What it is

OfferingTree is all-in-one studio software: scheduling and payments, memberships, a website, marketing, on-demand video and mobile apps in one subscription. Its home page frames the pitch as "One platform with all the tools you need" and lists six areas: booking, marketing, website, content, mobile and reporting. It is written for studio owners and solo practitioners, with industry pages for yoga, pilates and lagree, boutique fitness, dance, coaching, wellness and recovery, pole, gym and functional training, energy and spiritual healing and martial arts. A separate "business size" menu splits the audience into solo practitioners, new studios and established studios.

The company says over 2,000 studios and business owners use it, and the home page sums up its promise as "All-in-one studio software that actually works, fair pricing that won't surprise you, and a community and support team ready to help whenever you need it."

What you build and how

You are not assembling an app from blocks here. You are configuring a studio business, and the platform generates the booking site, the client app and the back office around it. For a studio owner without a developer that is the point: the schedule, the website and the client records are one system rather than three tools stitched together.

Booking and scheduling. The booking section opens with "No matter what services you offer, we support them" and lists "Classes, appointments, events," a "User friendly booking & mobile app" and "Memberships & packages." The product menu groups this under scheduling and payments, with separate pages for booking and payments and for memberships and packs. The comparison page adds schedule management with advanced booking, and lead generation, as features of the booking side. Management features in the menu include staff management and retail and inventory, so a studio can sell a mat or a water bottle from the same system it sells class packs from.

Website builder. This is the part that makes it a website tool as well. The home page asks "Who needs to learn code?" and describes a "personal website assistant" for building "a beautiful, user-friendly, fully functional website that supports all aspects of your business." The listed features are an "Easy to use point & click builder," "Build with chat capability," "Your brand front & center" and "No code required." The comparison page says a custom website with hosting and a drag-and-drop builder comes on every plan at no extra cost, with templates, so there is "No second subscription for hosting or a page builder." The same product area covers SEO and blogging and sales and landing pages, and the resources menu links a gallery of example websites built on the platform.

Brand control. One of the company's three stated beliefs is that "Your brand should be front and center." The page says it owns the customer experience through the booking process "from the website to booking," that you can customize the look and feel every step of the way, and that "We also don't advertise other studios in our app or anywhere else to your customers."

Marketing. The marketing suite promises to "Get clients and keep them" and bundles automations, email and text campaigns, forms and lead management, intro offers and discounts, and paid ad integrations. The comparison page lists two-way SMS plus SMS marketing ("Text reminders and campaigns, not a separate tool") and advanced email marketing with automations. Forms and lead management are where a prospect enters before becoming a booked client, and the client management area then keeps a full history and timeline for that person. The home page also offers The Intro Offer Kit, a free download of done-for-you email, social and text templates to run a coordinated intro-offer promo in a single week.

On-demand content. "Grow your income without growing your schedule" is the pitch for selling video libraries, courses and challenges, and coaching programs. The comparison page says studio plans include unlimited on-demand video hosting, with "No minutes ceiling to manage," which matters for a teacher whose recorded classes are a real revenue line.

Mobile apps. Clients can download an app to book and access content "any time, any place," and staff get a business app to run things on the go. The listed items are a client mobile app for Apple and Android, custom branded apps on request, and the business app for you and your staff.

Reports and data. Built-in reports, scorecards and KPIs sit alongside "Chat with your data" and full client history and timelines, framed as a way to "make informed decisions from one place." The footer also links an AI Code of Ethics page.

Switching in and out. The comparison page says free hands-on data migration and 1:1 onboarding are included on eligible plans, with a dedicated account manager moving client records, memberships, passes and payment data. "Most migrations take one day to four weeks depending on export speed," and you can meet with the team as many times as you need before going live. Free data export is listed for the way out. One customer story on the home page, from Garrett Conn, owner of Conn Human Performance, reads "I had a two-week timeline to transfer over from Mindbody into OfferingTree, and I was able to transfer all my people, all their information, without losing a single dollar of revenue."

The evidence from the pages

Pricing. The comparison page states that "OfferingTree publishes individual plans from $26/mo and studio plans from $100 to $225/mo," with the website and hosting, unlimited on-demand video, email and SMS marketing and memberships all in the plan. It names the plans Essentials, Pro and Pro Plus and says there are 0% additional transaction fees on Pro, Pro Plus and every studio plan; "only our lowest-priced Essentials plan carries a small platform fee, and we list it right on the pricing page."

Terms. The home page promises "Options for month-to-month commitment," "No hidden fees or surprise add-ons" and "transparent pricing you can see before you ever talk to us." The comparison page repeats "No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime." and lists a 14-day self-serve free trial. The home page offers both "Try for Free" and "Book a demo."

Customers. Beyond the 2,000 figure, the pages quote studio owners by name. Jenny Finneran of Evolve Power Yoga says "My business has doubled for sure" and that it is saving "like five hours a week at least." Kay Afif, co-owner of Hot Yoga Playa, says a traveling teacher figured out how to sell things on her own, and Jenn Holm, owner of Yoga4You, says of the price "It's not going to be changing after the first year, or by adding this feature or that feature." These are single customers' accounts.

Support and community. The site promises "Fast & human customer support," a customer community it calls "The Co-Op," and "Monthly educational webinars and coaching calls with trusted studio consultants." Several testimonials single out support, including Valerie Kiser of Sunrise Yoga: "They are extremely responsive." The resources menu also links help, webinars, case studies, new features and a platform status page.

Ratings. The home page labels the product "#1 Rated Studio Management Software 4.8" and "#1 Rated Booking Platform 4.8," and its own ratings table gives OfferingTree 4.8 overall, 4.7 for ease of use and 4.9 for customer service as of September 7, 2026. This is the company's presentation of review scores.

Who it suits, and the caveats

OfferingTree suits a yoga, pilates, dance or coaching studio that is paying separately for a scheduler, a website, an email tool and a video host and wants one login. A solo teacher starts on an individual plan, a growing studio gets staff management and the studio tiers, and a teacher selling recorded classes gets video without a minutes cap. The company's third belief, that customers "should have input in how our software and company evolves," comes with the line "From feature requests to the educational content we produce, we embrace feedback," and the resources menu links a new features page.

It is a vertical product. The pages are built around studios and recurring classes, so a consultant who only needs a calendar link will find it heavy. And the website builder is a studio-site tool rather than a general-purpose web platform: it is designed to sell classes, memberships and content, not to host an arbitrary web app. The exact Essentials platform fee sits on the pricing page rather than the pages quoted here.
