Chatbot Builder AI

Chatbot Builder AI (the site also writes it ChatBotBuilder.ai) is a no-code chatbot builder for businesses that want custom chatbots and GPTs on their website, social media, email and phone calls. The company calls it "the fastest, easiest way" to do that, and its blog signs off by describing it as a multi-channel AI agent platform for businesses that want to deploy, automate and scale conversations. It is written for small business owners, support and marketing teams, and agencies that build bots for clients: its Pro plan is described as serving "both your own business needs and those of your clients", and a separate White Label Enterprise plan lets an agency run the whole platform under its own brand.
What you build and how
What you build is a chatbot or GPT, and the pages describe it as a tool for "automating customer service, simplifying communication, or tailoring user experiences". The features page says the platform lets you "create, personalize, and launch" a bot to improve customer service, manage inquiries and automate replies, and it pitches the tool at both beginners and professionals, with "a simple interface and powerful tools". What the pages describe most is the outcome: a bot that is live around the clock on the channels you choose, with a mobile-first design that the company says works on smartphones, tablets and desktops alike, so you can manage the platform on the go.
The Pro plan adds two building blocks worth naming. "Personalization with Business Data" means you build the chatbot to use your own business data for more relevant conversations, and "Powerful Analytics" tracks bot performance so you can improve it over time. The plan also lists built-in marketing tools for engaging customers inside the chatbot.
The channel list is the clearest part of the offer. The Pro plan names Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and voice, and calls this cross-channel support. The integrations page adds TikTok and web chat to the list and describes an "All-Channel AI Integration" that connects chatbots to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email and phone calls without coding. The FAQ says you do not need coding skills to connect a bot to a channel such as Facebook or Instagram: it takes a few clicks, and following the instructions takes under 2 minutes.
Voice is a real part of the product, not a footnote. The integrations page lists a Voice integration for "efficient and clear voice call interactions", and an Eleven Labs integration that combines Eleven Labs AI voices with the builder for voice-enabled chat. A February 2026 blog post by the founder, Ryan Baggott, is written around what the company calls CBB phone agents and its AI Phone Call Summary flows. He writes that the phone agents do not just handle calls, they summarize them, and that every conversation is logged, categorized and stored automatically, capturing intent, sentiment, urgency and follow-up potential. In his story, one of the first businesses to pilot a CBB phone agent had more than 15,000 call summaries flowing into a Google Sheets integration. He pasted a page of recent summaries into a prompt asking who to call to make a sale that day, and got a prioritized answer, with no code and no data analyst. That is a story from the field rather than a feature spec, but it shows how the company expects call data to be used: home services, healthcare and real estate are the kinds of businesses the post names. The post also points to a sister platform, PayMeGPT.com, for deeper agentic workflows such as payments and lead monetization.
On the data and automation side the integrations page names Google Sheets for real-time data capture and automation, and Zapier for "workflow-enhanced chat experiences". The home page also claims you can "integrate your own AI with 1000's of apps" to connect your tools and your teams; that is the company's wording. The footer links to a Developers section and a Changelog.
AI models run on OpenAI keys. The Pro plan says OpenAI API access is included, with an "OpenAi Key included of 5,000,000 tokens". The FAQ says the Basic plan includes an OpenAI key for GPT-4o mini at a 5M token limit, that you link your own key if you want GPT-4, and that Enterprise plan users must connect their own API key.
Collaboration scales with the plan. Pro includes "Unlimited User Seats", so a whole team can work in one account. White Label Enterprise adds unlimited admins.
For agencies, the White Label Enterprise plan is the product in a different shape. The company calls it "Your Full-SaaS Chatbot Platform in a Box": an agency launches and manages its own fully branded chatbot platform, sells it to clients under its own brand and domain, and runs it in what the page calls "Complete SaaS Mode". The refund terms also mention custom domain sales.
The evidence from the pages
The pricing page shows two plans.
- Pro costs $49 a month. It lists unlimited user seats, cross-channel support for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and voice, built-in marketing tools, personalization with business data, analytics, and an OpenAI key with 5,000,000 tokens. It comes with a "risk-free 14-day trial" and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- White Label Enterprise costs $2499 a month. It lists unlimited accounts, a dedicated 24/7 support agent, unlimited admins, 1M contacts included, white labeling on your own brand and domain, and the complete SaaS mode.
The FAQ also refers to a Basic plan and an Enterprise plan when it explains API keys.
On trials, every page offers "a FREE Sandbox account for 14 days" with an extension available on request and "No Credit Card Required." A sandbox is a trial, not a permanent free plan.
Refund terms are specific. A refund applies only to the last payment, requested by email or a support ticket. Pro accounts carry the 30-day money-back guarantee, while Whitelabel and Custom domain sales are final with no refund option. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard.
On trust, the FAQ states that the platform is "officially certified by Meta", which the company ties to its Facebook and Instagram connections, and the footer links to a Meta Partners page. The home page shows a row of chatbot category badges such as High Performer, Best Usability, Best Support and Easiest To Do Business With.
Support runs through a chat with the company's own bot on the website, a dedicated help section in its Discord community, and email. The company says its team offers 24/7 assistance every day of the year, and White Label Enterprise adds a dedicated support agent around the clock. It also runs a YouTube channel.
Who it suits and who it does not
The product fits a business that wants one tool to put a chatbot on the social channels its customers already use, and on the phone, without hiring a developer. A local service business taking inbound calls is the case the founder's blog post describes, with summaries landing in Google Sheets for follow-up. A small team that already works in Google Sheets or Zapier can wire captured data into those tools through the named integrations.
Agencies get two routes. Pro is priced for building bots for clients from one account with unlimited seats, and White Label Enterprise turns the platform into the agency's own branded SaaS with unlimited client accounts.
There are caveats. The pages say little about the editor itself, so the 14-day sandbox is the place to judge how building a flow feels. Model access depends on OpenAI keys: the included tokens are capped, and anyone who wants GPT-4 or who is on Enterprise pays for model usage through their own key. The jump from $49 to $2499 a month is steep, and white-label and custom-domain purchases are final sales, so test thoroughly before committing.
