What SimplyMeet.me is
SimplyMeet.me is a meeting scheduler, a configurable booking tool that sits on top of your calendars. You share a booking link, invitees pick a time that suits them, and the tool handles availability, reminders and follow-ups. The company's site says it serves individuals and teams of different sizes, and its solutions pages are organized around sales, marketing, recruitment, education and freelancers. The reader it fits is a professional who books clients or candidates, or a team that needs to route those bookings to the right person. The site footer reads "Powered by SimplyBook.me", and the company says it has more than 30 thousand users worldwide, processes tens of millions of bookings a year and has over 10 years of experience in scheduling.
What you build and how
There is no canvas or code. You build a scheduling setup from settings. The company says the first booking page takes about 5 minutes, after which you share the link with clients or a team. The site's setup answer describes the steps: connect your calendars, set up meeting types, optionally turn on payments or extra services through Zapier, and "Customize branding details: set up the style of your booking page, notifications, and more." After testing the flow, you share the link by email or social media, or embed it on your website. The home page also notes a QR scan option, so a customer can book with a single scan.
Meeting types are a headline feature. The company says SimplyMeet.me gives "unlimited meeting types across all plans, even our free tier", and that the free plan connects 2 external calendars plus 1 internal calendar. On the calendar side, the home page says you can sync Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zimbra and more into one scheduling app and manage all meetings and calendars in a single place. The feature table adds Office 365 and CalDAV-based calendars such as Zoho, Fastmail, Nextcloud and SOGo, and lets you connect several calendars at once. Buffer times can be set before or after meetings, and the scheduler detects the client's time zone automatically.
Reverse calendar sync turns the usual logic around: you block selected times in a connected external calendar, and those blocked times become open for bookings of one SimplyMeet.me service type. The home page suggests it for special availability behind a hidden calendar link. Booking links themselves can be public or secret, and once a client books, the event is added to both calendars.
Beyond one-to-one booking, the site lists 4 scheduling modes. Group bookings allow more than one booking in the same time slot, which suits webinars, classes and training sessions. Poll Meetings let an organizer propose several time slots and have participants choose, so the most popular time can be confirmed. Routing Forms send a request to the right person or department based on criteria such as expertise or availability. Team Scheduling shows your team's availability in a centralized calendar with status and calendar integrations. Round Robin Meetings, Setup Assistance and Recurring Meetings also appear in the product menu and feature lists. With Time Slots in Email you hand-pick available times and share them with clients and colleagues by email or on your website.
Automation covers the work around the meeting. The site says SimplyMeet.me checks and displays available slots, sends appointment reminders to participants before meetings, and sends automated follow-up emails. Follow-ups can be pre-set by number and by timing, in minutes or hours after the meeting, for example to remind a client to book again. Text reminders go through your own Nexmo or Twilio account, and the home page says you pay nothing extra to SimplyMeet.me for that connection or the SMS sent. Video meetings are covered by integrations: the home page says its Zoom, Microsoft 365/Teams, Whereby and Google Meet integrations generate a unique video conference link for every meeting.
Payments come through SBPay.me, an integration the home page describes as accepting payments through processors such as Stripe, PayPal and Square; another page adds 2Checkout and Adyen. SBPay.me also offers reporting, payment requests, invoices, refunds and taxes. There are 2 scopes: a user integration that activates one or more processors per user account, and an organization integration that does so per organization account. Accounting integrations named on the pages are Xero, QuickBooks and Freshbooks. You can embed available slots in websites such as WordPress, Shopify or Wix, so customers book while browsing, and Zapier expands the connections to other tools. The home page names Slack, MailChimp, Google Sheets, Pipedrive and WordPress among its app integrations, and the footer links to an API and a Development & API section.
The Admin App is the mobile side. The site says it lets you access all bookings and add new ones, and it lists single-use links, social media login, live chat support and two-factor authentication. You can keep your client list on hand and contact clients through WhatsApp or Viber. The FAQ says the app is available for iOS and Android.
For branding and reach, the feature tables name removable branding, custom translations, a custom domain, SMTP through your own email server, a multilingual scheduling page and scheduling page appearance customization. Custom Translations lets you rename any text on the booking site, for example "Events" instead of "Meetings", whatever the account language. Team management lets you invite and manage users. The site itself is offered in a dozen languages, including German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Korean, Italian and Japanese.
What the company's pages state
The company organizes its plans by company size: Individuals Free Forever, Professional and Enterprise. The "FOREVER FREE" plan for individuals includes group bookings, redirecting invitees and custom translations. Prices sit on a separate pricing page. The company offers a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan, and its sign-up buttons say no credit card is required.
The company's feature table names a few limits by tier. OKTA single sign-on is "Available on Enterprise only". SMS and text messages use your own gateway, Twilio or Nexmo, and are available on a Pro subscription or higher. The company describes its live support as award winning and available 24/5 on every plan, with a live chat that it says can help you set up the system.
On security, the home page says the SimplyMeet.me solution is ISO 27001 certified, that the company runs regular employee training, has a dedicated security officer, commissions third-party penetration testing every year alongside regular server scans, and keeps daily backups in different data centers. Users are encouraged to turn on two-factor authentication, companies can connect staff access through OKTA SSO, and a security package can be requested through a form. The footer links to a Data Processing Agreement.
The home page carries customer quotes. Loïc Didelot, Chief Executive Officer at Mixvoip, says "The automatic reminders and confirmations have helped reduce missed appointments and no-shows." Kareem Ibrahim, a refugee and immigration lawyer at Battista Migration Law Group, says "It has exceeded my expectations and totally solved my needs."
Who it suits, and where it stops
SimplyMeet.me suits an individual who wants a free link-based scheduler with several meeting types and more than one connected calendar. It also suits a sales, recruiting or education team that needs to route bookings by expertise or availability, run group sessions, or let participants vote on a time. A team that takes payments can wire up SBPay.me, and a business that wants its own domain and translated pages can use the branding features the feature tables list.
Some features sit in higher tiers: SMS needs Pro or higher, and OKTA single sign-on is Enterprise only. It is also a scheduler, not a builder of apps or forms: you assemble availability, meeting types and routing rules, but there is no data model of your own. Its reach is calendars, video, payments and app integrations such as Zapier, which fits booking well and little else.
