What it is
Easy Appointment Booking, made by Servicify, is a booking app that lives inside Shopify. The company's pages say it lets a Shopify store take bookings, and that it "lives inside your Shopify admin" as a native Shopify app. It is for merchants who sell services next to products, or instead of them: the industry pages name wineries and distilleries, jewelry stores, tours and experiences, VIP showrooms, tattoo studios, auto detailing and pet grooming. The home page asks you to "join 25,000+ Shopify merchants" and shows a 4.9-star rating from 500+ reviews, both company claims. The pages do not give a company location.
What you build and how
You build a booking flow on top of a Shopify store, not a separate website. The comparison page lays out the idea in a line: "Every booking creates a real Shopify order." Revenue shows up in Shopify analytics, customer information syncs to your Shopify customer list, and customers pay at your Shopify checkout, so no second payment processor or Square-style account is involved. Shopify discount codes and Shopify gift cards work on bookings.
A booking is built from services. The plan table counts them: 1 service on Free, 10 on Standard, 30 on Pro, 50 on Pro Plus and 100 on Ultimate. Each service can collect custom intake questions before the appointment, and customers can reschedule online. The home page describes automated reminders as customizable email and SMS sequences meant to cut no-shows, and the comparison page says you set the timing and messaging per service.
The app handles more than one-to-one appointments. Class and group bookings allow multiple attendees per slot. Ticketing sells one timeslot at several price points, such as Adults, Kids and Seniors, and returns a single booking with the quantity of each. On the example shown on the page, 2 adults at $30 and 1 child at $15 total $75. A waitlist adds customers automatically when spots are full and notifies them when an opening appears, and the comparison page says it fills canceled slots automatically. Teams are covered by multiple-staff scheduling, which assigns appointments to team members.
Selling around the booking is where the Shopify tie shows. Upsells and add-ons offer relevant products or services during the booking flow, and the page's example offers a Strategy Workbook for $29 on a 60-minute consultation. The company claims a platform average of 15% higher order value when services sell add-ons and larger group sizes at checkout. Pre-paid packages sell bundles of appointments, and deposits and partial payments reduce no-shows. Shopify POS support lets you accept in-person bookings at retail locations.
For calendars, the app syncs two ways with Google Calendar and Outlook so a team knows who is coming in and double bookings are avoided. Zoom can create meeting links automatically. Klaviyo receives booking data for email marketing, Shopify Flow automates workflows in Shopify, and Zapier connects to 5,000+ apps. Enterprise customers get a Bookings API for building bookings into whatever else they run. The comparison page also links a multi-location feature that manages appointments across every location from a single Shopify admin.
That Shopify ecosystem tie is why it appears under the Shopify ecosystem category as well. The company lists itself as a 2025 Shopify Editions Partner and a 2020 Partner Challenge winner, and says it "meets Shopify's highest standards for quality, performance, and ease of use."
The evidence from the pages
Pricing is published in US dollars. Free costs $0 per month and supports unlimited bookings on 1 service, and the FAQ says every paid plan includes a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Standard is $15 per month, or $150 per year with the annual discount marked "Save 17%", and covers 10 services, reminders and intake questions. Pro is $29 per month for 30 services, calendar sync and customer rescheduling. Pro Plus is $39 per month for the first location and adds 50 services, deposits, waitlists and Shopify POS. Ultimate is $99 per month for the first location and covers 100 services, reporting, Klaviyo and priority support. Pro Plus and Ultimate add locations at $30 per month each, so 3 locations on Pro Plus cost $39 plus 2 times $30, which is $99 per month. Enterprise starts at $449 per month for Shopify Plus stores running complex operations, with a 99.95% uptime SLA, a dedicated account manager, a shared Slack channel and the Bookings API.
The company shows outcomes on its own pages, so treat them as claims. They include 120% growth and 1,000 more bookings year over year for a wellness customer, set up in a single day by the founder, and 73 more reservations and a 10% lift in Q2 tastings for wineries without per-booking fees. A showroom customer reports 30% showroom revenue tied back to appointments through POS check-ins. The page gives a platform average of 20 hours saved every week on scheduling, reminders and check-ins. A success story says the National Capital Commission handled thousands of school program reservations with bilingual booking flows.
Merchant reviews on the home page focus on support and setup. One says the support team answered "in minutes" and that, "I'm not very techie" yet they integrated it into a jewelry workshop website and took bookings right away. Another reviewer values having one free listing to test on and a free trial when they decide to pay. A third says it is "easy to use once you learn the setup." The comparison page says most merchants complete setup in under 30 minutes and that there is no automatic import from Square Appointments, so you recreate services and availability by hand. The company does not publish a hosting region or a compliance certification on these pages.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
Easy Appointment Booking suits a Shopify store that sells classes, tastings, tours, fittings or consultations and wants those bookings to flow into the same orders, customers and discount codes as everything else. A single-service shop can start on the free plan, a studio with a small team can move up to Pro for calendar sync, and a business with several sites can add locations to Pro Plus or Ultimate. Merchants who want to sell add-on products at the moment of booking get the most from it.
The limits are plain. It is a Shopify app, so a business that is not on Shopify needs a different tool. The free plan covers 1 service, so a shop with several offerings moves to a paid plan quickly, and the features a booking-heavy business tends to need, such as calendar sync, deposits and waitlists, sit on Pro and Pro Plus. Enterprise is quoted through a conversation, with prices starting at $449 per month.
