What it is

Schedulera is a booking-page builder for trainers, teachers and solo professionals. Its homepage says "Share one link and clients book themselves from your real availability, free," and the core product is a page you claim at schedulera.com/yourname. There is no database to design and no app to publish. You pick a link, add the sessions you offer, and share the link. A paid AI assistant sits on top for people whose scheduling starts in an email, a text or Slack. The site labels the product as a beta, with a footer that reads "v 0.21" and a date of 09/30/26, and gives a company address in Los Altos, CA.

What you build and how

The build is short, which is the point. The homepage lays out 3 steps under "Claim your booking page": pick your link, add your sessions, share it. It says the page is "Ready in 60 seconds" with no credit card. The sessions are the content. A demo page on the homepage shows the range, including a free 30-minute intro assessment, a 60-minute one-to-one training session at $85, a 45-minute small-group bootcamp at $20 a seat for up to 12 people, an 8-week strength program at $320 where a client books once to hold a spot for all 8 weeks, a group poll for proposing make-up class times, and a free 15-minute quick question call. Those prices belong to the demo trainer, not to Schedulera's own plans, but they show what the editor can express: one-off sessions, group classes with seat limits, weekly programs, polls and free calls on one page.

Payments are part of a session. Put a price on it, connect your own Stripe account, and clients pay by card when they book. If you would rather not use cards, you can list Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle or cash and mark sessions paid yourself. The company says Schedulera adds no fee on top of Stripe's processing fee.

Calendar logic is 2-way sync with Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar, plus iCal feeds. Bookings land on your calendar and anything already on it is blocked off on your booking page. Every booking gets a video link. The site also describes what happens around a booking. An email reminder goes out the day before, and clients who add a phone number also get a text about an hour before. Each confirmation carries a link to reschedule or cancel, so a cancellation turns into a new time instead of an empty slot. Clients do not need an account: they pick a time, enter a name and email, and they are booked.

For distribution, you can share the link in an Instagram bio, an email signature or a direct message, or paste a short snippet into your website so the booking page lives there. The site gives the example of a tutor whose homepage lets students book their weekly slot without leaving it.

The AI assistant is the other mode of working. You Cc it into an email thread, or message it on SMS, WhatsApp or Slack. According to the site, it proposes real times from your calendar and books once everyone agrees, and no booking link is needed. The AI plan also includes AI chat, plain-English calendar commands, email summaries, reply drafts and session recaps.

Around the page sit a few supporting tools. Reviews collect a rating after each session, and you can feature the strongest on your page. Contacts keeps everyone who books in one place with notes, tags and history. An analytics dashboard tracks bookings, no-shows and top session types. Zapier and webhooks connect Schedulera to thousands of other apps or to your own webhook on every booking. The footer also links API documentation, a help center and a changelog. The site's guides cover further settings by name: custom intake questions, custom email branding for bookings, a custom redirect after the booking confirmation, a vacation mode for booking pages, make-up lesson policy templates and AI session recap follow-ups. Team scheduling is a separate item, covered below.

The evidence from the pages

The pricing section is plain. The Free plan is $0 and includes your booking page, unlimited session types and bookings, calendar sync and video links on every booking, reminders, weekly recurring bookings, group polls, and card payments plus Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle and cash. The FAQ answers "What's the catch with the free plan?" with "There isn't one," and says there is no trial, no booking cap and no credit card. It adds that Schedulera makes money from the optional AI plan.

The AI plan is $9.95 a month. It includes everything in Free plus the assistant that books over email, text, WhatsApp or Slack, AI chat and plain-English calendar commands, and email summaries, reply drafts and session recaps. The company says you can cancel anytime. A team of up to 5 can use the Company plan, which gives everyone AI and their own booking page for $29.95 a month. The product features list puts round-robin scheduling that routes bookings across your team on Company, with up to 5 seats, and says everything else listed there is included free.

The company is candid about trade-offs in its own feature tables. Schedulera's team scheduling is marked partial: round-robin routing across available team members, with no qualification rules engine and no seat-based admin roles yet. The same table marks the AI scheduling assistant and no-link AI booking, where the assistant "negotiates and books in the conversation itself," as available, and says there is no per-seat pricing and no setup required. The site pitches Schedulera to solo coaches and freelancers who want to "be live for free in minutes, not after onboarding," and says you can claim a booking page "in under 60 seconds."

Support runs through a help center, API docs, a status page and a changelog, and an ambassador program lets users earn by referring others.

Who it suits and who it does not

Schedulera suits a trainer, tutor, coach or freelancer who wants clients to book and pay without a back-and-forth, and who does not want to pay to start. The free plan covers the full booking flow, so you can test with real clients before spending anything. The AI plan makes sense if your requests arrive as DMs, emails and group threads rather than through a link, since the assistant works inside those conversations.

It is not built for a sales team that needs lead qualification, scoring or CRM workflows, and the company says as much: it describes the sales-ops feature set as something a solo coach does not need. The team side is limited to 5 seats and round-robin routing. The beta label is a caveat for anyone who needs a settled product with a long track record.
