What SimplyBoost is

SimplyBoost is an AI agent for customer support and lead capture that a small business sets up itself. You add your website, documents and FAQs, and the agent answers customers from that content in your website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger. It collects contact details, scores leads, books appointments in Google Calendar from website chat, and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed. The company is registered in Utrecht in the Netherlands (KVK 87456346), says its conversation data is hosted in Europe, and offers a data processing agreement. Pricing is a flat monthly plan tied to a number of AI replies, with no per-seat fees. The reader here is a founder or small support and sales team that wants a working chatbot on its existing channels rather than a flow builder to design by hand.

What you build and how

Building an agent in SimplyBoost is 4 steps, as the homepage lays them out. Train: add your website, FAQs and documents, which are processed in the background. Style: pick colors, font and logo, and choose one of 8 tones so the chat fits your site. Connect: put the widget on your website and connect WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, which all share one knowledge base. Improve: see what customers ask and which questions went unanswered, then add those answers to the knowledge base. A Missing tab collects the questions the agent could not answer, ready for you to fill in.

There is no flow editor. You don't draw a path for each question; the agent answers from the content you gave it, and new product questions are answered from your synced catalog without flow updates. The FAQ says the AI model is included in the plan and that answers are generated with Google Gemini, using only the sources you added. Each agent replies in one language you choose.

The website widget installs with a script snippet, the WordPress plugin, the Shopify theme app embed or Google Tag Manager, and the FAQ says installing it takes a few minutes with no code. You can set the colors, font, logo and launcher, place the widget bottom right or bottom left, write your own welcome message and starter questions, and have it open automatically after a short delay. WhatsApp runs on your number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger answer from the same knowledge base, and your team can take over any conversation from one inbox.

Lead capture happens inside the conversation. The agent can ask for a name, email, phone number or company, and you choose up to 3 of these as required. Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100, labeled hot, warm or cold, with the channel it came from. You get an email for every new lead and can export the list as CSV. There is no built-in CRM sync, though the FAQ says custom actions can send data to your own systems.

Bookings work in website chat with Google Calendar only for now: the agent checks when you are free, creates the event and sends the customer a confirmation email. The homepage's industry examples use this for viewings in real estate, test drives in automotive, treatments in clinics and table bookings in hospitality.

Instagram has its own automation. Set a keyword and every matching comment under a post gets a DM with your link; when the person writes back, the agent answers from your knowledge base. Each rule can trigger on a keyword or every comment, on one post or all, with an optional follow-gate, up to 6 follow-ups, a stop when they reply, and capture of handle and email.

For e-commerce, SimplyBoost searches your Shopify catalog, which stays in sync on its own, and suggests products that fit what the shopper describes. From the Growth plan the agent handles order status, returns, product recommendations and checkout links with the cart already filled in. The e-commerce example adds abandoned-cart follow-up in WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

Handover is part of the design. When a customer asks for a person, is unhappy, or raises a billing or legal issue, the agent hands the conversation over by email, the dashboard, Slack or a helpdesk ticket, and the FAQ says it can open a ticket in Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias if you already use one.

Plans, trial and support

The FAQ gives the full price list. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 100 AI replies, and no credit card is needed. After that, Starter is $39 a month for 500 AI replies, Growth is $89 for 2,000 and Pro is $169 for 6,000. Paying yearly lowers those prices, and there are no per-seat fees. Channels differ by plan: website chat and WhatsApp are on every plan, while Instagram and Messenger start at Growth, as does the Shopify order help.

The company states it is a Dutch company from Utrecht with conversation data hosted in Europe and a DPA on offer, and it lists data processing and data deletion pages in its footer.

Support comes from people as well as the agent. The homepage promises guided onboarding, where the team helps connect channels, add content and test the agent before it goes live, and says the team in Utrecht answers questions and helps improve the agent's answers. A free demo call can be booked, and the blog carries guides on setting up the widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and handover.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

SimplyBoost fits small and mid-sized teams, which is the audience the company names itself. A Shopify store that gets the same order and product questions every day, a clinic or restaurant that wants bookings taken after hours, or a brand that runs Instagram drops and wants comments turned into DMs and leads are all close to the site's own examples. The flat price by AI replies makes the monthly cost predictable for a small team, and European businesses that care where conversation data lives get a stated answer.

The limits are stated on the pages too. SimplyBoost works in chat only and does not answer phone calls. Each agent replies in one language. Booking is Google Calendar only, there is no built-in CRM sync, and Instagram and Messenger need the Growth plan. Teams that want to design every conversation path by hand will not find a visual flow editor here: the product is an AI agent you train and review, not a flow builder.
