What Asyntai Is

Asyntai is a no-code AI chatbot builder for websites: you give it your site's address, it reads your pages, and it builds an assistant that answers visitor questions around the clock. The footer says the company is "Based in EU". The product is aimed first at small business owners, solo founders and online shops that want customer support without hiring for it, and second at marketing teams who want to change what the chatbot says without waiting on developers. The site pitches speed above all: the no-code page says most users have a chatbot live in under 2 minutes and calls it "The fastest setup in the industry." Alongside chat, Asyntai now sells a voice agent that answers on your phone numbers and an AI search bar, which the home page describes as its second product. Agencies are addressed too, with reseller and white-label dashboards on the higher tiers.

What You Build and How

The build follows 3 steps. You create a free account and paste your website URL. Asyntai reads your site and builds a knowledge base from it; the getting-started section says it reads up to 50 pages on the first pass, and the plan limits decide how many pages you can add after that. It then generates pre-configured AI instructions and the knowledge base, you test the assistant in the dashboard, and you copy one JavaScript snippet into your site. The company says there are "No plugins to install, no complex configurations" and that the snippet works with every website platform, template and hosting provider.

There is no flowchart editor, and the company presents that as the point: "No flowcharts to design, no decision trees to map out." Instead of scripting conversations, you shape the assistant through its knowledge and its instructions. You can upload documents such as PDFs or text files, add custom instructions on tone, topics to avoid and when to suggest contacting a human, and add specific question-and-answer pairs. The site says the assistant stays on topic and won't answer random questions unrelated to your business.

Design is handled with point-and-click controls. The no-code page lists colors, fonts, positioning, welcome messages, chatbot name, avatar and behavior, and the home page offers a gallery of chat-button styles, from a classic bubble and a pill to an edge tab, a dock and a typewriter style. A second widget form, the Ask AI Bar, sits at the bottom of your pages as an always-visible field and expands into a full-screen conversation when a visitor starts typing. The script is under 50KB and loads asynchronously after your main content, so the company says it does not slow the page.

Beyond answering from text, the assistant can work with live data. Custom tools let the AI call your own API endpoints mid-conversation to fetch order status, stock, tracking or account details, and a user-context feature passes visitor-specific information such as an order or renewal date into the chat. A real-time data feed reads availability or product status, and on the Pro tier a larger version connects catalogs of up to about 25,000 items. The AI can show product cards and images, accept image uploads from visitors, transcribe voice messages, book appointments through a calendar in the chat window, embed tools like Calendly, forms or maps in replies, and open support tickets for issues that need human follow-up.

For the people running it, the dashboard shows conversation logs, chat analytics by page and country, a daily email report, knowledge-gap analysis and daily topic categories. Live monitoring shows conversations as they happen, human takeover lets a team member step into any chat, escalation alerts you when a visitor asks for a person, and AI notifications send an email when the assistant detects a scenario you define, such as a bug report or a sales lead. Optional fields collect visitor emails and phone numbers, and a custom notice can show a disclaimer or consent text above the input.

Publishing reaches far beyond plain HTML. The integrations list names WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, Shopify, Adobe Magento, Drupal, Moodle, TYPO3, Craft CMS, Umbraco, Odoo, Strapi and DatoCMS among others, and the no-code page names Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Jimdo, GoDaddy and Weebly. The home page says the widget itself can be translated into 32 languages. The plans connect the chatbot to Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Discord, and to 6,000+ apps through Zapier, and a REST API covers custom integrations. The site also links to dedicated pages for running the agent inside Slack, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshchat, Front, Intercom and Gorgias.

Plans, Limits and Support

The pricing table shows a monthly price and a lower annual one, in dollars and euros, and says annual billing saves 10%.

  • Free, $0 with no card required: 100 AI replies per month, 1 website, up to 50 pages crawled into the knowledge base, up to 1,000,000 characters of knowledge and 1 seat. Voice is limited to test calls.
  • Starter, $39 a month or $35 a month billed annually: 2,500 AI replies per month, up to 2 websites, up to 250 pages, up to 3,000,000 characters and 2 seats, plus chat logs, analytics, widget localization, the messaging channels, Zapier, the REST API, lead fields, the custom notice and standard email support.
  • Standard, $139 a month or $125 a month billed annually: 15,000 AI replies, up to 3 websites, up to 1,000 pages, up to 15,000,000 characters, 3 seats and a voice agent with 200 minutes per month and up to 2 calls at the same time. It adds the AI search bar, the real-time data feed, product cards, custom tools, human takeover, bookings and support tickets.
  • Pro, $449 a month or $404 a month billed annually: 50,000 AI replies, 1,500 voice minutes, up to 5 calls at once, up to 20 websites, up to 5,000 pages, up to 100,000,000 characters and 10 seats, with priority email support, branding removal, white-label dashboards for agencies, SSO through SAML or OAuth providers, a translation widget for 40+ languages and a retention policy that deletes chats after a set number of days.
  • Enterprise, priced on request: custom reply volume and limits, white-label, zero-retention mode, PII redaction, an output classifier that checks replies before the visitor sees them, access tags, widget version pinning, an audit log and contractual SLAs.

Each answer in a voice call counts as one AI reply, and phone calls run through your own Twilio account, which bills them separately. When you hit the monthly reply limit, the FAQ says the chatbot stops responding until the plan resets or you upgrade, and you get email warnings before that happens. Annual plans cannot be downgraded until the billing period ends, and bank transfer is available on request. On language, the no-code page says the AI answers in 100+ languages, detecting the one the visitor writes in. Support runs by email, and the contact form promises a reply within 24 hours.

The home page carries one customer testimonial: "I reduced my support workload by 70%." The same customer adds, "When I handled chat myself I had to answer immediately - one hesitation and the customer was gone. Now I just relax." and "I saved thousands of dollars on support agents."

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

Asyntai fits a small shop or service business that wants a support chatbot today and doesn't want to think about conversation design. The free plan lets you try it on your real site with no card, and the Starter tier covers a modest store. Businesses that take phone calls get a second use from the same knowledge base once they reach Standard and connect Twilio. Agencies get white-label dashboards and a reseller program on Pro and above, and the Enterprise tier answers privacy questions with zero retention, PII redaction and an audit log.

The caveats are about volume and style. 100 replies a month is a trial amount for any site with steady traffic, so most businesses will move to a paid tier quickly, and the jump from Standard to Pro is large. Teams that want to script branching, rule-based dialogs will find the product deliberately built the other way, around AI answers from your content and instructions rather than a flow designer.
