What Bimser is

Bimser is an enterprise software company whose site is mainly in Turkish, with an English version and an English blog. Its builder product is Synergy AI, an AI-assisted low-code platform for creating business applications and automating workflows, which its English blog also describes as a content services platform. Around it the company sells ready-made products for process, quality, asset, document, risk and performance management. The reader it serves is an IT or operations team in a mid-sized or large organization that needs governed process, document, quality and maintenance systems rather than one-off apps. The site lists offices in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Ankara, New York and Dubai.

The home page headline promises to strengthen digital transformation with "Akıllı Çözümlerle" (smart solutions): integrated, AI-supported software for business processes, quality, assets, documents, risk and performance. Synergy AI's own line reads "Yapay zekâ destekli vibe coding altyapısıyla iş uygulamalarınızı hızla oluşturun, iş akışlarınızı otomatikleştirin" (quickly build your business applications and automate your workflows with an AI-supported vibe coding infrastructure).

What you build and how

The builder. Bimser's explainer on low code says these platforms offer drag-and-drop interfaces plus visual elements for configuring business logic such as conditions, stages, assignments and loops. The point it makes is collaboration: the people who use an application can help shape it, rather than leaving all development to the IT department. The English blog on ERP integration adds that low-code platforms provide templates and custom code components to enable visual modeling, so there is a path to custom code where the visual layer is not enough.

Prompt to workflow. Synergy AI is the conversational layer. Blog posts carry titles such as "From Prompt to Production: Building Governed Workflows with Synergy AI" and a Turkish guide to how vibe coding works with Synergy AI, from writing a prompt in natural language to building an application and automating the workflow. A companion post compares vibe coding with low-code and pitches Synergy AI as the place where natural language, AI and low-code come together for enterprise applications. The English post puts the idea this way: AI-powered low-code development "isn't primarily about knowing how to code an application. It is mostly about correctly defining how a business process should work."

Integration. The ERP blog says API mechanisms and connectors let software components communicate, and it argues for integrating low-code apps with ERP systems so data flows between systems and operations are automated. The customer stories on the home page name real connections: E-Kent digitized leave, expense and advance requests for more than 1,000 employees with eBA Plus and tracks them end to end through SAP and Jira integrations, and Hema Endüstri used Synergy AI to pull data from several production lines into one structure and integrate it with its ERP systems. For Turkish public-sector paperwork, the eBA Plus electronic document system (EBYS) is described as TS 13298 compliant, with e-signature, KEP (registered e-mail), UETS and e-Yazışma integrations.

Dashboards. A Dashboard module connects to operational data sources and gives live KPIs, trend analysis and drill-down screens for decisions at every level.

AI agents. AION is described as an AI-focused enterprise orchestration platform in which AI workers plan, run and complete business processes under supervision. The site says it is built on 28 years of business-process experience and keeps results under the customer's control.

Ready-made products. This is where Bimser differs from a blank-canvas builder. The home page lists products that sit next to the platform:

  • eBA Plus for document and workflow management, also used for contract management across the full contract life cycle. This is the entry that puts Bimser in the BPM and process automation category, alongside a Business Process Automation solution that digitizes workflows end to end.
  • QDMS for integrated management and quality, including an Integrated Management System that brings ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standards into one structure, a QMS for document control, corrective actions, audits and supplier quality, and a Life Sciences QMS for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory and medical device companies, described as a validated digital system.
  • QGRC for governance, risk and compliance, with FMEA risk management aligned with AIAG and VDA standards, risk-based internal audit, process risk, incident and corrective action management.
  • Ensemble for strategy, process and performance management, including a Balanced Scorecard.
  • bEAM and bEAM Cloud for enterprise assets, maintenance and CMMS. The cloud edition manages an asset's full life cycle, lets maintenance teams reach work orders from anywhere and aims to cut unplanned downtime.
  • Further solutions cover digitization of paper records, material and purchasing management, personnel management, occupational health, safety and environment, and information security management.

Industry pages cover finance, the public sector, automotive, retail, oil, gas and energy, healthcare and pharmacy, and telecommunications.

Customers, scale and support

The site lists no prices, plan names or trial terms. Its offer is a free demo: you fill in a form naming the products you are interested in, and a representative contacts you to plan a demo for your organization.

Under "Rakamlarla Bimser" (Bimser in numbers) the home page states 28+ years of experience, 30+ countries, 1M+ licensed users, 2,000+ customers, 50+ solution partners and 180+ expert employees. These are the company's own figures.

The customer stories are specific. Pegasus uses QDMS, Ensemble and eBA Plus to bring performance, risk, training and survey processes into one structure. Weber digitized approval and document processes with mobile and desktop approvals. Borsa Istanbul integrated workflows across departments with eBA Plus. Daikin Türkiye combined document and process management with QDMS and Ensemble. Memorial Sağlık Grubu, per its story title, sped up its workflows by 80% with Synergy, a single-customer result as the company presents it. Halk Emeklilik, Kalekim, GENPA, Ege Kimya and Betek round out the list.

The IMS and QMS modules support standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; that describes the management systems you can run in them, not certifications the vendor holds. For support, the site links customer support, a marketplace, an academy, a partner portal with a long list of solution partners, and a contact page with addresses and an info address for each office.

Who it suits and who it does not

Bimser suits an organization that wants asset maintenance, document workflow, quality, audit and risk systems from one vendor and a low-code layer to adapt them. Maintenance and facilities teams will look first at bEAM and bEAM Cloud, quality and compliance teams at QDMS and QGRC, and operations teams at eBA Plus for approvals and document routing. Regulated life sciences companies are named as an audience for their own QMS. IT teams that want business units to take part in building, with governance, are the target of the Synergy AI story, and AION is the route for teams that want AI agents to run steps of a process.

It is less natural for a founder building a customer-facing product, a freelancer, or a small team that wants a template-driven app builder with public pricing and a self-serve start. Much of the material is in Turkish, so an English-only team will rely on the English site and blog. Buying runs through a demo.
