What Knolli is

Knolli is a no-code platform for building AI copilots and agents out of your own knowledge, workflows and data. The home page headline is "Skip the Engineering. Launch AI Copilots Fast.", and it describes "one platform to build, scale, deploy, and monetize AI copilots and agents without code". Its audience, as the use-case menu lays it out, is founders who want to turn expertise or an idea into a working AI product, creators and coaches who want to turn expertise into revenue, and internal sales and marketing teams. The footer names CodeConductor AI, Inc. as the company behind the site.

A copilot here is closer to a knowledge assistant than to a scripted FAQ bot. That puts Knolli in the chatbot builder family, with an emphasis on document-driven answers and on selling the finished assistant to other people. The company sums up its pitch as replacing "the messy, multi-tool setup process with a single no-code workspace that handles everything from idea to monetization."

What you build and how

The build flow on the home page has 4 steps. First you define the copilot or agent by describing what you want in plain language, and the company says Knolli "turns your ideas into a ready-to-launch framework". Next you give it its brainpower: upload documents, link data sources and integrate workflows, which Knolli organizes so they are usable in conversations. Third you connect data and tools, with the page naming CRMs, file storage, databases and live data sources. Then you push it live, which the page describes as a one-click publish "in a secure, enterprise-grade environment". The FAQ says most teams launch their first copilot in days, and that larger or more complex builds take longer depending on scope.

The FAQ is clear on the code question: you do not need to write code, you describe the idea in plain language and configure the rest with clicks, and developers can still extend and customize if needed.

The feature list fills in the product.

  • Multi-agent architecture, running several specialized agents inside a single copilot to handle different tasks in parallel.
  • Workflow automation, chaining tasks, triggers and integrations so a copilot can carry out multi-step processes rather than only reply.
  • Multi-model support, choosing among leading models and switching later on quality, privacy or cost. The feature block names OpenAI and Anthropic, and the FAQ adds Gemini. The Enterprise plan adds the option to use your own models.
  • Templates and pre-built copilots for industries such as finance, marketing and customer support.
  • Custom branding and white-label, with custom domains, logos and interface styling.
  • Analytics, tracking usage, performance and ROI on real-time dashboards with exportable reports.

Templates are the shortcut for common builds. The home page shows a LinkedIn post generator, Chat with Docs (turn any document into an interactive AI Q&A chat), an AI support therapist offering conversational emotional support, an AI interview coach, a HubSpot Chat assistant powered by HubSpot data, a sales copilot that guides sales teams from internal sales docs, a go-to-market plan generator and an AI parenting coach that gives tips based on expert content. The use-case menu adds a Chat with PDFs workflow for summaries and questions, and a fractional CFO use case for cash flow forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.

Integrations are pitched as connecting "to the tools you already use", and the FAQ says Knolli integrates with CRMs, file systems and databases, and that you can request custom integrations. The company blog also describes pairing Knolli with Jev AI and its own custom classification models, so that simple yes or no, classification and routing decisions in a workflow do not each need a full LLM call.

Selling is the feature that most separates Knolli from a plain bot builder. The home page calls it integrated monetization: charge subscriptions, set pay-per-use rates, or license to enterprises without third-party platforms. Copilots can be private or public, and end users are unlimited on every plan, so a paid knowledge product does not add seat costs as it grows.

What the site says about plans and trust

Pricing is published with a monthly and an annual rate, and the annual toggle says "Save 20%".

  • Starter: $49 a month billed monthly, or $39 a month billed annually. 1 AI copilot, 3 AI agents, 1 admin user, unlimited end users, 10,000 credits a month, Knolli branding, premium integrations, 100MB of knowledge, and AI chat plus email support.
  • Growth: $199 a month billed monthly, or $159 billed annually. 5 AI copilots, 15 AI agents, 5 admin users, unlimited end users, 50,000 credits a month, custom branding, premium integrations, 1GB of knowledge, live chat and email support, and a custom domain with Knolli auth.
  • Business: $499 a month billed monthly, or $399 billed annually. 15 AI copilots, 50 AI agents, 20 admin users, unlimited end users, 200,000 credits a month, full white-labeling, custom integrations, 5GB of knowledge, live chat and email support, a custom web and email domain, and premium onboarding.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing. Unlimited copilots, agents, admins, end users and data, plus your own models, a custom front end, custom integrations, a custom success manager, custom onboarding and training, and private cloud or on-prem deployment.

What you pay for is builders, copilots, agents, knowledge storage and credits. The home page carries "TRY FOR FREE" buttons, and the annual cards say "TRY NOW". On support, the FAQ says Knolli provides documentation, email support and guided onboarding for "Pro and Enterprise plans".

On security, the home page says all information is "encrypted in transit and at rest", that copilots access only the data you choose to share through private knowledge bases, and that enterprise authentication includes "Support for SSO and advanced identity management." It also says the platform is "Built to align with SOC 2 and GDPR best practices", which is a statement of alignment rather than a certification. Role-based access is listed too.

The one testimonial comes from Harsh Mody, founder of CPA Pilot, who says he launched the product "in record time" with Knolli and that CPAs now use it to work faster and serve more clients.

Who it suits and who it does not

Knolli suits a small team that owns a pile of documents and wants an assistant on top of them within days, and an agency, creator or SaaS founder that wants to resell copilots under its own brand. Unlimited end users and built-in billing make it a natural fit for a paid knowledge product, such as a research assistant or a sales helper sold per seat or per use. The Starter plan at $39 a month on annual billing is a low-risk way to build a first copilot.

The caveats sit in the plan structure. Starter keeps Knolli branding and only 100MB of knowledge, so a client-facing or white-labeled product needs Growth or Business. The plans quote monthly credit totals without a per-conversation rate, so heavy use is best measured in a trial. Private cloud or on-prem deployment and your own models are Enterprise features, so a team with those requirements is buying at the top tier.
