What Convocore is

Convocore calls itself "The AI voice & chat agent platform for businesses and agencies." It is an agent builder: you connect your content and tools, design the conversation in a visual flow builder, and publish the same AI agent to the channels your customers already use. The same agent covers both a text chatbot and a phone-capable voice agent, which is why it sits under chatbot builders and voice AI agent builders. The homepage pitches it as "Built for agencies," with the line "Build, launch, and resell white-label AI voice & chat agents that handle calls, conversations, lead capture, and scheduling across web, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram & more. No code required." The reader it fits is a small business, a support or sales team, or an agency that wants to deploy agents for clients without writing code.

What you build and how

The builder. The homepage describes 3 steps: connect your context (site, docs, FAQs, and tools, pulling from calendars, CRMs and spreadsheets), design the conversation, and deploy everywhere. The design step uses "the visual flow builder to route intents, hand off to humans, and call APIs." The company says you "Build sophisticated flows with a visual node editor. Conditional branches, loops, and complex decision trees," and shows an example path of Start, Check Intent, Qualify Lead, Book Call. A "Generate my agent" button starts a new agent for you. The knowledge base lets you "Scrape URLs, upload documents, or write content directly," and the pricing table adds a KB crawler with auto-update on higher plans.

Voice agents. The voice page describes a "Complete Voice AI Suite." Speech is transcribed in real time using Deepgram, with a configurable patience factor and smart interruption handling so the agent does not talk over a caller. Replies are spoken through providers such as ElevenLabs and Cartesia, and you can pick featured voices or upload your own. The homepage names realtime voice engines Gemini Live, Grok AI Live, Ultravox and ElevenLabs, with "~700ms latency." The voice page lists 50+ languages. You can buy phone numbers inside the platform or import numbers you hold with Twilio, and handle inbound and outbound calls. Teams with their own phone systems can connect by SIP trunking, with support for Asterisk and custom PBX setups. A web calling option embeds a voice widget, and live agent handoff transfers a call to a person with the full conversation context. The company runs its own sales line on the product: an AI secretary that books demos into Google Calendar.

Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. You connect an Instagram Business account through Meta, and the agent handles direct messages, story mentions and follow-ups, transcribing voice messages so it can answer them. Your team can take over with one click and pass the chat back, with browser and email notifications. On Messenger you can connect several Facebook Pages to different agents from one dashboard, and train them with documents, URLs and FAQs. On WhatsApp the agent books into Google Calendar or Calendly inside the chat. The homepage lists the full channel set as web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS and realtime voice, and the plan table adds Discord and Email.

Shared building blocks. Team features include multiple members, role-based access and departments such as Sales and Support. Analytics track response times, conversation metrics and satisfaction, and the Messenger page says conversations can be exported to CSV or text. Integrations cover "calendars, CRMs, Shopify, Make, n8n, and 40+ tools," with anything custom wired "via REST." Higher plans add BYOK, agent MCP and webhooks, a Convocore MCP, and full API access. On Instagram, the company says Meta's rules are handled for you: users are told when they are chatting with AI, the 24-hour messaging window is respected, and user data is deleted on request.

White label. The agency side lets you "White-label the entire platform under your name. Custom domain, full branding control, and unlimited clients." The homepage lists custom domain, logo, colors and full CSS control, an organization per client, and "No revenue share on what you charge."

What the pages state

The pricing page lists 6 plans in USD, excluding tax: Free at $0 "forever," a sandbox with the web widget, the tools builder and 500 monthly credits; Starter at $29 a month with 5,000 credits and Telegram; Pro at $59 with 15,000 credits, every chat channel, live handoff and ticketing, and lead capture; Business at $99 with 25,000 credits, voice, campaigns, full API, MCP and an unbranded widget; White Label at $199 with 60,000 credits and 20 client sub-accounts; and White Label Elite at $349 with 120,000 credits, SaaS mode, client self-signup and unlimited seats and clients. The AI agent limit runs from 2 on Free to unlimited on the 2 white-label plans. Twilio numbers start at "2 included" and concurrent call lines at "3 included" on Business. The page says "Annual = 4 months free."

Each plan opens a model tier, and higher plans include every lower tier. Tier 4 on Free covers open-source models such as DeepSeek V4 Flash, Gemma 4 31B and Qwen3.5 122B, and Tier 1 on Business and above adds what the page calls "Top proprietary flagships." The model table lists GPT-5, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Pro and Claude Sonnet 5 among others, each priced per 1M tokens in dollars and credits. "1 credit = $0.001," each reply adds 1 interaction credit on top of the token cost, and unused monthly credits roll over. A calculator estimates monthly AI messages from 500 up to 40,000.

Voice is priced per minute by provider. The pricing page shows Deepgram transcription at $0.010 per minute at the provider and $0.030 with the platform charge, and the homepage says the voice markup is "just 2¢/min," with Twilio line fees billed separately.

On security, the homepage says "Fully GDPR compliant, with EU & US data regions," naming a Frankfurt region for EU data residency and a US region, with data isolation per client and "99.9%" uptime. The footer links a DPA and a Trust Center. The company claims "20K+ Agents Deployed" and "500+ Teams & Agencies," and features BlueStorm AI, an agency serving "~60 clients" across Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia on the platform.

Who it suits and who it does not

Convocore suits a business that wants one agent answering across several channels, particularly one that wants phone calls handled by AI, and an agency that wants to resell agents under its own brand with no revenue share. A team already on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger can add instant replies and keep humans in the loop.

A couple of cautions. Costs combine a plan fee, model credits and per-minute voice charges, so a high-volume voice agent needs the calculator before you commit. And channels are gated by plan: WhatsApp and Instagram start at Pro, and voice at Business, so the $29 Starter plan is a web and Telegram plan.
