What the product is
YouCanBookMe is online scheduling software that the company says is "made for small to midsize businesses." You build a booking page, connect your calendar and share a link, and clients pick a time without the email back-and-forth. The company's site targets coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs, and the industry list runs through photographers, recruiters, tutors, salons, personal trainers, real estate, education, nonprofits and financial services. The pages do not say where the company is based.
The reader it fits is a solo practitioner or a small team whose revenue depends on booked sessions, who wants a branded page and payment at booking more than a custom workflow builder.
What you build and how
The thing you build is a booking page, and the editor is a settings form rather than a canvas. You choose colors, a logo, a background image and a footer, and you personalize the notifications that go out. The company says you can "add one appointment type or 50."
Appointment types carry the logic. Each one has its own length, price, description, location, participants and availability. The coaching page walks through the range: one-on-one sessions, discovery calls, group programs, workshops and packaged offers, and clients can book several services in one go. For group sessions you set a capacity so several clients can reserve the same slot. Availability can differ by service, for example one-on-one sessions on Mondays and group sessions on Tuesdays. Other controls named on the homepage are minimum notice periods and buffer time, plus a choice of in-person or online meetings.
Payments are part of the booking. The homepage says clients can pay when they book, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit or debit cards, through a full Stripe integration. You can create discount codes and packages. Real-time invoicing and bookkeeping options run through Zapier.
Automation covers the admin side. Availability is live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out automatically, clients can reschedule or cancel in one click, and you can track no-shows and send situation-specific emails and SMS. Bookings can update your CRM straight away, and analytics integrations let you track a client's journey.
Calendar integration with Google, Outlook/Office 365 and Apple calendars updates your schedule automatically, which the company says ends double bookings, and the coaching page says you can connect as many calendars as you want. Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are among the named video integrations.
Getting started is short by design. The coaching page says to connect your calendar, create your booking page and set your availability, after which you can take bookings right away. If you are short on time you can launch with the default setup and refine it later. The page also offers 12 example coaching booking pages for ideas. It describes the admin load as handled for you: reminders, personalized notifications, rescheduling, database updates and time zone calculations.
You publish by sharing. Embed the page on your website, put the link in an email signature or social profiles, send it in a message, or generate a QR code for events and printed material. A Chrome extension copies your link or inserts suggested times into an email. The footer also lists booking page templates, meeting polls, booking analytics, time zones and an API documentation page, though these pages do not explain them in detail.
What the company's site states
Plans, from the homepage:
- Free: 1 calendar connection and 1 booking page.
- Individual: 2 calendar connections and 2 booking pages.
- Professional: 6 calendar connections and 10 booking pages, marked "Most popular."
- Teams: 10 calendar connections and 15+ booking pages per user, role-based access and enterprise-level features. For a team of 50 plus, the page says to contact sales.
Billing options are monthly, yearly at 10% off, or every 2 years at 20% off, in USD, GBP or euro. The price figures on the page text show $0, so this entry does not quote a monthly price; check the live pricing page.
The coaching page adds that the free-forever plan includes customizable booking forms and confirmation emails, and that a 14-day trial of every feature needs no credit card. Paid plans add more calendars and booking pages, plus group sessions and packages.
Integrations: the coaching page claims native integrations with over 20 calendar, video call and CRM platforms, and the homepage claims 7,000+ other tools through Zapier. Named logos include Google Calendar, Zoom, Gmail, Outlook Mail, Google Meet, Apple Calendar, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Facebook Pixel and Instagram Pixel. The footer adds HubSpot.
Scale and ratings: the homepage says the company handles 1,000,000+ bookings every month. It shows 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot, 4.6 out of 5 on Capterra and 4.7 out of 5 on G2.
Customers quoted on the homepage include the CEO of InvestHER Fiduciary Solutions, who calls it a non-negotiable. An onboarding team lead at Passion.io says they switched a couple of years ago because it had features Calendly lacked, and lists 47,800+ team bookings. A founder at Prominence Publishing says she has about 20 booking pages. Illinois College's educational technology manager lists 16,000+ team bookings. Quoted booking counts and tenure come from the company's own customer cards. A business and leadership coach says he will never again have a conversation about when he is available, and a founder at AI Cubed Academy says the Stripe integration made his life much easier. These are testimonials the company chose to publish.
Who it suits and who it does not
YouCanBookMe suits coaches, consultants, tutors and small service businesses that want to sell sessions and collect payment in the same step, with group sessions and packages, on a page that looks like their own brand. The 14-day trial and the free plan make it cheap to test. Teams can use the Teams plan, which adds role-based access.
The free plan is deliberately narrow: 1 calendar connection and 1 booking page, and the company says group sessions and packages sit on paid plans. A business with several services to separate, or several calendars to read, will move up quickly. Someone who wants to build a custom multi-step flow, a client portal or a database-backed app should not expect that here; this is a scheduler with payments and automations, not a general builder, and the pages mention integrations rather than a built-in database.
