Neomind sells Fusion Platform, a low-code and no-code suite for business process management (BPMS) that also covers document management, electronic forms, signatures, analytics, risk and legal work. It is aimed at operations and IT teams in companies who want people in the business, not only developers, to build and change their own process automations. The company's site is in Portuguese, with English and Spanish versions, and its tagline is "Transformando Informação em Resultados" (transforming information into results).
What you build and how
The core of the product is the process builder. The home page describes BPMS as process management you automate and manage "totalmente low-code/no-code" (fully low-code/no-code), and the company blog explains the idea: users configure a solution by dragging and connecting preconfigured components. The pitch is that the people who perform an activity can also configure it, so the process matches how work is really done, while IT keeps control of architecture and security. One of the company's stated reasons to choose the platform is that it lets any member of a team automate processes, which it calls independence from IT.
Around the process builder sit the other modules of Fusion Platform, each with its own page on the site:
- Processes (BPMS). Design, automate and manage workflows. The site promises that you can see exactly where each process is, who is involved in each step, and follow progress in real time.
- Documents (GED/ECM). Electronic document management, described as a way to move document handling into the digital world, with no physical or disorganized files.
- Forms (E-forms). Electronic forms meant to replace e-mails and paper. The site says forms integrated with the AI layer reduce manual errors.
- Analytics. Indicators monitored for real-time decisions.
- Signatures (E-sign). Electronic and digital signatures with legal validity, from the office or on the road, including through WhatsApp.
- Risks. Risk management that the site says helps identify risks, mitigate threats and keep compliance with ISO 31001.
- Legal (Law). Management of a legal portfolio, integrated with the courts, in a single interface.
- Hyperautomation. BPMS combined with RPA and AI, to raise team efficiency with processes, documents, analytics, RPA and AI together.
Because everything sits on one platform, a process can touch a form, a document, a signature and an indicator without moving data between separate vendors. The company calls this an all-in-one platform covering BPMS, GED, signatures, risks, legal and indicators.
The AI assistant, Nia
The AI layer is called Nia, presented on the home page as "a IA que entende o seu negócio" (the AI that understands your business). The sample prompts shown in its chat panel are "Quais atividades do processo estão em atraso?" (which activities of the process are late?) and "Gere uma análise gráfica das solicitações concluídas por mês" (generate a graphical analysis of the requests completed per month), and the panel lists use cases labeled ticket analysis and data validation. The company's blog describes what Nia does inside Fusion Platform:
- natural-language questions on documents, such as "which clauses mention contractual penalties?";
- process modeling, where simple and detailed written instructions let the AI generate a fully built workflow with activities, decisions, approvals and tasks;
- automatic extraction of data such as deadlines, amounts and indicators;
- decision support from analysis of extensive documents in real time;
- direct integration with workflows, to automate administrative and legal tasks;
- automatic form filling.
Beyond Nia, the home page lists instant translation of documents into more than 100 languages and a chatbot that answers questions about a document's content, with summaries and tips. The blog also discusses AI generation of interfaces and workflows from plain-language descriptions as a direction for low-code in general, and it describes RPA combined with AI and low-code for repetitive work such as invoice analysis, bank reconciliation and reimbursement management.
Governance, integration and access
The home page says the platform applies security policies and access and edit controls, lets you assign permissions to each user, role or group, and records the actions taken in the system, such as creation, editing, deletion and inactivation of records. The blog adds centralized management of users, data and permissions, performance monitoring with automated auditing, encryption with security levels, and compliance with security and privacy regulations such as Brazil's LGPD. It also names controlled integration with legacy systems and enterprise APIs. On integration more broadly, the home page says the platform connects with any ERP, CRM and similar systems. Mobile apps are listed for the Play Store and the App Store.
Neomind also runs a consulting arm with three named services: process management, document management and indicator management. A customer portal, a training area called Universidade, a blog, a podcast, downloadable materials and explainer pages titled "What is BPM?" and "What is ECM?" round out the support side.
What the pages state
The home page makes several claims about the company itself:
- more than 500 thousand users at leading companies in various segments;
- more than 20 years of experience in process and document management;
- more than 6 million hours of consulting;
- customers served in 9 countries.
The company blog adds figures about customers and the market. It says several customers have reported a 50% increase in workflow performance and a 60% increase in the volume of automated requests. These are the company's own figures, given without naming the customers.
Four customer quotes appear on the home page. Tomáš Jancov, IT manager at Nidec Global Appliance, says the team is almost completely independent on Fusion Platform and can fix almost any problem at once and adjust or create new flows. Giliardi dos Santos, IT director at Orsegups, says the company trusts Neomind as a solid supplier that has shown over a long period it can meet its needs. Fernando Felipe, global business developer at H. Egídio Group, describes better access to information from earlier processes and time control, and says a next phase will automate processes so employee time savings will be large. A support analyst, Fernando Drevek, says the flexibility to develop makes it easy to follow and change things, and that his team builds the flows as automation requests arrive.
On cost, the pages publish no prices or plan names. The calls to action are "Agendar demonstração" (schedule a demonstration) and "Falar com um especialista" (talk to an expert), so plan and licensing terms come through a sales conversation.
Who it suits and who it does not
Neomind fits a company that wants one governed platform for approvals, document-heavy processes, e-forms, signatures and indicators, built mostly by business analysts. The IT-independence message, the customer quotes about operations teams adjusting their own flows, and the built-in audit and permission controls point to a team that wants to move quickly without losing traceability. The legal and risk modules make it a candidate for organizations that handle contracts, court processes and compliance in the same place as their workflows, and the LGPD reference matters to anyone operating under Brazilian data rules.
It is a less natural fit for a solo founder or a small team that needs a public website, a storefront or a customer-facing app. The product described on the pages is internal process software, sold through demos and consultations. Without published pricing, a small team cannot budget from the pages alone. Teams that need to write extensive custom code will find the emphasis on low-code and no-code configuration a better match for business users than for developers, and anyone who wants only a single lightweight automation may find a full suite more than they need.
Finally, the site's main language is Portuguese. English and Spanish versions exist, but some product material, including most of the home page text, is written in Portuguese, so a team working in another language will rely on the English and Spanish versions and on the demo.
