What AssistifAI is

AssistifAI is a no-code AI assistant that handles both voice and chat for a business: inbound and outbound calls, a web chatbot, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email, all landing in one dashboard. The company's FAQ calls it "a smart AI voice and chat assistant that works like a team member for your business, handling customer queries, bookings, and routine tasks automatically." It is written for small and mid-size service businesses that lose leads to missed calls and slow follow-ups, which is how its own blog frames the problem. The pages do not state where the company is based.

What you build and how

Setup starts with a link. The home page's pitch is "Just give us your website link. We handle everything from here," and the company says you can be live in 5 minutes with no developers. You can also train the assistant by uploading documents or adding details about your services, and the FAQ says you can "simply choose the agents you need and train them with your business information." The page then lists the follow-on steps: add a widget, claim a phone number, connect WhatsApp and your calendar, and watch the inbox fill.

Industry templates shorten the start. The home page says "Start from a template built for how enquiries actually arrive in your industry" and shows tiles for law firms, education, healthcare, real estate and automobile businesses. The automobile tile mentions booking test drives. The template list is longer than what the pages show in full, so check it for your own niche.

What the agent does after training is answer FAQs, book appointments, capture leads, send follow-ups, support your team and automate daily business tasks. On voice, the FAQ says it can chat and speak with customers using natural voice and respond in the customer's preferred language. Telecalling is a plan feature: trial-only on the free Starter plan, inbound calls on Standard, and both inbound and outbound on Professional.

A headline feature is the Meta Ads flow. The company says that from the moment a lead lands in your dashboard from Meta Ads, AssistifAI calls them in under 5 seconds, qualifying, tagging and booking the lead before your team even sees it. The home page also offers a demo call: you enter a phone number and the assistant rings you.

The dashboard view the company shows is a single sync of inbound calls, outbound calls, web chatbot, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Meta Ads leads, email and calendar. The site's line for it is "Calls, texts, notes, and insights are synced instantly. No manual work. No lost context. No gaps in visibility." Standard and Professional add call analytics, with call recording kept for 15 days on Standard and 30 days with an export option on Professional.

Where it runs is simple. The FAQ says you can deploy AssistifAI on your website, apps, or share it via a link, so it is available wherever your customers are. That covers the chatbot side. The voice side is the phone number you claim and the calls it places. The platform also mentions an agent marketplace, voice copilot, smart scheduling and conversation intelligence on the closing banner, but the pages held here do not describe how those work.

On integrations, the pages name WhatsApp on the free tier, WhatsApp, Slack and Calendly "etc." on Standard, and "all integrations" on Professional. A See All Integrations link exists, but the list itself is not on the pages held, so check it for the tools you need. Enterprise adds full CRM and API access and custom integrations. There is no visual flow builder described: you configure agents with your content and plan settings rather than drawing flows.

The evidence from the pages

The company says to try any plan free for 7 days with no commitment, and the FAQ says no credit card is required to sign up. Yearly billing saves 25%. Plans:

  • Starter, $0 a month with a 7-day free trial: 5000 credits, an in-app AI assistant for voice and chat, basic appointment booking, 2 agents, 25 website training links, a 1 MB knowledge base, telecalling for the trial only and WhatsApp-only integrations.
  • Standard, $29 a month: 10000 credits bundled monthly, appointment booking automation, 5 agents, 50 website training links, inbound telecalling, a 5 MB knowledge base, integrations such as WhatsApp, Slack and Calendly, call analytics and 15 days of call recording.
  • Professional, $249 a month: 20000 credits bundled monthly, 10 agents, 100 website training links, inbound and outbound telecalling automation, a 25 MB knowledge base, all integrations, advanced analytics and call recording with export for 30 days.
  • Enterprise, contact for pricing: chat and voice AI across all channels, custom agents, telecalling at scale, unlimited call recording, white labeling, full CRM and API access, custom integrations, dedicated support, and custom deployment and security.

The home page also runs a price comparison of its own. It lists six separate tools at $69 for live chat, $79 for an AI phone agent, $59 for WhatsApp automation, $34 for scheduling, $147 for lead qualification and $99 for Meta Ads lead to AI call, for $487 a month, against a single $249 subscription, and claims savings of up to 49%. That is the company's arithmetic about tools it chose to compare, so treat it as marketing.

The pages publish no compliance certifications such as SOC 2 or HIPAA, and no customer counts. Credits are the unit to watch, since the pages do not say how many a call minute or a chat reply costs.

Who it suits and who it does not

AssistifAI suits a clinic, law firm, school, dealership or real estate office where the pain is missed calls and slow follow-up, and where one dashboard for phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and chat beats four subscriptions. A team that buys Meta Ads leads gets the most obvious win from the instant call.

It is less natural for a team that wants to design multi-step conversation logic, since the pages describe templates and training rather than a flow editor. Voice-heavy needs push you to Professional at $249 a month, because outbound calling sits there. Regulated teams should ask the company about data handling directly, as the pages say nothing on it. And the free Starter plan is a trial of the idea, with a 1 MB knowledge base and calling limited to the trial.
