What it is
Insighto describes itself as "an advanced AI Phone Agent Platform that automate customer conversations through AI-powered phone calls and chat." It is a no-code agent builder where the phone is the lead channel and chat is the second. The audience is a small business, an agency or a support team that wants to put an AI on inbound and outbound calls and on messaging without writing code, and the homepage says setup requires "zero coding."
The company makes a point of covering both sides. Its FAQ says "Insighto is the only platform that provides both AI phone agents and AI chatbots," a claim of the company's own, which is why it sits in this directory under chatbot builders and also under voice agent builders. A reader coming from either page lands here and finds the same product.
What you build and how
Creating the agent. The homepage walks through 4 steps. First you "Train Your AI on Your Data" by uploading existing customer data, FAQs or a knowledge base so the agent understands your business context. Second you "Set Up Your AI Agent" on the platform with no coding and customize its design and functionality. Third you connect it to your CRM, support systems and channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and live chat. Fourth you let it handle routine inquiries, support tasks and workflows while your team does other work. The site says the agents "adapt to context, tone, and intent" rather than reading a script, and that they answer around the clock with "Zero Latency." The homepage also offers a "Chat with bot" option next to a phone number so you can try an agent before signing up, and a "Try now for free" button.
The blog post adds that the same builder lets you add logic visually, with no developer needed, and that the agents are trained on your own data source before they go onto a channel.
The company's own blog post comparing it with PolyAI describes the builder as a "No-Code Agent Builder: Design conversation flows with a drag-and-drop interface." It also describes custom phone-call agents or chatbots "that handle common business workflows like FAQs, appointment booking, lead capture, order tracking and customer service," running 24/7. The same post says Insighto has "enterprise-grade features like Model Context Protocol and Conversational Pathways."
Phone. The FAQ is direct: "Our AI phone bot can initiate and answer calls, manage customer inquiries, and route calls intelligently." Agents handle inbound and outbound calls. One testimonial describes the setup path in a sentence: create a call agent, set up a Twilio number, link it to Pabbly. The homepage names 3 live demos, appointment scheduling for multiple doctors, personalized e-commerce survey automation and SaaS demo bookings.
Chat and omnichannel. The same agent covers messaging. The homepage promises "One AI, all channels" across SMS, email, WhatsApp and more, and the blog post describes running the same agent across phone, web chat, SMS and WhatsApp "with conversation state preserved." The post also lists Instagram among the channels.
Languages. The FAQ says the platform "supports over 50 languages, adapting to different accents and dialects."
Integrations. The homepage lists HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce, and the FAQ adds GoHighLevel and "other CRM systems." The blog post says there are "over 6000 app integrations via Zapier."
White label. The FAQ answer to brand customization is "Insighto offers a fully white-labeled solution, allowing you to customize its voice, tone, and responses to align with your brand identity." The homepage section is titled "Your Brand, Your AI" and promises a branded experience "without customers even knowing it's AI." That makes it usable by agencies who deliver the agent to their own clients.
ROI calculator. A calculator on the homepage takes calls per day, average call duration in minutes and the cost per human agent per hour, then shows monthly savings against an AI agent.
The evidence from the pages
Pricing is usage-based and the pages say so plainly.
- Voice. The FAQ says Insighto "offers a pay-as-you-go model at just $0.06 per minute" for AI phone calls. The company's blog post puts voice at approximately $0.06 per minute.
- Chat. The blog post says chat queries cost around $0.015 per message.
- Free credit. Per the blog post, new users get $10 worth of free credits to try the platform. This is a starter credit, not a free plan.
- No subscription. The blog describes a pay-as-you-go model with no monthly subscription and says it suits teams with fluctuating call and chat volumes.
- Enterprise. The post mentions custom enterprise plans with priority support, dedicated infrastructure and advanced security options. No figures are attached.
- Scale claim. A homepage heading says "Managing millions of calls daily." That is the company's own claim, with no breakdown behind it.
- Reviews. The homepage carries user testimonials, including "I have been trying to make an AI phone assistant and now I have!! No code brilliance." Another reviewer says support is outstanding on Discord, and the page links to a Discord server.
- Compliance. The pages name no certifications and no hosting regions.
Who it suits and who it does not
Insighto suits a business whose first problem is the phone: appointment booking for a practice, demo booking for a SaaS team, order or survey calls for a shop. The per-minute price and the $10 starter credit mean a small team can test one agent without a plan negotiation, and the white-label offer gives agencies something to resell. A team that wants the same agent on SMS and WhatsApp as well gets one agent across channels instead of 2 tools.
It is a weaker match if you want a polished website chat widget as the main product. The pages push the phone agent first, and the chat price is quoted as "around" $0.015 a message, so check the current rate before budgeting. Since billing is per minute and per message, a high-volume support line has a cost that grows with traffic and has no flat ceiling. Teams that need certifications or regional hosting stated up front will have to ask the company, because neither is on the pages. One testimonial also mentions the white-label option as something the writer plans to buy, so confirm what white label includes with the company before promising it to a client.
