What it is
Flokzu is a no-code and low-code business process management (BPM) platform that lets business users to create, automate and optimize processes without advanced technical knowledge or traditional software development. The company calls it a product specialized in BPM rather than a generic application builder, and its homepage bills it as AI-powered BPM software that automates complex processes in a simple, secure way without relying on IT. It offers deployment in cloud or on-premise, giving organizations control over where their processes and data reside. The company positions Flokzu as the simplest, fastest and most powerful way to automate processes, designed for business users rather than developers.
What you build and how
Flokzu centers on a visual process designer that uses BPMN, the standard notation for business process modeling. Business users model workflows visually and deploy them immediately to production with a single click, without requiring modifications or complex configurations. The platform supports process versioning and testing in a secure sandbox environment before rolling changes to production.
The platform includes a form builder that can generate forms using AI. Users simply describe in natural language the form they want to create, and the system drafts it. Script generation also uses AI, allowing non-technical users to create complex validations and behaviors using natural language descriptions rather than code.
The homepage lists "Simple integrations, end-to-end automation" among its selling points, says Flokzu can "Connect with hundreds of tools", and has an Integrations page under its Platform menu. A feature called external participants lets you collaborate with people outside your organization even if they do not have a Flokzu account, and processes can expose public forms.
Processes can be modeled visually with BPMN notation and automated without programming. For administration teams, the homepage says it can centralize information and improve control over procedures, payments and documents while reducing errors.
The homepage also explains what the company means by BPM. Its FAQ defines BPM software as a platform to design, automate, execute, measure and improve business processes from start to finish, centralizing tasks, owners, approvals, documents, data and indicators in one place for more traceability and control. It separates that from a single workflow, which organizes how one process advances, whereas BPM covers the whole lifecycle across many processes. On the question of whether Flokzu is low-code or no-code, the answer given is yes: a no-code/low-code BPM platform that lets business users create, automate and optimize processes without advanced technical knowledge.
Around the product, the site's menus point to templates, success stories, a Flokzu Academy, e-books, a help center and partner pages, plus process areas such as human resources, project management, finance and manufacturing, and dedicated pages for NGOs and for education. Under international recognitions, a recent post says Flokzu was recognized by Capterra and Software Advice among the leading solutions of 2026, and the homepage shows ratings of 5/5, 4.8/5 and 4.8/5.
Flokzu explicitly supports multiple industries and use cases. Banking and financial services use it to improve security, accuracy and speed of banking processes while enhancing customer service and organizational efficiency. Administration applications centralize information and improve control over procedures, payments and documents. Sales teams increase efficiency and improve opportunity tracking. Customer service teams improve responsiveness and deliver faster, more accurate service. Education institutions simplify administrative and academic management. Healthcare improves coordination across teams while reducing errors and ensuring accuracy in patient management. Manufacturing streamlines production and prevents delays.
The homepage also lists advanced email capabilities for internal and external notifications, and powerful reporting for visualizing real-time data and accessing customized historical reports. It adds that AI can design your workflows and "create forms and scripts in seconds."
Plans, trial and customers
Flokzu's calls to action read "Start free now", "TRY FOR FREE - NO CARD" and "Schedule a free demo", and the menu has a Pricing page and an ROI calculator. The pages give no plan names or amounts, though the company says its "Pricing Model includes all necessary components, is clear and predictable", with an affordable price and an online account you can create and start using right away.
The homepage says Flokzu is "the tool of choice for over 17,000 organizations in more than 70 countries, across all sectors", and that these include Fortune 500 companies, unicorns and government entities.
The company offers 2 versions, Flokzu Cloud and Flokzu On-Premise, with the same features in each, so an organization can pick its deployment model to match internal policies. The homepage pairs that with a claim of "Enterprise-grade security, trusted by global leaders".
On running processes, the company lists a dedicated button that deploys a modeled process to production immediately, process versions and a sandbox for testing, the option to automatically migrate old instances to the latest version of a process, modeling with the BPMN 2.0 element set, support for scripts, complex validations and advanced behaviors, and real-time support staffed by engineers.
Customer quotes on the homepage are specific. Laura Anaya, Head of Purchasing at Colliers, says: "We have automated more than 120 processes from different areas, including purchasing processes, legalizations, meeting minutes, inventory, contracts, and innovation control, among others." David Dominguez of the process department at Suma Financiera says that transferring data from one department to another "could take up to a day" before and has been significantly optimized. Santiago Accattoli, a functional analyst at EMOVA in Argentina, says that before Flokzu the company "relied on isolated tools and outdated manual processes". A blog post covers how Absa Bank Mauritius used the platform for its digital transformation. CEO Micaela Suarez frames the company's purpose as helping organizations grow and scale through automation powered by artificial intelligence.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
Flokzu suits business users who need to build and optimize processes without waiting for IT developers. If your organization has processes that benefit from automation across manufacturing, banking, finance, education, healthcare or administration, and those processes cross teams and systems, Flokzu gives non-technical teams direct control. Dedicated pages for startups, NGOs and education show the company courting smaller organizations too.
It suits organizations that want straightforward adoption and a self-serve start: the no-card free start makes evaluation low-risk. The cloud or on-premise choice matters for organizations whose policies dictate where software runs.
It does not suit solo founders building a consumer app or teams prototyping a single task. The platform is optimized for process automation, not general application building, so a team that needs custom apps or user-facing products would be working against its design. Developers get scripts and complex validations inside the process model, which is the extent of the code work the pages describe.
