What it is
ReplyCX is a no-code chatbot builder and customer messaging platform for support, sales and marketing teams. The homepage describes it as a way to "Automate customer touch points across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email" and to "centralize chat, email, and social conversations in a single dashboard while deploying AI agents that adapt to your brand." It is written for small and mid-sized teams that want one inbox with bots in front of it, and for non-technical founders or ops managers who build the bots themselves. The footer says it is powered by Techalpha Group LLC.
What you build and how
The site lists the product's parts as Live Chat, Chatbot Builder, AI Studio, Ticketing, Analytics, communication channels and integrations. Together they cover what you would build with it: a website chatbot, an AI agent, a shared inbox with ticketing, and automation rules that route or answer conversations.
The builder. The company's chatbot builder page says "No coding required - just drag, drop, and deploy." Its example rule has four steps: select a trigger event (a new chat message), add a condition (the message contains "pricing"), set an action (route to the sales team) and deploy, with the page claiming a rule is "live in 30 seconds". The company says non-technical teams can update chatbots without developers through live editing in the drag-and-drop editor, previews you can share with teammates for feedback, and "advanced logic" rules written from dropdown menus, such as showing the bot only to certain visitors. The FAQ adds version control, so you can test changes and revert to earlier versions.
AI Studio and custom agents. The homepage says the AI Studio is how you "Design a Custom AI Agent" that learns your brand, and says the company's AI Studio "handles 70% of repetitive tickets, order checks, password resets, and tracking updates." A "Preview Agent" button sits beside the custom agent design call to action.
Templates. The company advertises "Ready-Made Smart Workflow Templates" with pre-built solutions for different industries, starting with ecommerce. Its FAQ names pre-built templates such as customer support or appointment booking and says "a basic chatbot" can launch in under 1 hour from them. For advanced flows such as lead qualification, the FAQ says build and deploy takes 2-3 days without coding: choose a template, customize the questions and branding, then embed it on your website or social media. The template gallery on the homepage shows ecommerce customer support for returns and replacements, general customer support with service tickets and FAQs, appointment booking for hospitals, lead generation for insurance policies and for real estate brokers, and general appointment booking.
Sales and lead use. The same builder is pitched for lead generation: "Gather, qualify, and engage leads 24/7", plus an omnichannel sales engagement section. The FAQ lists capturing variables such as email and company and syncing them to CRM tools such as Salesforce, sending personalized materials after a chat, behavioral triggers that start a conversation when a visitor browses pricing pages or abandons a cart, and lead nurturing drip campaigns driven by chat interactions.
Handling the conversations. All chat, email, WhatsApp and SMS messages land in one dashboard. The company says its system assigns chats to available agents by considering expertise, current load and customer priority, and that this means 0% missed chats during business hours. During live chats the FAQ says the AI can suggest agent responses from trained knowledge bases, trigger chats on behavior such as time spent on a page, and route high-intent leads to sales. Real-time dashboards report conversations per channel, peak hours, abandonment and completion rates, CSAT, escalation and fallback triggers, lead capture rates and ROI per bot. A mobile app gives agents push notifications for high-priority leads, quick reply templates, voice-to-text and a handoff to desktop.
Integrations. A comparison page on the company's site says ReplyCX has "a wide integration library and accepts HTTP requests for custom links", and that live chat is built into the platform and the mobile app and works with Slack. The same page says it covers web, messaging apps and SMS, and that it supports support automation, lead capture, scheduling and internal workflows. The homepage's channel section names Facebook among the platforms it connects, under the heading "Connect Across All Channels".
Services. Beyond self-serve, the company says it offers professional services for deployment and tuning.
Plans, claims and customers
Plans and pricing. The homepage says "Pay per account. Not per User." and "Start Your 14-Day Free Trial Now". The homepage offers that trial rather than a free plan, and plan prices sit on a separate pricing page.
Support. The company says "Premium Support" includes a dedicated success manager and 24/7 technical support.
Company claims on results. These come from the company's marketing and testimonials, not from independent measurement. The homepage claims "30% CSAT Scores Upscaled", "64% Faster Resolution Across the Channels" and "70% Queries Resolved Instantly by AI", and says 100+ teams automated 64% of queries. A quoted e-commerce COO says customer response time dropped 80%. A coaching platform CEO says automated booking journeys tripled leads. A health and wellness retail COO says the company saved $50k a year in support costs with AI handling 90% of queries. A D2C subscription manager says conversions rose 22% after optimizing flows with the analytics. The build page claims average response time fell from 4.5 hours to 23 seconds with an 85% increase in lead conversion rate, a 40% increase in customer satisfaction, 5M+ chats processed and 10000+ happy conversations.
Compliance. The homepage's security section says "We hold ISO27001 certification for our chatbot platform's information security management system", says ReplyCX "ensures compliance with HIPAA", and describes GDPR handling that includes encryption, access controls and strict retention policies for EU data. It also states "We are SOC-2 Type 2 certified", with regular independent audits of security controls, availability and processing integrity.
Who it suits and who it does not
ReplyCX suits a small support or sales team that wants chatbot, live chat and shared inbox in one place, priced per account rather than per agent. An e-commerce store can use the cart-abandonment and pricing-page triggers, a coach or clinic can use appointment booking templates, and a founder can get a first bot live inside an hour using templates without a developer. A team with healthcare data will note the HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 claims on the homepage.
The caveats are straightforward. Plan prices are not on the homepage, so budgeting starts on the pricing page. Most of the result figures are the company's own or its customers' quotes. The builder is rule-driven with dropdown conditions and AI Studio agents, so a developer who wants full control over custom logic in code is not the reader it was built for. And teams with an unusual stack may need the HTTP request route or the company's professional services to connect it.
