What SiteSpeakAI is

SiteSpeakAI is a no-code builder for an AI agent that lives on your website. The homepage line is "An AI agent for your site that answers and acts": you train it on your site, docs, PDFs and videos, and it captures leads, books meetings, looks up orders, and escalates the conversations it shouldn't handle, in 95+ languages, installed with one line of code. It is aimed at small businesses, SaaS companies and online stores that want their frontline support questions answered around the clock, and at agencies that want to resell the same agent to clients under their own brand. The company says it is trusted by 1,000+ businesses across SaaS, e-commerce and agencies. There is a free plan, and the paid plans are priced by monthly message credits.

What you build and how

Building starts with a URL. You type your website into SiteSpeakAI and it learns the site; the homepage's product film shows it reading 48 pages of an example store. You can add help docs, PDFs, videos and sitemaps as further sources. The FAQ says training starts as soon as you add the first source and most websites finish indexing within a few minutes, with content becoming available as pages are crawled. To go live, you paste a single script tag before the closing body tag of your site.

Templates give a starting point. The homepage offers ready-made agents for an online store, a dental clinic, a law firm and SaaS support, and use-case pages cover service businesses, veterinary practices, law firms, Showit and photography sites, and an internal knowledge base used as an AI-powered team wiki. Industry pages cover SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, education, manufacturing, finance and travel.

Branding is in your hands. You set colors, logo, name, welcome message, suggested questions and the agent's personality. When the AI is unsure, you set a default response so it does not make things up, and you can configure it to hand the conversation to your team or capture the visitor's contact details for follow-up.

The inbox is where people take over. When a chat needs a human, it is handed off with the full conversation, and a team member joins and replies live; the homepage example has the agent decline to approve a refund, pass it on, and a staff member send the replacement. Lead capture runs mid-conversation, collecting name and email without a separate form. Analytics show the top questions visitors ask, knowledge gaps where answers are missing, and performance over time, and the agent can be managed from Claude Code or any MCP client to read analytics and fix answer gaps.

Actions are what the homepage means by "answers and acts". The agent connects to your tools to book meetings (the example uses Cal.com) and look up orders, with Shopify order and product lookups shown on the Drift-alternative page. The FAQ says you can connect a CRM, helpdesk, calendar, and any REST API or MCP server so the agent can take real actions. The integrations strip names Framer, Google Chat, Messenger, Notion, BookStack, Telegram and WhatsApp, and every plan includes Slack, Telegram and Discord, an AI search bar, page context awareness, inbox and chat history, and suggested messages. The company's comparison page mentions model choice across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI, plus free sentiment analysis. The agent detects the visitor's language and answers in it.

For agencies, the white-label program lets you manage client chatbots under your own brand, with custom domains, branded emails and a fully branded dashboard, resold as your own. The example dashboard tracks agents, messages and sources per client.

Plans and pricing

The pricing table lists 5 plans, billed monthly or yearly (the toggle says save up to 17%).

  • Free, $0: 30 message credits a month, 1 AI agent, 10 training sources, basic AI models and the live chat widget, with no credit card needed.
  • Starter, $29 a month ($24 billed yearly, saving $58 a year): 1k message credits, 200 training sources, lead capture, and removal of the "Powered By" label.
  • Pro, $79 a month ($66 yearly, saving $158): 3k message credits, 5 AI agents, 2.5k training sources, all AI models and bring-your-own-key, WhatsApp, Google Chat and HubSpot, and API and MCP server access. It is marked most popular.
  • Growth, $249 a month ($208 yearly, saving $498): 10k message credits, 15 AI agents, 8k training sources, 15 actions per agent, a custom domain and daily auto sync of sources.
  • Business, $499 a month ($416 yearly, saving $998): 20k message credits, unlimited AI agents, 20k training sources, dedicated onboarding and priority support.

The FAQ explains the meter: each AI reply to a visitor counts as one message credit. All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, and you only need a credit card after the trial ends. You can cancel from billing settings at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

On data, the FAQ says content and conversations are stored on secure servers, the company does not sell your data, and AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google process queries to generate replies. The footer links to a Trust Center and a privacy policy. Testimonials on the homepage include Will Guthrie, a digital marketing manager, who says he trained the chatbot "directly from our site maps with ease".

Who it suits and who it doesn't

SiteSpeakAI fits a small business or SaaS team that wants a website agent trained on its existing content quickly, with a free plan to test it and predictable credit-based pricing after that. An online store gets order lookups and product answers, a clinic or law firm gets booking and lead capture, and an internal team can point it at its own wiki. Agencies get a white-label setup with branded domains, emails and a branded dashboard to resell.

The caveats follow from the plan table. The free plan's 30 credits a month is enough to test, not to run a busy site. Integrations like WhatsApp, HubSpot and the API and MCP access start at Pro, and custom actions at Growth. The agent is trained on content rather than drawn as a flow, so teams that want to script every branch of a conversation will need a different kind of tool.
