Zeev

Tap a star to rate

Zeev is a business process management platform from Brazil, sold as a BPMS with AI. It sits between a no-code workflow builder and a low-code application platform, and it is written for operations, finance, procurement and IT teams at mid-sized and large companies that want to model a process, turn it into tasks for people and AI agents, and watch it run. The company's site says it is used by "500+ empresas de médio e grande porte em todo o Brasil" (500+ mid-sized and large companies across Brazil), and the site itself is in Portuguese.

What you build and how

The core idea is that the flowchart you already draw for a process becomes the thing that runs. The company's own blog calls Zeev the pioneering low-code platform in Brazil and says it lets you "transforme o seu fluxograma em um aplicativo usando IA" (turn your flowchart into an application using AI), meaning flowcharts become automated workflows. The home page describes "um ecossistema unificado para modelar processos, automatizar tarefas e integrar toda a sua operação" (a unified ecosystem to model processes, automate tasks and integrate your whole operation). So the unit you build is a process: steps, owners, rules and the data that moves between them.

Authoring happens in two ways. The first is a visual designer, introduced on the home page as "Desenhe seu próprio processo de forma fácil" (design your own process easily), with the promise of total flexibility to create any type of process. The second is an AI assistant called Zai: "Descreva em linguagem natural e veja a Zai gerar o seu fluxo de trabalho em segundos" (describe it in natural language and watch Zai generate your workflow in seconds). That gives a team a choice of entry point, a blank canvas for someone who knows the process or a plain-language description for someone who would rather edit a generated draft.

The home page lists the platform's building blocks as a short set: a low-code and no-code platform, smart forms ("formulários inteligentes"), AI agents that work 24/7 ("agentes de IA que trabalham 24/7"), custom reports ("relatórios customizados"), full device mobility ("mobilidade total de dispositivos") and ready-made process templates ("templates de processos prontos"). Forms are how people enter and approve data, templates give a starting point for common processes, and the mobility line means the people carrying out tasks are not tied to a desktop.

Once a process is running, the flow turns into work for people. The home page says workflows "viram tarefas para todo o time" (become tasks for the whole team) and that you can delegate and monitor task performance in real time from the flows built inside Zeev. This is the BPM side of the product: a request enters, tasks land in front of the right person, and a manager sees where things stand. The custom reports are the other half of that visibility.

The AI layer goes beyond the generation assistant. The home page promises that "nossos agentes de IA façam o trabalho repetitivo por você" (our AI agents do the repetitive work for you) and has a section called "A IA que trabalha 24/7 pelo seu time" (the AI that works 24/7 for your team), meant to let people focus on more strategic activities. The navigation names a service called "Agentes de IA para processos" (AI agents for processes), described as an interaction of technology, people and processes to digitize back-office operations. A recent blog post on the site covers orchestrating AI agents so that a single system keeps them secure and efficient, which shows the direction: agents run inside governed workflows rather than as free-standing chatbots.

For connecting to other software, the home page has a section titled "Integracão via API com tudo que você já usa" (API integration with everything you already use), with the line "Fluidez total com as principais ferramentas do mercado" (total fluidity with the main tools on the market). Integration is framed as API access rather than as a catalog of named connectors. A section headed "Segurança e conformidade para sua operação" (security and compliance for your operation) pairs that with "Acesso fácil e centralizado a todas as informações" (easy, centralized access to all information), so the pitch is that process data lives in one governed place instead of scattered across e-mail and spreadsheets.

The single category this product is filed under is BPM and process automation, and the site's own tagline matches it: "A plataforma BPM Simplifica fluxos, elimina tarefas manuais e aumenta eficiência em larga escala" (the BPM platform simplifies flows, eliminates manual tasks and increases efficiency at scale). The Zeev name also covers two packaged products built on the same idea: Zeev SeaD, for managing and automating the processes of digital academic offices at higher-education institutions, and Zeev Works, for automating credit and consortium operations at financial institutions. Alongside the platform, the site sells services: "Low-code" and "Workflow" offerings described as expert teams to drive projects, train teams and speed the adoption of AI, and a partner program ("Seja um parceiro e ofereça Zeev aos seus clientes", become a partner and offer Zeev to your clients).

