What Awaz is

Awaz is a cloud-based AI voice agent builder. You create AI agents that answer and place phone calls, book meetings and take actions around the clock, and that also work over SMS and WhatsApp, without writing code. The home page pitches "Human-like AI voice agents to handle outbound and inbound calls, book meetings, and take actions 24/7." The site speaks to sales teams, e-commerce businesses, local businesses such as retail stores, restaurants and service providers, and agencies, and a full white-label tier is built for agencies that resell voice agents. The footer and pricing page give the operator as Digital Influencers Co., with an address at 2261 Market Street STE 10067, San Francisco, CA 94114. Awaz runs entirely in the cloud, so the FAQ's answer to "Do I need to install Awaz?" is no: you open it from any device.

What you build and how

Setting up an agent starts simply: the home page says you give the agent a name, select its language and accent, and set it up to handle tasks, then "instantly train AI Agents with your data" through a knowledge base. On top of that sits a drag-and-drop editor for multi-step workflows, and you set the agent's personality, tone and dialogue flows. A reviewer on the pricing page calls the flow builder "intuitive." Voice customization covers speaking rate, speed and patience level, and the platform lists sentiment analysis and diarization, which it says tackles interruptions and detects conversation endings. Agents can hold conversations in "over 30+ Languages," and the pricing page lists voices from ElevenLabs.

During a call, an agent can do more than talk. The home page lists sending SMS and WhatsApp messages during the call, transferring to a live human agent, collecting customer data and triggering actions through Zapier and webhooks, sending emails during or after the call, and scheduling appointments with calendar invites, using real-time availability. The same agent can be deployed across voice calls, SMS and WhatsApp, which is why it also belongs under chatbot builders: one configuration covers a phone line and 2 messaging channels.

A Campaign Manager sits beside the builder for outbound work. You "select your list or upload contacts, setup a schedule and go," and it handles scheduling and tracking for calls, messages and follow-ups. The use cases named on the home page are lead qualification and follow-ups, event invitations, 24/7 customer support and applicant interviews.

Analytics cover the review side: real-time metrics for call volumes, engagement rates and conversions, transcripts and call recordings for every conversation, and campaign reports.

Integrations are named in the site menu: GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, MailChimp, Salesforce, Calendly, Shopify, Make, Zapier, Twilio and Telnyx. The pricing table adds that you can connect your own Twilio or Telnyx numbers and your own WhatsApp, and that every plan includes Zapier, Make, API and webhooks. API documentation is linked from the guides.

The white-label tier turns Awaz into your own product: unlimited subaccounts, a fully branded app with your colors and logo, a custom domain with SSL, client management, your own subscription plans where you set the cost per minute, payments collected through Stripe at a 2% transaction fee, unbranded transactional emails via Sendgrid, a native Intercom integration for support, affiliate management, and onboarding support for setup.

Learning resources are a large part of the offer. A Guides section links to video tutorials, a Help Centre, a No-Code Masterclass with step-by-step DIY guides, and API documentation. The masterclass builds read like a list of things people make with it: an inquiry response agent for educational institutions, a reservation system for travel agencies, a loyalty program assistant for retailers, an appointment manager for personal trainers, a feedback collector for retail chains, a customer service bot for online marketplaces, a support agent for SaaS companies, an appointment setter for marketing agencies and a sales agent for commercial real estate. Industry pages cover automobile, SaaS, mortgage, insurance, recruitment and banking.

Case studies show outbound use: a US-based e-learning provider raising webinar attendance, a U.S.-based advertising agency streamlining cold outreach, a German marketing agency specializing in TikTok advertising that books more sales consultations, a Dutch real estate investment firm calling potential investors, a private university in Singapore filling postgraduate admissions, and a Malaysian coaching institute raising attendance at a free 4-day AI Masterclass valued at USD $1,697. The home page plays recorded calls in English, German, Portuguese and other languages.

What the pages state

The pricing page lists 3 plans, each marked with an asterisk:

  • Starter, $29/mo: 5 AI agents, 3 users and 3 calendars, with calls at $0.40/min billed by Awaz.
  • Pro, $97/mo: unlimited agents, users and calendars, with calls at $0.34/min billed by Awaz.
  • White Label, $297/mo: unlimited agents, users and calendars, calls at about $0.12/min billed by Retell, plus the white-label features above and a dedicated support manager.

SMS and WhatsApp are listed as unlimited on every plan. All plans include a 14-day free trial and a $10 credit, and the FAQ answers "Can I try Awaz for free?" with "Absolutely!". That is a trial, not a free plan.

Support is stated directly. The FAQ says updates are added for free, that email, chat and Zoom support sessions are offered, and a Discord community is listed on the pricing page. On data, the FAQ says private data is not shared with third parties or advertisers: "All the data, customers, and everything else in your account are 100% yours."

The company says it is "Trusted by Over 1,000 Brands Worldwide," and its headline claim is that its agents are "so human-like that 95% of users can't distinguish it from a real person." The home page also promises the ability to "Launch 1 Million Calls per Minute." Testimonials on the pricing page come from agency owners in the United States, India and the UAE, a recruitment agency, an e-commerce head in the Netherlands and a university owner in Singapore; one agency owner says webhook and API support is "plug-and-play for tools like n8n, Twilio, and Google Calendar."

Who it suits and who it does not

Awaz suits a small team that wants outbound calling campaigns and an always-on phone agent without engineers: a local service business, an agency testing cold outreach, or an e-commerce shop that wants product questions answered by phone. Agencies get the most complete package, since the White Label plan covers branding, client billing through Stripe and subaccounts. The guides and masterclass material lower the entry cost for people new to voice agents, and the 14-day trial with $10 credit lets you hear the agent before paying.

The caveat is the cost model. Per-minute call charges sit on top of the monthly fee, and on Starter $0.40 a minute adds up quickly for a busy line, so estimate your call volume before you pick a plan. Starter's limit of 5 agents and 3 users also means a growing team will move to Pro early.
