What it is

Robofy is an AI agent platform, which is the company's current word for what used to be called a chatbot builder. Its home page is titled "The AI Platform for Enterprise CX Teams", and the pitch is that Robofy agents resolve high-volume conversations, take action, and escalate with full context across a website and WhatsApp. It is aimed at customer experience and support teams in larger organizations rather than at solo founders, although the same site also sells a white-label reseller program for agencies. The footer credits the site to Sprouto InfoSolutions Pvt Ltd, and the company's founder, Milan, speaks in the first person on the home page. The company says Robofy is built for "operations and CX teams, not developers".

What you build and how

The product is organized around 3 agents, each named on the home page.

The Support Agent is trained on your knowledge base to resolve queries "in seconds, consistently". When it cannot answer, it redirects to your team so customers always have a fallback. The Action Agent executes workflows without waiting on a human: the page lists order updates, account changes, and cancellations handled end to end on WhatsApp and on your website, plus status checks and workflow automation. The Lead Agent captures an inquiry before it goes cold, identifies intent, qualifies the lead, and routes it to the right person, with the page naming a CRM or a Google Sheet as routing destinations.

Where the agents run is a short list. The home page shows 3 surfaces: website AI chat, WhatsApp for automated support, and a Voice agent presented as a smart phone agent. The FAQ is narrower and says Robofy deploys on your website and WhatsApp, with human handoff and team-level routing built in from day one and no custom development required. The navigation also lists a WordPress plugin, and an integrations menu with WhatsApp AI agents, WordPress AI agents, and WooCommerce AI agents.

The building process is described as 4 steps. First you give the agent your knowledge. Second, you "plug into your ticketing system, CRM, internal tools, or APIs", so that, in the site's words, your agent "doesn't just answer - it takes action". Third, you run internal testing and UAT with a guided checklist, so you know what the agent will say before a customer sees it. Fourth, you deploy across your website and WhatsApp. The FAQ adds that the agent can be trained on your website, documents, FAQs, policies, and internal workflows, and that it "speaks for your brand, not a generic script".

This is not a canvas you drag blocks around on. Robofy's own answer to the setup question is that "we handle the technical setup on our end. Your team's job is to review, test, and approve." That is closer to a managed rollout than to self-serve building, and it is the main thing to understand about the product. The home page calls the rollout a Guided Go-Live Program: from the first conversation to go-live day, the Robofy team handles setup, testing, agent training, and edge cases with your CX team.

For people who do want to wire things up, the features menu lists AI Agent, Voice AI, AI Lead Capture, Function Tool Calling, MCP Server Integration, AI Agent Webhooks, Human Handoff, and Conversation Intelligence. A second group covers WhatsApp: Business Account Setup, Inbox, Contact Management, Campaigns, Template Management, Consent Management, and WhatsApp Webhooks. The home page confirms an API under the heading "Open API & Real Actions": you connect the agent to a CRM, ticketing system or internal tool through a documented API so it can pull live data and act. It describes the infrastructure as serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) that scales with conversation volume. An Agent Templates section offers "Readymade Agent Blueprints", pre-built for support, actions and escalation, such as a Tier-1 Support Agent for FAQs, order status and policy questions, and a Knowledge Base Agent that pulls answers from your help center, docs and product pages.

Industry pages sit under the Industries menu: a new CNC Machinery AI Agent for spares and service, Technology, B2B Aggregators, Ecommerce, and SaaS, with a link to "View All 15+ Industries". The FAQ says no specific industry is required.

Plans, claims and customers

Security gets the most detail. The FAQ states: "we're ISO 27001 compliant, with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AWS KMS encryption at rest, HMAC-signed webhooks, and full audit logs on admin actions. Dedicated VPC and on-premise deployment are available for enterprises with stricter requirements." The site header carries an "ISO 27001 Certified" label, and a blog banner announces that Robofy achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The page also links a Trust Center, and the security block adds that Robofy is "GDPR-ready".

On speed, the site gives two figures. A heading reads "Live in 1-4 Weeks. Guaranteed.", with a structured 4 weeks launch program for every enterprise customer, while the FAQ says "Most deployments go live within a week."

On scale, the FAQ says Robofy is built for "scale, not single-agent workloads" and holds response quality steady at high monthly conversation volumes, and that it gives CX leadership visibility into volume and quality from a single deployment. Those are the company's claims. The site also says it is a Meta Tech Partner with WhatsApp Business API.

Plan prices sit on a separate Pricing page and a Reseller Pricing page; the home page offers a "Try For Free" button, which its structured data describes as a free trial, and a free demo booking. The site offers its interface in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German. Contact is by email at the address shown in the footer, and a demo can be booked from the home page.

Who it suits and who it does not

Robofy suits a CX or support team with real conversation volume that wants an agent to take actions in its ticketing system or CRM, and would rather have the vendor run setup than learn a builder. If your team handles repetitive order, account, and cancellation questions on WhatsApp and a website, the Support and Action agents map directly onto that, and the 4-step process with UAT before launch is a sensible fit for a team that has to answer to a manager. IT reviewers get a concrete security list with ISO 27001, encryption at rest and in transit, signed webhooks, audit logs, and a dedicated VPC or on-premise option.

Agencies have a separate route: the site advertises a white-label program, reseller pricing and an affiliate program.

It is a weaker match for a solo founder who wants to open a canvas tonight, tweak a flow, and publish. The page frames setup as something Robofy does with you, and the FAQ names a website and WhatsApp as the deployment channels, with voice shown as a third surface on the home page. The "Guaranteed" go-live window and the scale claims are the company's own statements.
