What meetergo is
meetergo is a scheduling platform that grows into a suite of apps. You start with scheduling and switch on forms, video, a CRM and AI meeting notes only when your workflow needs them. The English site puts it as "Start with scheduling. Turn on forms, video, CRM and AI notes only when they fit your workflow." It is built for coaches, consultants, sales, HR and service teams, and small companies that want to replace several subscriptions with one. The German home page markets it on data sovereignty: "100% DSGVO konform" (100% GDPR compliant), "Server in Nürnberg" and "Made in Germany," with the headline "Schluss mit dem Hin und Her. Ohne US-Cloud." (No more back-and-forth. Without a US cloud.) The company says it serves "Über 40.000 Nutzer" (over 40,000 users) in more than 40 countries, and an English article puts the figure at "31,000+ professionals."
What you build and how
Nothing here is coded. You configure apps, and the main thing you build is a booking flow, optionally with a form in front of it, a video call in the middle and a contract, invoice and follow-up behind it. The home page walks one deal through 5 stages: booking, meeting, contract, payment and follow-up. A client books through your link, your website or WhatsApp, automatic reminders cut no-shows, and the AI assistant Mira handles notes, tasks and follow-ups along the way ("Mira begleitet jeden Schritt").
Scheduling is the core app. The free plan includes "3 Terminarten, unbegrenzte Buchungen" (3 event types, unlimited bookings), polls for finding a time and a booking page with meetergo branding. Paid plans add unlimited event types, automation workflows, custom-designed booking pages and emails, payment collection at booking, and on Suite and above, round robin, host selection and lead routing without branding. Premium adds matching to the CRM account owner and video booking with signing inside the call. A company article says it suits teams that need round-robin scheduling, smart routing forms and team workflows, with Salesforce integration on Premium.
Forms is the app behind the forms category. The quiz builder page says: "Forms keeps responses, contacts and files in one place," with "Forms and qualification questions," "Responses directly in your CRM" and "Automated follow-up workflows." Suite adds multi-step forms, and Premium adds premium data fields for demanding forms. A scheduler that asks qualifying questions before a booking and pushes the answers into a CRM is a practical lead-intake setup for a sales or consulting team.
meetergo also runs a free quiz builder. You "build your own multiple-choice quiz, mark the correct answers and share it instantly with a link." It needs "No sign-up," allows "Up to 10 questions," and each question takes 2 to 8 answers. "The whole quiz is encoded in its link," and the FAQ says "meetergo does not store the quiz on a server," so results show only in each participant's browser. For central collection the page says to "use meetergo Forms if you need to collect answers, names or leads centrally."
Video and notes. The free plan includes 1:1 video calls in meetergo Connect of up to 45 minutes, Light makes Connect calls unlimited, and Suite adds call recordings and breakout rooms. A Notetaker app, labeled beta, gives 10 AI recaps a month on Light and unlimited recaps and recordings on Suite, working with Google Meet and Teams today. Mira is described as an EU-hosted assistant that books appointments, knows your CRM and company knowledge, and turns website chat into leads. "Jeder Tarif enthält Mira" (every plan includes Mira).
The CRM app holds 10 deals in the pipeline on the free plan and unlimited deals with HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Light. Other apps listed on the home page are e-signatures, invoices, portals, WhatsApp, live chat, Mira chat, reviews, surveys, team chat and docs, with Mira Mail, locations, an AI phone assistant and a newsletter app marked beta. The page says the Suite plan includes all apps except WhatsApp and that Premium adds WhatsApp and white-label, meaning your own domain and your own SMTP for outgoing mail.
API and agents. Every plan, including Free, includes "REST API, Webhooks und MCP-Server." The home page describes an AI agent that connects through the Model Context Protocol, reads your website and sets up event types, qualification and the Mira chat, then finds slots, books, reschedules and cancels. It names Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity and Cursor as compatible clients, and the server installs with one npx command. The company also claims "90+ App-Integrationen."
What the pages state about plans, hosting and trust
The plans are priced per user and billed yearly, with a monthly toggle and savings of "bis zu 29 %" (up to 29%) on yearly billing. The home page notes that the price shown is the first-year price for your starting users, after which the regular price applies.
- Free: 0 euros, "für immer kostenlos, unbegrenzt Nutzer" (free forever, unlimited users), with every app usable at starter limits and a starting Mira credit.
- Light: 9.90 euros per user per month, with every scheduling feature plus unlimited Connect video calls and up to 3 automation workflows.
- Suite: 29.90 euros per user per month in the first year, then 34.90 euros, with every app except WhatsApp at full standard features.
- Premium: 49.90 euros per user per month in the first year, then 59.90 euros, for sales and service teams, with call analytics, WhatsApp Business, white-label, 5 times the Mira allowance and priority support.
Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. The home page sets the suite against separate tools as "15 Rechnungen · 15 Logins · ca. 3.528 € im Jahr" (15 invoices, 15 logins, about 3,528 euros a year), which is the company's own arithmetic. A home page FAQ adds that migration from other tools is included so you never pay twice while moving.
On hosting, the home page says data lives on servers in Germany, run by a German company with no US parent, and that a data processing agreement ("AVV inklusive") is included. Mira runs only on EU infrastructure "kein US-Subprozessor" (no US subprocessor). The company also claims to be "EU AI Act konform" and accessible to the German BITV and WCAG standards. These are the company's own claims.
Ratings of 4.8 and 4.7 appear on the site. Customer stories include a law firm, Hillingmeier Dörge, and Konfidal, whose CEO Martin Meng describes better client qualification. A reviewer at SALT AND PEPPER praises the speed of the booking tool and its integration into the company's tools.
Who it suits and who it does not
meetergo suits a coaching or consulting practice that wants scheduling, an intake form and a meeting link in one account, and a German or EU business that has to keep data in Germany and prefers one vendor to many subscriptions. The home page names sales teams, HR and recruiting, insurance brokers, law firms, IT consultancies, education and healthcare practices, where it claims up to 80% fewer no-shows through reminders. A developer gets a REST API and an MCP server even on the free plan.
The caveats: the suite approach means scheduling is one part of a larger product, so a person who wants only a plain booking link will see many options they do not need. The prices are in euros, the first-year price rises afterwards, and several apps are still in beta.
