Wooqer

Tap a star to rate

Wooqer is an AI-powered operations platform for multi-location retail, restaurant and banking chains. The company's FAQ says it unifies audits, checklists, task management, frontline communication, training and analytics in one mobile app. Its no-code builder is aimed at operations teams who want to design workflows, checklists and audits themselves, without queuing for IT. The home page says it is used in 31 countries and is trusted by 450+ brands worldwide, and the footer gives the company as WOAS Inc. The problem it names is operations running on scattered spreadsheets, WhatsApp and hope, and the pitch is a single operating system that store teams use every day in every location.

What you build and how

The home page describes a three-step loop. You create: build workflows, checklists and audits without code by dragging, dropping and launching in minutes. You assign: push tasks to the right people at the right time, with assignment that is role-based and location-aware and runs automatically. You track: see in real time who did what, when and how well, so nobody has to chase updates.

The company's no-code builder lets you create audits, checklists and workflows by drag and drop and launch them to any set of locations. What you build is aimed at frontline execution rather than back-office paperwork. The feature list on the home page reads like the parts of a store operation:

  • Audits and inspections, described as photo-verified, with scoring, time stamps and corrective actions built in.
  • Smart checklists for opening, closing and shift routines that adapt by role, location and day.
  • Task management to assign, escalate and close the loop on every action.
  • Frontline communication, meaning targeted announcements and acknowledgements that reach exactly the right stores.
  • Training and certification, so staff are onboarded and upskilled in the app with compliance tracked automatically.
  • Real-time analytics, with district-to-store dashboards that, in the home page's words, show what is slipping before sales do.
  • Issue escalation, to raise, route and resolve exceptions with full visibility and SLAs.

You do not have to start from a blank page. The WorkApp Marketplace is described as 1,000+ ready-to-use WorkApps for audits, checklists and operations across 20+ industries, which you then customize to your own process. A company blog post adds that 500 of those WorkApps are dedicated to retail alone. The industries named include retail, restaurants and QSR, banking and finance, manufacturing, grocery, healthcare, pharmacy, logistics and facilities. The pre-built apps shown on the home page include Store Operations (opening checklists, VM audits, store visits), Food Safety (HACCP compliance, temperature logs, hygiene audits), Branch Banking (vault audits, compliance checks, ATM inspections) and Shop Floor (safety audits, equipment checks, shift handovers).

Three AI capabilities sit alongside the teams, according to the FAQ, which the home page frames as AI agents that answer questions, spot issues and surface insights before anyone asks. SensEye is visual AI for merchandising compliance: staff snap a photo of a shelf or display, SensEye scores it against your planogram and brand standards, and the fix is assigned automatically. The company lists planogram and visual-merchandising compliance scored from a single photo and out-of-stocks and gaps flagged before they cost a sale. Lens answers questions from your SOPs and policies. Wally is described as a platform co-pilot that guides people through a process. A company blog post also pitches the WorkApps for field teams that need apps working offline, capturing GPS-tagged evidence and enforcing compliance standards across multiple locations. In its own feature list it adds auto-scoring and grading across audit and inspection WorkApps, GPS and location tracking embedded in dozens of WorkApps from fuel logs to monthly security checks, and photo capture with annotations and instant PDF reports.

For the person using the finished app, the experience is a mobile app. The FAQ says it works offline in stockrooms and back-of-house and syncs automatically once a connection is available. The home page lists 200+ locations on one source of truth as one of its measured outcomes. The Platform menu groups the product into App Marketplace, AI SensEye, Analytics, Security and Integrations. The blog post says the mobile app holds a 4.7-star rating on both the App Store and Google Play.

What the pages state

The pricing answer is direct. The FAQ says pricing is tailored to your number of locations and the workflows you run, and that you book a demo for a plan. A company blog post calls the model custom annual licensing with no per-seat fees, and says unlimited team members are included, which it presents as the point at 50K+ location scale. No price, plan name or free tier appears, so a budget starts with a sales conversation.

On rollout, the FAQ says most teams go live in weeks, not months, because you start from the ready-made WorkApps and customize them without code instead of running a long IT project.

The home page quotes scale and outcome figures, which are the company's own claims: 450+ enterprise customers, 50K+ locations managed, 1M+ tasks completed daily and a 99.999% uptime SLA. It reports a 4.8 G2 rating from 46 reviews, says users have consistently voted it a Leader on G2, and claims 100% mobile adoption. It shows outcomes such as audit completion going from 60% to 98% within a quarter, visual-merchandising rollout time dropping from weeks to hours, and 90%+ frontline adoption within 60 days. Testimonials on the page include Dileep M K, VM Lead at International Stores, who says "With Wooqer SensEye, we reduced VM implementation time from weeks to hours", Rahul S, Operations Head in fashion retail, who says "Wooqer transformed how we manage compliance across 200+ locations", and Priya M, Quality Head at a QSR chain, who reports the audit completion jump. The blog post adds that one SensEye customer reached 95% VM compliance.

On security, the home page lists SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CASA, HIPAA and VAPT under enterprise-grade security and compliance. The FAQ words it as "SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA-aligned controls protecting your data," and the blog post says Wooqer is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant, with AES-256 encryption and MFA.

Who it suits and who it does not

Wooqer suits an operations team in a chain with many sites that run the same routines: opening checks, hygiene audits, visual-merchandising checks, vault inspections. If your headache is knowing whether standards were met in 200 stores without phoning anyone, the combination of checklists, photo evidence, scoring and escalation is aimed squarely at that. The ready-made WorkApps also help a team that does not want to design every audit from scratch, and the offline mobile app matters where signal is poor.

It is a less obvious fit for a solo founder, a freelancer or a small business with one location. The pricing is tied to locations and quoted after a demo, and the product is built around chains, so even though the site carries a Try Wooqer button beside Book Demo, a plan is set up with the sales team. It also does not read as a general internal-tool or app builder: the builder produces audits, checklists, tasks and workflows for frontline teams, not custom customer portals or websites. Integrations appear as a menu item rather than a named list of systems.
