What it is

Floowed is an operations platform designed to run whole business cases from first request to final outcome, not just individual tasks. Where a traditional AI agent handles a single task when you ask it, Floowed runs the entire operation around that task, keeping every case open, remembering who is waiting on it, following up without being asked, applying the same rules every time and writing the outcome back to your systems. The platform is built to automate recurring work that crosses teams and systems, handling cases that go straight through and ones that wait on people, documents or approvals. Its rules run in a deterministic policy engine, and every case keeps a full record of what was read, who was asked, which rule decided it and what was written where.

What you build and how

Floowed structures operations around 5 stages that circle until a case is ready. First, Gather: the case arrives through Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, upload, API or MCP. Interpret: the platform reads what arrived, checking documents against each other and your systems to understand the complete picture. Chase: Floowed follows up on the schedule you set and escalates to whoever you name if responses don't arrive. Decide: your rules run in a deterministic policy engine, and Floowed asks the right person instead of guessing when something doesn't fit the rules. Act: the outcome is written back to your systems with a record of each step.

The core difference from AI agents or simple automation tools is that Floowed finishes cases. An agent does a task and stops. Floowed runs the whole operation through to completion. The platform holds your rules in a deterministic business rules engine so you can read them, test them, version them and replay them on past cases before a change goes live. You control how much Floowed handles automatically and can adjust that line as your comfort and confidence grow.

Integration connects to 400+ systems, including ERPs, CRMs, accounting and HR systems, plus API and MCP in both directions. Slack, Microsoft Teams and email are primary entry points where cases naturally arrive. The Floowed Dashboard is where you build and version operations, start from templates, follow every case in flight and see usage statistics and automation rates.

Floowed is model-agnostic and routes each step between open-weight and frontier models based on cost, latency and data residency requirements. You choose which models run your cases, including private deployment. The platform has API and MCP in both directions, allowing other AI agents to open cases and check status, and Floowed to hand steps to agents and wait for results.

Document handling covers messy input. The system reads whatever actually arrives: PDFs, scans, phone photos, spreadsheets, emails and handwritten forms. It checks documents against each other and your systems, not just one at a time. This multi-document validation is crucial for operations requiring consistency across data sources and compliance verification.

When a case doesn't fit your rules, Floowed asks the right person instead of guessing or failing silently. Missing information is chased automatically without losing track. The platform is built for recurring work that crosses teams and systems: customer onboarding, account changes, order changes and supplier onboarding. It handles both straightforward cases and exceptions. It is not built for one-off tasks or a single step inside one system.

Evidence and limits

Floowed lets you start free with 80 dollars of credits with no card and no sales call. Credits never expire and cover roughly 10 to 30 standard cases, giving organizations time to evaluate before paying.

Pricing is credit-based, not seat-based. 1 credit equals 1 cent. A light case uses 80 to 250 credits, a standard case 250 to 800, and a heavy case 1,500 to 4,000. Paid plans start at 100 dollars a month for 10,000 credits with every feature and integration included, billed monthly and cancellable any month. Custom setups are quoted.

Most operations go live in minutes. You describe the operation in Slack, Microsoft Teams or the Floowed Dashboard and Floowed builds it, testing your rules on past cases. No IT or consultant required. Floowed connects your tools, drafts the rules, tests them and asks only what it cannot work out.

The platform integrates with 400+ systems and handles cases arriving by email, upload, API and MCP alongside the main chat interfaces.

SOC 2 certification is on the roadmap but not yet certified, indicating the company is moving toward that compliance standard. Your rules run deterministically in a policy engine, and every case keeps a full record. Model routing respects data residency requirements. Private deployment is available.

Floowed's own comparison page sets it against Moxo, which it describes as a portal-first process platform. Per that page, Floowed is self-serve from 100 dollars a month billed monthly, while Moxo is sold on annual contracts from 5,000 dollars a year with a demo on every plan and a free trial on request. Floowed's page works an example of about 150 standard cases a year at 100 dollars a month, which comes to 1,200 dollars a year against Moxo's 5,000 dollar entry plan. These are Floowed's figures about a competitor, so check Moxo's pricing yourself. Floowed has no branded client portal; it chases external parties by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and they can upload missing documents.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

Floowed is ideal for operations and finance teams managing recurring processes that cross multiple systems and teams. If your work involves customer onboarding, account changes, order changes or supplier intake, Floowed runs it end-to-end with full auditability. The free 80 dollars of credits make evaluation low-risk on your actual processes.

It suits teams wanting rules they can read and test, work that lands in the systems they already run, and pricing they can start immediately. The credit model means you pay for use, not for unused seats. Organizations handling high-volume simple cases alongside occasional complex exceptions find the model efficient.

It does not suit solo founders or teams with simple linear processes in one system. Floowed's strength comes from coordinating work across people and systems. Organizations needing branded client portals where customers log in, sign and pay should look elsewhere: Floowed's own page says Moxo is stronger there. Teams that want a vendor-led build will find Floowed more self-serve: the company says it will build the first operation with you if you ask, but the starting point is describing the operation yourself. The company also says SOC 2 is on its roadmap and not yet certified, which a security review may weigh.
