What Softyflow is

Softyflow is a low-code platform for building business applications, digitalizing workflows and managing business processes (BPM). Its site calls it a "plateforme low-code française" (French low-code platform) with AI and the choice of cloud or your own servers, designed and published in France by a team based in Paris. Its FAQ answers the question of what Softyflow is this way: a low-code platform that helps companies digitalize workflows, optimize business process management and create business applications, where you can add features without needing to code.

The reader it is written for is an operations team or an IT department in a mid-size or large organization, such as the French PME and ETI segments its comparison guide names, that wants internal applications and process workflows built quickly and kept under its own control. The home headline sums it up: "Vos applications métier, créées plus vite. Déployées chez vous" (your business applications, built faster, deployed on your premises).

What you build and how

Describe it, then adjust it. The newest part of the platform is Flowy AI. You describe a need in plain language and Flowy AI proposes the data schema, the forms and the workflow. You then adjust by sending follow-up messages or by editing in the studio, and publish. The company's illustration is the prompt "Crée une application de demandes d’intervention reliée à notre ERP." (create an intervention request application linked to our ERP), which returns a first version with 1 form of 6 fields, 1 workflow of 4 steps, 3 roles and 2 connections, an ERP and a SQL database. The site adds "Tout reste modifiable dans le studio." (everything remains editable in the studio), and its timing claim carries the footnote "Pour un premier prototype." (for a first prototype): project duration depends on scope and integrations. It sets a classic cycle of needs statement, specification, development, acceptance and production, which it puts at several months, against prompt, prototype, adjust and publish in a few hours. The FAQ calls Flowy AI the conversational agent built into Softyflow.

Studio and business logic. The FAQ describes a drag-and-drop studio for configuring an application without technical skills, and explains that after Flowy AI gets you started, the platform's tools remain available: you can customize forms, configure business rules and test your processes before deployment. Workflows can include human validation steps, and roles and rights govern who reads, who writes and who validates.

BPM, workflow, apps and forms. The solutions section names 4 starting points. The workflow tool offers clear approval circuits, automatic reminders and real-time tracking. The BPM software lets you model processes in BPMN 2.0, automate them and measure them. Application development covers complete business applications with screens, data, roles and deployment. Digital forms come with more than 100 widgets, validation rules and a history of every entry. The menu also groups solutions by sector (industry and manufacturing, banking and insurance, logistics, health and pharma) and by function (HR, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, purchasing). The company's own 16-platform comparison guide, published on 6 May 2026, recommends "une plateforme low code orientée BPM comme Softyflow" for a French PME or ETI that wants to digitalize workflows and structure its processes. That is the company's own site recommending itself, so read it as positioning.

Data and integrations. Softyflow connects "ERP, CRM, bases SQL et API" (ERP, CRM, SQL databases and APIs) to your applications. Its External Data Source module lets applications read and write directly in those systems without double entry. The home page names SAP (BAPI and SAP HANA), Sage through its REST API, Odoo for customers, suppliers and items, Salesforce for workflow statuses, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle and MySQL databases, and inbound and outbound REST APIs. The mock-up shows an intervention closed and the work order updated in the ERP. Access is authenticated with OAuth2, API keys or JWT, and the page lists a timestamped API call log under traceability.

Hosting. This is the feature the company leads with. "Softyflow s’installe sur vos serveurs, dans votre réseau" (Softyflow is installed on your servers, inside your network): the installation is prepared with your IT teams and the company's, and then each application is published in one click into an environment already configured. Installation, backup and support terms are agreed with your IT team. You can also choose the Softyflow Cloud, which hosts Softyflow and your applications and connects them to your ERP, CRM, databases and APIs over encrypted connections; the hosting location, backups and support terms are set with the company's team. The site adds that processing requests with AI models is a separate topic from hosting, and that the company presents the models used and their framework to you.

Ready-made use cases. The solutions section sketches purchasing (centralize purchase requests, organize validations, follow progress), HR leave management (a clear tracking view for employees and managers) and finance investment or CAPEX requests (structure requests, coordinate approvals, find each project's information).

Governance. Under the heading "Vos règles" the company lists roles and rights, human validations in workflows, and logging of API actions.

What the end user sees. The pages show applications as forms and approval flows with named roles (requesters, managers, technicians), a request moving from request to planning, intervention and closure.

What the site states

Pricing and trial. The site publishes no prices or plan names. Its calls to action are "Parler à un expert" (talk to an expert) and "Essayer gratuitement" (try for free), and the FAQ says a POC can be granted so you can evaluate the platform against your needs, after you fill in a form and the team contacts you.

Security. The home page lists "Données chiffrées TLS en transit, AES-256 au repos" (data encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest), authenticated access, per-role rights and a timestamped API call log.

Customers. The company says "Teréga, Norauto, PILOT, Mobivia, Delfingen, UCM" already build business applications with Softyflow. It shows a fleet of more than 30 applications at Teréga, Pilot experts trained to work on Softyflow on their own, a referencing-management application for Norauto, and a UCM application for citizens handling more than 100,000 requests a year. 3 named users praise it on the home page; Cédric DEGREMONT calls it "Facile à mettre en place, à interfacer, à utiliser et à déployer." (easy to set up, interface, use and deploy). The page also quotes a BFM Business segment describing Softyflow as a no-code and low-code platform for digitalizing business processes.

Company. Softyflow lists its office at 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, and links to its documentation and a French-language blog.

Who it suits and who it does not

Softyflow suits a French or European company that wants to own where its applications and data live. The on-premises installation, role-based rights and human validation steps make it a candidate for IT teams that handle internal approvals, purchasing, leave and investment requests, and for organizations that want to train internal experts to build and maintain apps themselves, which the site's "Le savoir-faire en interne" (in-house know-how) section describes. The Flowy AI prompt route also lowers the entry barrier for a business analyst who can describe a process but not model it.

It is a weaker fit for a solo founder who wants a public website, a store or a consumer mobile app, since the pages describe internal business applications. Pricing is not published, so budget comparisons require a conversation. The site itself is written in French. The company's example timings are explicitly for a first prototype, so plan for real integration work with your ERP or databases.
