What it is
Conferbot is a no-code chatbot builder for businesses that want bots for lead generation, support and booking without programming. Its tagline reads "Build, deploy, and manage AI chatbots across 8 channels. No code required." The homepage headline is about building lead-generation chatbots for WhatsApp, and the page lists marketing, sales, customer support, product management and human resources as the teams it serves. Industry pages cover healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, HR and recruiting, hospitality and education. The reader it fits is a founder, a marketing or support team, or a small agency that wants a bot live quickly.
What you build and how
The editor is a drag-and-drop builder. The company's no-code builder page says you use "drag-and-drop interfaces, visual flow charts, pre-built components, and configuration panels" in place of programming languages, and puts it as "if you can draw a flowchart, you can build a chatbot." Under the hood the page names conditional logic (if/then branching), variable storage and API calls to external services. When the visual builder is not enough, you can extend it with API integrations and use webhooks for custom data flows. The builder page's quick-start checklist offers 2 ways in: start from a template, or "use the AI builder to generate from a description."
The product menu shows what sits around the flow editor: an AI Agent, AI Models, a Chatbot Builder, Live Chat, a Knowledge Base, a Ticket System and Analytics. The homepage names 4 core features: a visual bot builder, omnichannel deployment, a unified inbox and an analytics dashboard. On the AI side, the homepage says Conferbot works with several AI model providers, naming "OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and more."
Templates are a stated starting point. The homepage counts them 2 ways, "50+ templates ready to use" in the setup steps and "Browse all 250+ templates" in the template gallery, with groups for healthcare, ecommerce and retail, B2B services, real estate, and booking and scheduling. Examples on the page include a chiropractor appointment bot with pain assessment, a clinical trial patient recruitment bot with pre-screening and eligibility matching, a dental practice bot that handles booking, emergencies and insurance verification, and a diet and nutrition advisor. The company says every flow is fully editable and that you can "go live in under 10 minutes." Use cases it lists include lead qualification, FAQ automation, appointment booking, feedback collection and product recommendations.
Deployment is where the site makes its biggest claim. The tagline says 8 channels, while the homepage says "13+ channels," and the lists include website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Teams and LINE. For the website the company says it "Works everywhere JavaScript runs - one line of code to install," naming HTML, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and Squarespace. For apps there are mobile SDKs for React Native, Flutter, iOS and Android, described as native SDKs for in-app chat. The company describes one inbox for every conversation, and its blog argues that an omnichannel chatbot carries the conversation between channels rather than just being present on many.
Integrations are named in the footer: Zapier, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Airtable, Salesforce, Stripe and Notion. The homepage claims "50+ Integrations" with a 2-minute setup time, and elsewhere says it "Works with Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, and 200+ more." The company says users "can easily import visitor data into their favorite marketing or customer data management tools."
Agents who take over from a bot work in the shared inbox, so the team sees every channel in one place. Collaboration is mentioned briefly: the builder page says Conferbot offers "built-in sharing and roles." There is a desktop download for Mac. On the end user's side, the homepage mock-ups show a chat widget answering a WhatsApp customer, and a blog mock-up shows a Slack support ticket "Auto-resolved. Password reset link sent."
The blog is large, spanning 6 pages of articles dated through September 2026, with guides on WhatsApp, free trial versus free plan, chatbot accessibility, fallback messages, flow templates and choosing an LLM. The footer adds documentation, a help center, a platform limits page, an error code directory, a What's New page and a partner program.
Plans, figures and claims
The homepage says "Free plan available," "No credit card required" and "Cancel anytime," and lists live chat support and a "7-day money-back guarantee." The builder page's checklist says a free account comes with "600 conversations/month included." Paid plans sit on a separate pricing page, which the builder page describes as a way to "Find the right tier for your conversation volume," so tiers scale by conversations. The builder page does use a cost illustration of "$50/month average," which it turns into about $1,800 over 3 years, against $150,000 to $270,000 for a custom-built chatbot. That is the company's own comparison, not a price list. Support is listed by email, "Available 24/7."
Scale claims are the company's. The homepage shows "50 K+ businesses" and "10 M+ conversations" with a 4.9/5 rating from "500+ reviews," and elsewhere says "Join 5,000+ businesses already using Conferbot," so the business count differs across the page. The homepage also claims "Capture 3x more leads, cut support costs by 60%," "300% more leads on average," "Average customer sees 45% more leads within their first week" and "Average customer saves $2,000/mo on support." Its ROI calculator is more careful: it starts from a 30% uplift that it labels "your assumption, not a Conferbot result," and tells you to set it to whatever you think is realistic for your site, or to 0% to see the cost side alone. It also shows a "Watch: From Zero to Live Bot in 4 Minutes" demo and says to deploy in 10 minutes. The builder page says you can go from signup to a deployed bot in under 30 minutes.
3 customer quotes appear: Surya, CEO at Web Cannon-Z, says Conferbot "unleashed our creativity"; Rohit, Game Director at Frost Monk Studios, praises the "intuitive interface"; and Arya, an engineer at Netraga, says "Conferbot's analytics transformed our understanding of user behavior." The legal footer includes Report Abuse and Delete My Data pages.
Who it suits
Conferbot suits a founder, a marketing team or a small agency that wants a WhatsApp, Messenger or website bot running fast, with a free plan of 600 conversations a month to try it, templates for common jobs in health, retail and property, and a visual builder that does not require code. A support team that wants bots, live chat, a ticket system and a shared inbox in one place will find all of them here, and a product team can put the same bot inside an app through the SDKs.
The channel, template and customer counts vary between pages, so a buyer with a hard requirement should check it in the free plan first. The builder page itself says that for roughly 5% of chatbot projects, such as sub-100ms response needs or custom integrations with legacy systems that lack APIs, custom development is still necessary.
