What Workiom is
Workiom is a no-code, AI-first work platform where business teams build their own apps, automations, forms, reports and AI agents in one place. The homepage line is "Build apps. Run agents. Own how work gets done." It is written for operations, HR, IT, marketing and leadership teams that want ownership of how work gets done "without turning every request into a long IT project." The company claims "30,000+ teams" use it. The footer reads Workiom, Inc., and the site is offered in English, Arabic and Turkish. The pages do not name a headquarters.
The product covers 3 things. It is an app builder, with lists, fields, relationships and templates. It is a workflow automation engine with triggers, branching and API calls. And it has an AI layer: an assistant named Mila that builds apps from a prompt, AI fields, AI widgets and autonomous agents. All of it lives in one workspace, so a reader arriving from workflow automation or AI builders finds both covered below.
What you build and how
Apps from a prompt or a template. The AI app generator is the fastest start. The page says to say "CRM for agencies" and watch Workiom AI build it, "lists, fields, relationships, and all." You can drop in documents, notes or just your thoughts, then preview, adjust and launch. The homepage describes the same thing through Mila: "Tell Mila what you need in plain language, she creates your apps, answers questions, analyzes your records, and guides you through what to do next." The alternative is the template library, which is grouped by area. Human resources templates include Employee Training Management, HR Team Project Tracker and Hiring. Startup templates include Smart Helpdesk, Meeting Management and Meeting Agenda. Manufacturing has a Logistics Planner, Contractor Management and Facilities Management. Architecture has Site Analysis and Survey, BIM Collaboration and CRM for Architects.
Data. Apps are built from lists with fields and relationships. The product page presents views as a way to "see your data the way your team actually works," and the pricing comparison names views among the core elements, alongside seats, active apps, records per app, storage, automation runs and permissions. The platform pitches itself as the replacement for running operations on spreadsheets and status meetings.
Forms. Forms collect data "from internal teams or external stakeholders, with no-code conditional logic that adapts to each respondent," and the data lands directly in your workspace.
Automation. The product page says the AI-powered automation engine "handles the routine, so your team focuses on work that actually requires human judgment." The pricing comparison shows the building blocks: create, update and delete record actions, send email over SMTP, notify a user, if/else and switch flows, a loop action, find record, recurring and time triggers, webhook and API calls, send Gmail and send SMS. Runs are metered as executions, which matters when you size a plan.
Reports and collaboration. Reporting and dashboards come directly from the live workspace, and the company says "every chart updates in real time." A collaboration and tasks area keeps assignments next to the data.
AI. The AI page lists 4 pieces. The generator builds apps. AI fields "summarize, tag, or extract insights" from a plain-language description, and you choose the output and when it runs, on demand or automatically. AI widgets and agents can update or summarize live data based on your setup. Agents "go beyond single-step automation": they pursue goals using context, tools and decision logic. The homepage calls them AI colleagues working 24/7. On control, the AI follows your workspace's permissions for lists and fields, and you can preview, tweak and approve any AI output before it is applied. The page adds that "all AI actions happen securely within Workiom" and that your data stays private.
Integrations. Workiom says it "connects with 4,500+ apps via Zapier and Make, plus a full REST API." The automation list adds Gmail and SMS actions.
Publishing and users. Workiom is a hosted workspace rather than a site publisher. Its end users are your team and any outside people who fill in forms. The pages do not describe native mobile apps, custom domains or code export.
What the pages state about plans and limits
The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. That is a trial, not a free plan. The page says all plans include built-in AI credits, storage and automation, and the comparison table is organized around seats, active apps, records per app, storage and automation runs. The pricing page names no base plan prices in its comparison text, so confirm those before budgeting.
The add-ons are fully priced. Storage is 100 GB at $10 monthly or $120 yearly, 1K GB at $50 monthly or $500 yearly, and 2K GB at $75 monthly or $750 yearly. Automation executions are 1K at $20 monthly or $240 yearly, 10K at $100 or $1,200, 100K at $300 or $2,600, 150K at $360 or $4,300 and 250K at $420 or $5,000. AI credits are 250 at $30 monthly or $300 yearly, 1K at $120 or $1,200 and 5K at $600 or $6,000. Credits are used for app generation, editing and AI field runs, and you can track and top them up in settings.
The FAQ states that you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from account settings, that any major credit card works, and that you need no previous technical experience. The refund answer is blunt: "No, we do not offer refunds." If you cancel before the next renewal date, you keep access until then.
The customer stories page names Seder Group, Vera Clinic, Mosa Almosa Group Holding, Unifonic, the Saudi Ministry of Finance, Electrip Global, the Renault service network and EMAAR. The site also links to a Trust Center and an ISO Policy, but the pages do not state which certifications apply.
Who it suits
Workiom suits an operations, HR, IT or compliance team that is running a process on spreadsheets and wants an app, a form, an automation and a dashboard built around one set of records, with AI doing some of the building. The company positions it for company types from small businesses and startups to enterprises and government, and the solutions menu lists manufacturing, construction and real estate, medical healthcare, professional services and media.
The caveats are practical. Plans meter seats, active apps, records and executions, so a team should price those against its own volume before it commits, and extra automation and AI credits are separate purchases. There is no refund. The pages describe an internal-workspace product, not a way to publish a public website, store or mobile app, and they mention no code export or custom code. A solo builder shipping a customer-facing product would look at a different category of tool.
