What Lecom is
Lecom is a Brazilian platform for business process management and hyperautomation, written for operations and IT teams that run approvals and back-office work across many systems. The company's site is in Portuguese, with Spanish and English versions. Its home page calls the product "Mais do que automação. Uma plataforma de Processos Inteligentes" (more than automation, an intelligent processes platform) and promises efficiency and strategic results from a single platform. The footer names the company as Lecom Tecnologia S. A., with its head office (matriz) in Bauru, São Paulo state, and a second office in São Paulo city, and labels the platform "100% NACIONAL" (100% Brazilian). Press items on the home page refer to the Altyn group, described as Lecom and Ikatec.
The footer files the product under Automação Inteligente (intelligent automation), BPM, RPA, Low-Code Development and Workflow Management, which is a fair outline of what it covers. The site is mainly in Portuguese, so the quotes below come with an English rendering.
What you build and how
The core job is to create, automate, orchestrate and analyze processes. The company lists 5 qualities for the platform: automation, orchestration, integration, ease of use, and security and compliance. Its own description of the work is to automate end to end, "do atendimento ao backoffice" (from customer service to the back office), with full traceability.
The builder side is described through the line "Com o uso de IA e recursos no-code e low-code em uma estrutura dedicada na nuvem" (with AI and no-code and low-code resources in a dedicated cloud structure), which the company says gives people in many areas an intuitive interface to digitize, automate and optimize their processes with autonomy. The home page also shows AI helping with the design work, under the headline about using AI to model processes, and with reading: it lists summarizing and interpreting documents and contracts with AI.
The orchestration side maps workflows and identifies opportunities for improvement. The company says the hyperautomation platform connects all of your systems and tools in one place, so processes can be monitored as well as automated, and it describes integrating APIs, ERPs, spreadsheets, portals and legacy systems. Integration is one of the 5 headline qualities, and the page promises a flow of data between systems that is secure and without fragmentation.
RPA belongs to the same offer. The home page invites you to boost processes with AI and RPA, and a company blog post presents Roberty by Lecom as a low-code platform that optimizes processes by building robotic flows. According to that post, Roberty can automate manual and repetitive tasks such as issuing invoices, reading and manipulating spreadsheets, creating purchase orders and registering leads in CRM tools. The blog also calls Roberty the first RPA platform that allows robots to be developed collaboratively, with people from anywhere connecting to build them. A more recent home page item mentions Roberty and AI agents at an automation summit.
The same blog post gives a sense of the kind of process the company has in mind for builders outside IT. The HR team can create automated onboarding flows for employees. Purchasing can structure a requisition system with automatic approvals. Customer service can organize triage with "formulários inteligentes" (smart forms). The post says a simple vacation-tracking tool can grow into a system with multi-level approvals and payroll integration, and a service form can grow into a complete self-service portal as more departments use it.
The blog also frames the whole category. It argues that Brazil trains 53 thousand IT specialists a year while demand is 159 thousand, which it uses to explain why low-code adoption is growing. It separates low-code, which needs a little programming knowledge, from no-code, which needs none, and it says low-code gives more refined results. It describes Lecom as a platform that integrates BPM, task automation, custom flows and an RPA module "tudo em um único ambiente" (all in one environment), and lists what a builder does in it: draw flows, define responsibilities, configure forms with business rules and schedule notifications, "sem precisar de conhecimentos técnicos" (without needing technical knowledge). The same post mentions customizable dashboards and more sophisticated business rules as a solution grows, and says that with Lecom you design, run, automate and monitor processes end to end.
What the pages say about results, security and cost
The site publishes no prices; plans are set in conversation. Calls to action are "Fale com um especialista" (talk to a specialist), "Agendar reunião" (schedule a meeting) and a "Tour guiado," an interactive guided tour of the platform. The content menu adds a YouTube channel with tips, tutorials and webinars, free ebooks, whitepapers and infographics, success cases, an events calendar and release notes on new features and improvements.
On security, the company says it is "Primeira e única empresa brasileira de gestão inteligente de processos a receber o selo ISAE 3402" (the first and only Brazilian intelligent process management company to receive the ISAE 3402 seal), and describes a 360-degree approach based on policies, tools and protection mechanisms.
The results the company highlights are specific. For Gov.br, it says more than 2 thousand processes were digitized and 135 thousand requests are processed daily, making the portal the second most accessed government portal in the world. Luis Felipe Monteiro, credited as "Ex-Secretário de Governo Digital" (former digital government secretary), is quoted saying "O Gov.br é um dos maiores cases globais de BPMS aplicado ao setor público" (Gov.br is one of the largest global cases of BPMS applied to the public sector). For Usiminas, the company says it integrated areas, cut average approval time by 30% and structured more than 150 critical flows. Other case headlines, without a named customer, claim a 57% reduction in the SLA of a supplier payment flow, flows that took 3 days now taking 2 hours, billing brought forward by about 40 days in each store, and more than 15 thousand work hours saved per year. Lucas Santana, corporate IT manager at the time of the rollout, is quoted saying "A plataforma é utilizada por mais de 2500 usuários e está integrada com 5 sistemas da empresa" (the platform is used by more than 2500 users and is integrated with 5 company systems). Diego Oliveira, a technology manager, calls it simple to use and "disponível na nuvem" (available in the cloud), and Mirtile Verçosa, services manager at Grupo Ser Educacional, says it gave her team access to ERP data for decisions.
The home page also points to a partner ecosystem with specialists in different market niches, an agile implementation methodology, and a structure for development, training and support, with a partner portal in the footer. The segments the site names are credit cooperatives, medical cooperatives, shared services centers, HR, education and government.
Who it suits and who it does not
Lecom suits a mid-sized or large company, particularly one operating in Brazil, where the company is based, that runs approvals and payments across ERPs and older systems and wants one platform for process design, RPA and AI. IT teams that want business areas to model their own flows within a governed environment fit the pitch, and the public-sector and industrial cases show scale.
It is not a fit for a founder or small team building a public app or site, because the pages describe enterprise process management, with no self-serve pricing. The main caveat is language and visibility: the product pages are mainly in Portuguese, and prices are set in a conversation with a specialist.
