a personal agent, and the navigation also points to AI Trust and Governance and a "What is AI-Native?" explainer. The company's higher education article names Creatio.ai, an AI assistant that helps you build no-code tools and reach insights quickly, and credits the platform with next-best-action and next-best-offer recommendations. Creatio is best read as an agent platform inside the CRM and workflow stack rather than a standalone chatbot tool.
Building workflows by drag and drop. The same article describes a composable architecture based on no-code, with components and blocks you drag and drop to build new workflows, giving admission approval and a student success action plan as examples. It says Creatio CRM includes three products, for marketing, sales and service, with analytics dashboards on top, and points to a success story at Strathclyde Business School.
Email marketing, in detail. Email is handled by Creatio Marketing, one of the three products. The company's email marketing article lists audience segmentation with customizable rules and filters, bulk email creation with delivery tracking, a visual content designer with ready-to-use content blocks and a browser preview, a template library where you save your own templates, split testing, trigger emails, automatic removal of hard bounces and unsubscribes, analytics covering open rates, UTM tracking, a click heatmap and bounces, and a ChatGPT integration for email generation. Campaigns can chain channels, for example a social media ad that sends people to a landing page form and then into a nurturing campaign. Creatio's academy guide to email personalization goes further. It names 5 personalization tools: macros, trigger emails, audience segmentation, audience entry point, and delivery time range. Macros let you address recipients by name and mention their city, position or company, offer unique promo codes, change a discount based on customer status, and recommend goods based on preferences. You can place macros in email headers, preheaders, the sender name and email, the subject and the body, and you can customize email images with them.
Trigger emails react to subscriber behavior. The guide's table pairs a purchase with a thank-you message, proceeding to an order with order details, no reaction to an email with a discount offer, and an email subscription with a welcome message. Segmentation can use activity, preferences, life cycle, demographics and location, and it relies on the contact profile, which includes location, purchase history, website activities, gender and age. Dynamic content settings change the email by segment. For timing, the guide says Creatio offers tools to select a delivery time range, to send at a convenient time for the user's time zone, and to find the strongest sending time through A/B testing. Related guides cover responsive email layout, deliverability and building a contact base.
Ecosystem and activity. The company says its marketplace holds "over 700 third-party applications, add-ons, and connectors." The site links to an Academy, a Marketplace and a Community, a partner program with a partner catalog, and a Success Portal. It also announced a new site at www.bank.ai on 17 September 2026 for banking, and shows Securityplus FCU adopting agentic CRM.
Plans, pricing and proof
Pricing. In its own higher education CRM article, the company writes that "the core no-code platform starts at $25 per user per month." The same page states a flexible pricing structure with a choice between the all-in-one CRM and individual products. The company's email marketing article says Creatio Marketing starts at $49 per user per month and can be fitted to a business's needs. The home page offers a "Get a demo" button, and the footer links the company's free trial terms. The site states no free plan, and the only usage statement is the home page line about no limits on users, agents, workflows or scale.
Analyst recognition. The home page lists "Creatio named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms (2023)" and a Leader in the same quadrant for 2022. It lists Creatio as a "Challenger in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation Platforms (2023)." For low-code, it points to the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms and says Creatio "has been included" in the 2022 edition. A link reads "All reports (29)."
Customers. The home page says Howdens deployed an enterprise-wide solution for 7,000 users across 800 depots in 12 weeks. It also has a story on how Creatio powers Altro's global operations and accelerates expansion.
What the company says about fit. In the pros and cons of its own higher education article, the company writes that the platform is a "highly scalable solution suitable for growing businesses," and lists one con, that "some users may find the platform overwhelming at first, due to the multiple features and extensive customization options." The company lists phone lines for the US, UK and Australia, and supports buyers through its Academy, Community, Success Portal and partner catalog.
Who it suits and who it does not
Creatio suits an IT or operations team inside a mid-size or large organization that wants CRM, workflows and agents on one platform, and that has staff willing to learn visual designers before they build. It also suits marketing teams who want the specific personalization controls described above, such as macros, trigger emails and time-zone delivery.
It is a weaker fit for a solo founder building a single MVP, a small shop that needs a form and a landing page, or a developer who wants to write most of the logic by hand. The company itself acknowledges that the number of features and the amount of customization can overwhelm new users. Beyond the two published starting prices, cost comes through a demo, so budget conversations start with a sales call.
