What Blits.ai Is

Blits.ai is an enterprise AI platform for building and running conversational AI in production: digital humans, voice bots, chatbots, agentic AI, custom large language models and agentic payments, all on one orchestration layer. The company positions it between rigid SaaS products and slow bespoke builds, calling it "the productized platform, tailored to your use case" that goes live in weeks on your own infrastructure. The site describes it as model agnostic, combining the AI of Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs and others so a customer can pick the model that fits each task and swap it later "as the frontier moves", with "Zero vendor lock in." The company, Blits BV, gives an address in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and says the platform is in production at Tier 1 banks and enterprises across Europe, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Libya. The reader it addresses is an IT or enterprise team in a regulated industry, not a solo builder.

What You Build and How

The site says Blits.ai lets you design, deploy and scale conversational AI on one orchestration layer. The product menu lists what you can build on it: Digital Humans, Voice Bots, Outbound AI Campaigns, Agentic AI, Chatbots, Custom LLMs, Kiosk UI and Agentic Commerce.

Agentic AI is the headline. The site describes "autonomous, goal driven agents that complete work end to end across your systems", which plan, act, verify and report impact. Its pitch is lower cost per outcome by automating multistep workflows, with agents owning tasks "from intake to resolution across tools and teams" under policy controls, approvals and audit-ready logs. Digital humans are AI-powered avatars with voice and video for customer-facing experiences. Voice bots cover inbound voice assistants, IVR and call centers, plus proactive outbound calling campaigns. Kiosks bring the same assistants into retail, hospitality, banking and public spaces.

Channels are broad. The site lists your website and chat channels plus Facebook, Microsoft Teams and Slack; your mobile apps plus WhatsApp, SMS and other messaging apps; voice and IVR; and kiosks. It also connects to "any AI service, agent, or LLM". The company describes multilingual experiences across these channels "in many languages and dialects including Arabic", and a separate section says the platform is "Fluent in Arabic and its dialects, and built for the regional requirements generic platforms miss."

Integration is where the enterprise buyer looks hardest. The site says Blits.ai connects to any system, website or app through REST and WebSocket APIs, prebuilt connectors, or a function builder "that reaches any internal tool", and links to API documentation. The named systems are CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (SAP, Oracle), helpdesk (ServiceNow, Zendesk), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), agentic payments (Stripe, PayPal), and LLM tools and MCP services (Gemini, Anthropic), plus custom applications and databases.

Deployment is a choice of 3 models. In the managed service, Blits.ai runs infrastructure, maintenance, updates and monitoring, with 24/7 monitoring and support, automatic scaling and SLA guarantees. In your own cloud, the site names AWS, Azure and GCP, with full infrastructure control, custom networking and security, and hybrid cloud support. On premises, it offers complete data sovereignty in your data center, including air-gapped deployment and custom security policies. The home page sums it up as "Our cloud, your cloud, or your data center."

Blits.ai is not purely self-service software. The company frames it as "Technology + professional services + support" and says it handles "the entire journey, from first design to ongoing optimization." A team works alongside yours, and the sales motion starts with a demo built on your own use case.

Security, Proof and Pricing

The trust section lists ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO 42001, and says the platform is compliant and aligned with GDPR, the EU AI Act and the OECD AI Principles. It describes data masking and PII redaction so that "Sensitive and payment data is masked before it ever reaches a model", role-based access with a full log of every action, continuous security monitoring, and a commitment that customer data and custom model weights "are never used to train foundation models." The footer links to a Trust Center, an AI Policy and a status page.

The home page reports aggregate results under "Real results from Blits.ai", without naming the customers behind them: a 34% CSAT improvement within 90 days of implementation, 55% lower cost per customer interaction than traditional channels, 3x faster time to market than development-heavy solutions, and a 42% conversion figure for lead-to-customer conversion. These are the company's own numbers.

Customer quotes carry roles and industries rather than company names. A CTO at a global logistics company says: "We serve customers in 12 languages with consistent quality across all markets." A director at a financial trading company says they "scaled from 1,000 to 100,000 daily interactions without any performance issues." A VP of customer experience at a financial services company credits the platform's controls for a SOC 2 audit, and a CFO at a SaaS company reports "a 30% increase in lead conversion rates." A director at a global payments network says Blits.ai "has been active in the AI space for six years". The company also cites "a long term partnership with one of the world's leading credit card companies."

The site has a Pricing link but publishes no figures; the calls to action are "Book a demo" and "Bring your use case. See it work first."

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

Blits.ai suits regulated enterprises, banks and large organizations with complex system landscapes, the audience its pages address. A team that must keep data in its own cloud or data center, including air-gapped environments, gets that as a standard deployment option rather than a special project. Organizations that already work with several model providers will value the model-agnostic design. Teams that need agents acting across ERP, CRM, helpdesk and payment systems get named connectors, APIs and a function builder, backed by the professional services the company bundles. Arabic-speaking markets get explicit attention, which is rare enough that the company puts it on the home page.

It is less suited to small teams or startups building their first AI feature. The platform is sold through demos, with services included, and there is no self-service plan to try. A business that only needs a simple website chatbot on one channel will find the breadth, and the engagement that comes with it, more than the job requires.
