TicketSignup

TicketSignup is a ticketing and event-management platform for organizers who sell tickets online and want the event website, the email and the check-in handled in the same account. The company's home page says it "simplifies event management from setup to on-site operations," and the audience it names is wide: Halloween haunts, festivals, timed entry events, farm events and nonprofits. For a reader of a no-code directory the useful part is that every event comes with a website you build by dragging components, plus ticket pricing, marketing and day-of tools you configure rather than code.
What you build and how
You start by creating an event in the TicketSignup Event Wizard. The company's FAQ says every event gets a free event website created automatically when you set it up. That first version is simple but professional, and you then customize and build it out from the dashboard. The builder is drag and drop and needs no coding. A default template makes the event look professional right away, and a blog post from September 2026 describes website templates now offered inside the Ticket Wizard so you can start designing while you set up the event.
The website is where the builder shows most. You brand it with your logo, colors and favicon, "not ours." You can add banners to the homepage and to every page, and change wording such as "ticket" and "Sign Up" to suit your event. You can add unlimited content and unlimited pages and organize them with menus and submenus, and you can hide and publish content so updates stay behind the scenes until they are ready. Dynamic components update from your event data to show things like sold-out status, countdown clocks, price changes and donation thermometers. Recent product posts on the company's site describe a slideshow component with more control over multiple images, a setting that applies one background image or color across a multi-column section, an autoplay option for the video banner on mobile devices, and a Top Donors component for events with donations enabled.
Addresses are flexible. You can create a short URL such as ticketsignup.io/PhillyEvent, or bring your own custom domain or subdomain, which the FAQ says is free and includes an SSL certificate. There are two website types that work together. The Event Website is created per event. For organizations that host several events, a standalone Organization Website can serve as a year-round presence and a central site that connects them. The company calls both free.
The AI piece is a chatbot that lives on the event website. The company describes it as a free, integrated tool for attendees who do not read, giving instant answers to questions such as which night is cheapest or whether Saturday is sold out. A post dated September 22, 2026 introduces version 2 of the chatbot. The company says customers report a reduction in email support of up to 80%.
Ticketing itself covers flexible pricing and group sales. The company says pricing setups can discount bulk tickets, and that its per-cart processing fees make it cheaper for people to sign up together. It lists upgrades, merchandise and other store items as ways to boost per-ticket revenue, and an integrated store with flexible ticket management behind them. For selling in person, the home page mentions online sales via mobile devices and a POS Square integration, and a free event day app for check-in and item fulfillment.
Marketing is bundled. Every event has free and unlimited email, with unlimited free contact uploads and sends, a point-and-click email builder with templates and prebuilt emails, replacement tags that pull in event data, and automated emails to purchasers before and after the event. An automated referral program rewards attendees who promote the event, and you can customize social sharing settings. Analytics come from built-in TicketInsights, plus support for Google Analytics GA4 and multiple social media tracking pixels. Product posts describe a Coupon ROI Report on the ticket event dashboard, and attendee waivers with a public waiver link, individual ticket links, and a recommended single shareable link per purchase. You always own your data, and the company says it will not email your attendees or show ads for other events on your site.
The evidence from the pages
Pricing is flat and published. The websites page and the home page both show "40 ¢ Per Ticket" plus "2.9% + 30¢" credit card processing, with free tickets being free. The FAQ says all events are included in the low $0.40 per ticket fee, that standard card processing of 2.9% + $0.30 applies, and that fees are typically passed on to ticket purchasers. The company states TicketSignup is free for event directors and very low cost for customers. The company calls the event website, the email, the check-in app and the chatbot free.
Support gets specific numbers. The home page says support is available to all customers, not just those who pay for it, from a US-based team that answers email 7 days a week with an average response time of 31 minutes and 50 seconds, plus dedicated account managers for complex problems. Quotes from organizers appear as customer testimonials, including one from an organizer at Frederick County Parks & Rec who says, "I'm fairly tech savvy but I'm not a coder and I don't have a marketing background. It's really easy to use the Website Builder." The home page also features Harpoon Brewery in Boston, which it says has used RunSignup since 2018 for its races and used Eventbrite for its large festivals and free events.
Who it suits
TicketSignup suits community and nonprofit organizers, farms, haunts and festivals that want a branded site, email and check-in without hiring a designer, and organizations running several events that benefit from one Organization Website. The flat per-ticket fee is easy to model.
The caveats are fair ones. The fee is charged per ticket, so a very high-volume event should run the arithmetic, and the company says the fee is typically passed on to buyers. The AI is a support chatbot, not a general assistant that builds the site for you.
