What the product is
GPTBots is a no-code platform for building AI agents and AI-powered workflows. Its home page says you can "build, deploy, and scale AI-powered Agents/Workflows without writing a single line of code" and "connect your apps, data, and AI agents in minutes". The company describes itself as providing end-to-end AI solutions for enterprises, and its own blog calls it an enterprise-grade AI agent platform that specializes in highly customized, no-code agent solutions.
The reader it is written for is a business team that wants a customer support bot, a sales assistant, an internal search tool or a data-analysis helper, and that would rather configure than program. The site lists those 4 as its solutions: Customer Support, AI SDR, Enterprise Search and Data Insights. The site language switcher offers English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Thai, German and French.
What you build and how
The product is organized into 5 feature areas: a No-Code Agent Builder, a Knowledge Base, Custom LLM, AI Agents and a Workflow Builder, which the site tags "HOT". The builder page puts it plainly: you "create and train AI agents with simple clicks". Anyone can assemble an agent with a drag-and-drop interface, with no coding skills required.
Starting points matter for a first project, so the company offers templates. It describes them as AI practices that have been proven and implemented in different sectors, and says you can find a template agent that matches your business. The Templates section sits among its resources, next to a blog, an Academy of on-demand tutorials and a library of customer stories.
The knowledge base is how an agent learns your business. You integrate corporate information into it, manage it centrally, and the company says this improves the accuracy of the agent's answers. Its blog says the platform includes modules for RAG-based knowledge storage and retrieval, and the home page says you can pull content from sources like Google Drive, Notion and Microsoft Word.
Model choice is handled by the Custom LLM area. The home page says the platform integrates ChatGPT, DeepSeek and other top AI models "with flexible switching", and the blog adds that it integrates major international LLMs, including DeepSeek. For someone who has not picked a model yet, that means you can try a different one without rebuilding the agent.
Testing is built into the editor. The builder page says you can "experience the effects of Flow configurations in real-time conversations" and adjust based on immediate feedback. Once the agent is live, operators can use real conversation and log data to train and optimize it with one click, which the company says gives instant results.
The Workflow Builder covers the second category this product sits in. The company calls it a no-code AI automation platform for connecting apps, data and AI agents. A feature chart on the company's blog fills in the rest of the toolset. It lists visual creation of plugins and integrations, both a workflow method and simpler methods for creating AI applications, access to open source, commercial and fine-tuned models, model fine-tuning services, and on-premise model deployment. On the data side it lists unlimited local knowledge bases, multi-table knowledge base queries, natural language queries over SQL, visual interactive charts, scheduled knowledge updates, markdown smart chunking and handover to human service. Voice agents can use a custom TTS or ASR model. The home page does say agents can be added into Discord, WhatsApp, Slack and Zapier, which gives you an outbound route into other automation tools; the blog's chart adds DingTalk and an Enterprise AI Search mode to the list of publishing targets.
Publishing is mostly about channels. The builder page says an agent can be integrated with a website, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, an iframe and more, so the service is available wherever your customers already are. You can restyle the chat bubble itself: size, position, color, icon, logo and name. The company's example is an e-commerce company that, within minutes, deployed one custom agent across its website, WhatsApp and Slack, and says the agent handled 70% of inquiries, answering on order status, return policies and product information. It is one unnamed company's result on the vendor's own page, so read it as an illustration.
The enterprise side includes Private Deployment, which the company describes as private hosting for full enterprise data control and performance, and a blog guide on DeepSeek enterprise on-premise deployment. There is also a section for developers, with a "Build It Yourself" tutorial and an integration guide, and a partner program.
What the company states about plans and claims
The pages publish no plan names or prices. What they do state is a free entry point: "Start for Free", "Join Free" and "Get 100 Free Credits Monthly!". Enterprise terms go through "Book a Demo" and "Contact Sales".
The home page makes several marketing claims worth reading as claims. It says the platform is "Trusted by 1000+ global brands", that AI customer support can reduce support costs by 70% and automate 90% of customer issues, communicate in 90+ languages and adapt tone and style, and that the AI SDR agent can achieve 300% lead growth. The customer stories it links include a drone company improving after-sales troubleshooting, an IT company changing how it trains support teams, and an e-commerce company tracking prices with generative AI. None is named on the pages.
On governance, the same blog chart lists functionality permissions, knowledge base and knowledge data permissions, centralized publishing and permission control of the AI applications you create, multiple organizations with isolated data management between them, and bot workspaces. The home page frames enterprise rollout as data strategy, model development, deployment and monitoring under the heading "Deploy AI Safely and Swiftly."
Who it suits and who it does not
GPTBots suits a support, sales or operations team that wants a working agent on its website and chat apps quickly, with the option to start free. The mix of knowledge base, switchable models and ready-made channels covers the common first project: a bot that answers questions from your documents. It also suits an enterprise team that expects to move to private deployment later, since the vendor sells that route itself.
It is less clear for someone who needs a visual database, a custom app front end or a mobile app. The product is about agents and their workflows, not general app building. A founder on a fixed budget can build a first agent on the 100 monthly free credits, but paid plans are not priced on the pages, so the cost of scaling up comes from a sales conversation. Developers who prefer code will find the drag-and-drop builder faster for simple agents but may want to read the developer tutorial to see where the API starts.
