What Mando AI is

Mando AI is an AI customer support platform for teams that want an agent answering customers without writing code. The homepage says it turns "your help centre, website content, and business documents into intelligent AI agents" that answer 24/7 across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and a web chat widget, in your brand's voice. It is built for support leads, e-commerce operators and small teams. The company calls itself "Arabic-first" and supports 7 languages with Arabic and English as the primary pair. The founder, Malaz Madani, appears on the homepage offering a 20-minute demo.

What you build and how

You build a support agent by giving it content. The FAQ puts it plainly: "Simply point Mando AI at your help centre or website, upload your documents, and your AI agent starts answering real customer questions. No coding or technical skills required." The company says most teams go live in under 5 minutes. The build flow on the homepage reads Add Your Sources (files, websites and more), Build and Deploy (configure and launch), then Review and Insights (live analytics).

Knowledge and the editor

One content library holds everything the agent knows. You can crawl your site, upload docs and write new articles, and the agent and your human team "work from the same source." A help center module publishes articles, FAQs and guides that customers can search and the agent reads from, and an AI editor drafts articles. The feature grid also lists a web crawler, file upload, an internal library, "chat with your data," quick prompts and AI chat summaries. The platform offers "30+ AI models, switch per agent in one click."

Channels and the shared inbox

Mando AI lists 8 channels: WhatsApp, web chat, Instagram, Messenger, email, TikTok Shop, SMS and phone voice. All of them feed one shared inbox and the same AI answers across them, so "a customer's history follows them between channels." Mobile apps for iOS and Android let your team reply from a phone.

WhatsApp gets its own solution page. There are 2 ways to connect: scan a QR code from the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, with "no WhatsApp Business API setup and no business verification to get started," or link an existing WhatsApp Business API account through the standard embedded signup. From the dashboard you can create, submit and send approved WhatsApp templates, and the bot can send interactive buttons, lists, product carousels and media.

Actions and order lookup

The agent does more than answer from documents. It looks up real orders in Salla, Shopify and WooCommerce, and uses Zid for catalog search. Lead collection gathers name, phone, email and custom fields mid-conversation. Custom AI actions are described as: "Runs actions you define in plain words that post to your own systems, like creating a lead in your CRM." The homepage integration list adds Instagram, Messenger, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and states the agent can "retrieve order details, update subscriptions, access customer data, and automate support workflows." The feature grid also lists webhooks and "100+ Integrations."

Language

Language handling is the product's stated edge. The WhatsApp page says the bot "detects the customer's language and replies in it including Arabic dialects," and the homepage says it supports 7 languages with Arabic and English first. The FAQ on that page says a customer "who writes in Saudi or Khaleeji Arabic gets answered in the same dialect rather than stiff formal text or English," and the page pitches WhatsApp as the place "where your customers already are, especially across the Gulf." The homepage FAQ adds that the agent "can handle conversations where customers switch between Arabic and English mid-message, replying naturally in whichever language the customer uses." The company contrasts this with "traditional chatbots" that "follow rigid scripts and decision trees": Mando AI instead uses language models trained on your content to read context and intent, and it hands over to a human when it cannot answer.

Handoff

When a conversation needs a person, it lands in the inbox "with an AI summary, a sentiment and frustration score, an automatically set priority, and routing to the right team." Your agent opens it with the full history in place, and an AI co-pilot assists. The page describes an SLA timer set to your working hours.

Measuring it

A dashboard shows resolution rate, response time, conversation volume and CSAT. The company says you can "Spot the questions your AI can't answer yet, then fix them in seconds."

The evidence from the pages

Pricing is flat, with AI included and "no per-message AI metering." Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance:

  • Free, $0. The AI WhatsApp bot, web chat and a voice agent, with 50 message credits a month. The homepage adds 1 AI agent, analytics and lead collection.
  • Light, $19 a month. Live chat, a shared inbox, 600 credits and a help center.
  • Growth, $59 a month. 3,000 credits, advanced AI, custom AI actions, workflows and 3 seats. The page labels it Popular.
  • Business, $149 a month. 10,000 credits, 5 seats, tickets and an agent-facing AI assistant.

The pages say every plan includes the AI agent on WhatsApp and all other channels, and that WhatsApp connects on any plan. They also say "Free plan forever" with a "14-day money-back guarantee" and "Start Free, No Card Needed."

The homepage says Mando AI is "Trusted by 200+ support teams" and shows several case study cards with "Read case study" links, but the customer names are not in the text. It also claims "One platform. Four competitors' worth of features," which is the company's own comparison.

The WhatsApp page states what the bot does not do yet: "Mando AI does not send outbound or proactive AI broadcasts on its own; the bot answers inbound conversations and you send approved templates manually or through your workflows."

Who it suits and who it does not

Mando AI suits a store or small support team that wants one agent across WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, especially in Arabic or mixed Arabic and English. The Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce connections match merchants in those stores. The free tier lets a team test the WhatsApp bot before paying, and the flat credit model means no per-message AI surprises.

The caveats are concrete. The free plan stops at 50 message credits a month, which a busy inbox will exhaust quickly, and Growth at 3,000 credits has only 3 seats. The bot answers inbound messages and does not run AI outbound campaigns. This is a support product, not a general chatbot builder for sales funnels or internal tools. Order lookup is built around the four commerce platforms it names, so a store on another platform would rely on custom actions or webhooks.
