What it is
Kenyt's homepage title is "AI Agents Powered by LLMs for Marketing, Sales, and Support." It is an agent platform for teams that want AI conversations on their website and messaging channels, tied to a CRM and a ticketing desk in the same product. The reader it speaks to is a sales, marketing or support lead at a company that wants customer-facing agents and, in some cases, internal ones. The site lists a Customer AI Agent set (marketing, sales and support) and an Employee AI Agent set (HR, recruitment and ITSM), and its headline pitches enterprise AI agents that automate engagement, assist teams and accelerate business.
The footer links to a "No Code AI Apps Platform" page next to a "Chat GPT Powered AI Agent" page, which is how the company frames the build experience: agents assembled from ready parts rather than coded. The site says its agents are "trained for different industries to take care of all funnel stages" and that existing flows and sequences can be customized as required.
What you build and how
The navigation shows how the company organizes the product into 4 groups.
AI channels. Web AI Agents, WhatsApp Business API, Email AI Agent and Voice AI Agent. The channel menu adds web chat, email, telephony and SMS/RCS, and lists chat apps: WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Line.
AI agents. Agentic AI, Generative AI, a Workflow Builder and AI Transformation.
AI experiences. Get More Leads, Increase Appointments, User Context and Integrated Portals.
AI workspace. Advanced NLU, User Segmentation, Workflow Automation, and Ticketing and Support.
Each agent type comes with named jobs. The Marketing AI Agent handles personalized engagement, lead capture and segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns. The Sales AI Agent qualifies leads, schedules appointments and runs a post-visit survey. The Support AI Agent covers loyalty programs, query resolution and department routing. On the employee side, the HR agent handles onboarding and exit, leave and attendance, and policy questions; the Recruitment agent manages job applications, screens candidates and schedules interviews; and the ITSM agent provides L1 support, ticket management and a live connection to the support team.
Beneath those headings the homepage spells out 4 modules.
- AI Segments. "Identify Interested Users," "Personalize Behavior by Actions" and "Segment Users by Intents."
- AI Campaigns. "Automatic Segmentation," "Omni-channel Drip Campaigns" and "User Activity Tracking."
- AI CRM. "Account Management," "Sales Funnel Management" and "Orders & Payments Tracking."
- AI Service Desk. "Intelligent Department Routing," "Video Call & Screen Share," "Tickets Management" and "Live Connect With Support Team."
The "What you get" list describes the agent itself: contextual, human-like chat, handling of grammar, misspellings and synonyms, machine learning for self-improvement, support for multiple languages, voice bot support, payment integrations, calendar integrations for appointments, team management, multi-platform lead capture, mobile apps for the sales team, CRM integration, a customized UX, a virtual receptionist, a hybrid chat system, chat transcripts and analytics, UTM and campaign tracking, detailed analytics and an audit log.
WhatsApp gets its own feature set in the footer: campaigns, reply flows, a team inbox, drip campaigns, carousels, payments and WhatsApp Flows, plus a WhatsApp Cloud API and a message blast product. The CRM side lists custom CRM objects, lead management, sales automation, a mobile CRM, inventory and pipeline management, reports and dashboards, and industry CRMs for real estate, healthcare, e-commerce and hospitality. The service desk adds case management, a help desk portal, knowledge base articles and multi-chat support.
Industry agents. Kenyt sells agents by vertical: real estate, healthcare, education, automotive, shopping, hospitality, manufacturing and BFSI.
Integrations. The site names Hubspot, Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce, Exotel, Zoho, Razorpay and Callyzer, under the line "Integrate with everything. Plug. Sync. Go." A Developers / API link sits in the Resources menu, alongside a Help Center, Case Studies and a Video Library.
Self-serve or managed. The pricing menu has 3 entries: Self Managed Pricing, Kenyt Managed Pricing and All In One Packages, so you can build yourself or have Kenyt do more of the work. The closing banner invites you to share your goals and let the Kenyt team handle the rest.
The evidence from the pages
Kenyt offers a trial rather than a free plan: "Try 30 Days Free" and "1-month free trial", both with "No credit card required." Pricing is published on the homepage in a 4-tab section: Customer AI, Campaigns, CRM and Service Desk. Each tab has 4 tiers named Starter, Growth, Professional and Enterprise, with Growth marked "POPULAR."
- Customer AI, metered by chats. Starter $25 per month with a quota of 250 chats, then $0.08 per extra chat. Growth $50 with 750 chats, then $0.06. Professional $100 with 2500 chats, then $0.04. Enterprise $200 with 10000 chats, then $0.02.
- Campaigns, metered by messages. Starter $20 per month with 15000 messages, then $0.0016 per extra message. Growth $40 with 30000, then $0.0012. Professional $75 with 80000, then $0.0009. Enterprise $150, with the quota printed as 25000, then $0.0006.
- CRM, priced per month with a per-seat add-on. Growth is $10 per month with $10 per additional seat, Professional $15 with $15 per seat, and Enterprise $20 with $20 per seat. The Starter price is blank on the page, with $5 per additional seat. Starter covers contacts, funnels, products, orders, feeds, reports and integrations. Growth adds custom properties, custom pipelines, teams, roles, dashlets and sharing. Professional adds custom objects, field sales, productivity and gamification. Enterprise adds workflow automation, AI insights, a copilot, goals and forecasting.
- Service desk, priced by seat. Starter includes a quota of 5 seats, at $4 per additional seat, with team inbox, omni channel, initiate chat, ticketing and departments. Growth is $6 per month for 1 seat, $6 per additional seat, adding agent assist, multilingual support, knowledge base articles, shortcuts and add or transfer to agent. Professional is $8 per seat, adding telephony, session tracking, video calling and co-browsing. Enterprise is $10 per seat, adding ChatGPT and group chat.
- Company claims. The homepage says 600+ brands trust Kenyt.AI and counts 900M+ conversations, 135+ languages supported and 5000+ AI agents deployed. The "What you get" list claims 95% accuracy in answering queries and "3X more quality leads from existing digital campaigns", and the closing banner asks "Ready for 5X engagement, 3X lead captures, and 24x7 instant answers?" These are the company's marketing figures.
- Testimonials. A real estate manager praises on-time query resolution, a senior IT manager in healthcare says he has used the product for 4 years and no longer worries about follow-ups, and a healthcare operations DGM writes "10/10 Recommend."
- Policies. The footer links to a GDPR policy and a refund policy alongside the privacy policy and terms.
Who it suits and who it does not
Kenyt suits a team that wants chat agents, a CRM and a service desk bought together instead of stitched from 3 tools. A small sales or support team can start at $25 a month for 250 chats and pay per extra chat as volume grows, and the 30-day trial lets it test before paying. The industry agents and the WhatsApp feature set make it a natural fit for a real estate, healthcare or hospitality business that sells over chat, and the HR and recruitment agents extend it to internal use.
The caveats are about cost shape and depth. 4 modules each carry their own tiers and overage rates, so a company using chat, a CRM and a service desk adds the 3 together. The 250-chat Starter quota ends quickly on a busy site, and extra chats at $0.08 add up. The homepage presents the Workflow Builder by name rather than walking through it, so the demo is where a team sees how much it can configure itself.