Where it is used

The site groups its solutions by industry and by department. Industries named are credit unions (Cooperativas de Crédito), retail (Varejo), health (Saúde), services (Serviços) and small and mid-sized businesses (PME). Departments named are tax and accounts payable (Fiscal e Contas a Pagar), procurement (Suprimentos) and finance (Financeiro). A strip of main use cases on the home page widens the list to finance, HR, purchasing, customer service, internal requests, education and industry. The blog backs this up with accounts-payable material: governance and traceability in payables, automatic bookkeeping of invoices from approval to accounts payable, handling invoices that arrive without an order, contract or balance, and automatic validation of invoice against order against contract. These are the kinds of back-office processes the company expects its customers to build.

What the pages say about cost, limits and trust

The company's site publishes no plan names, prices or usage limits. The navigation has a "Planos" (plans) entry and a "Demo grátis" (free demo) button, and the home page offers "Solicite uma demo grátis" (request a free demo), so the route to a quote starts with a demo. The company's blog adds one commercial point about being Brazilian: payment is made in reais, so you do not need to worry about the dollar exchange rate and "não terá nenhuma surpresa no final do mês" (there will be no surprise at the end of the month). That is a company claim about its own billing, not a figure.

Beyond the 500+ company count, the home page claims "+400.000 usuários" (more than 400,000 users) and says Zeev was "6x Premiada no Global Awards for Excellence in Business Process Management" (awarded six times at the Global Awards for Excellence in Business Process Management). It also prints customer results. Banco Bmg, in finance, is credited with a 7X return on its Zeev implementation, with 80% of the SLAs of automated activities optimized, 150 process improvements a month and more than 50 processes automated end to end. A technology customer's case quotes annual savings of R$ 1,5 milhão (1.5 million reais) in costs, more than 60 active processes in Zeev and 24 flows migrated from a legacy system within a few months, with business teams gaining autonomy through low-code. Those figures belong to those customers, not to every deployment. A customer quote on the same page reads: "Com o Zeev, você consegue criar processos sem codificar" (with Zeev you can create processes without coding). The home page also links to an ROI simulator for automating a payments flow.

Support is local. The same blog post says "o suporte é em português" (support is in Portuguese) and that the Zeev team of specialists is ready to help. Support, training and the blog library are presented as part of the offer: the site has a blog, a library of "materiais completos para aprofundar conhecimento e acelerar projetos" (complete materials to deepen knowledge and speed up projects) and an AI community space for professionals to exchange ideas.

The company also publishes general explainers on low-code and no-code. They define no-code as building applications and automating workflows through visual interfaces with drag and drop, and they describe the "citizen developer" who builds without programming. The same article is candid about the learning curve: you will not start using a tool and ship an application by the end of the afternoon unless you have already studied how it works. The author compares it to baking a cake, where you still need to know the oven. The company also mentions Zeev docs alongside Zeev as tools that let anyone build software.

Who it suits

Zeev suits operations leaders, finance and procurement teams and IT groups in Brazilian mid-sized and large companies that already have processes drawn on paper or in diagrams and want them executed with tasks, forms, reports and AI agents. The Brazilian setting is a real advantage: Portuguese-language site and support, local billing in reais, and industry groupings such as credit unions that reflect the local market. A team with a flowchart and no developer backlog is the clearest fit.

It is a weaker fit for a solo founder or a team building a customer-facing app, a public website or a store, since everything on the pages points to internal process automation and no public publishing or template marketplace is described. A team outside Brazil should note that the site and support are in Portuguese, and cost only becomes clear after a demo.
