What Autocalls AI is

Autocalls AI is a voice agent platform that automates customer phone calls and WhatsApp conversations with customizable AI agents. Its FAQ describes it as handling outbound (proactive outreach) and inbound (responsive) calls for lead qualification, customer support and appointment scheduling. It is aimed at small businesses that want a virtual front desk, sales teams that want automated cold calling, and agencies that want to resell voice AI under their own brand. The company's site pushes a "create your agent in 60 seconds" pitch, and another headline promises agents that handle calls like real people, deployed in 15 minutes. The intended audience is people who do not want to write code or wire telephony by hand. The home page sums it up as an all-in-one platform for AI phone calls "in 100+ languages with 300+ integrations and full compliance".

What you build and how

You build a phone agent, not an app. The editor is a step-by-step wizard the site calls a quick prompt builder: you tell the agent how to behave during a call, and the FAQ says you do not need to be a prompting expert because templates are provided and the agents are built to cope with loosely written prompts.

The data layer is a knowledgebase. You upload files and websites, including PDFs and images, and the platform can crawl full website contents. The FAQ adds that any document holding company information can train the agent, such as a presentation website or internal process documentation, and the call-center pitch mentions injecting support procedure documents so the agent answers from your own rules.

Logic and automation work at 2 levels. Inside a call, the agent can interact with your systems in real time and forward the call to a human agent when the flow needs it or when the customer asks. Around the call, a no-code automation builder uses triggers and actions, and the FAQ compares it to Zapier and Make. The site says you can integrate popular tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho and Cal.com and build automations using drag and drop, and it claims "+300 tools" ready to connect to an agent's flow. For scheduling, the pages name GoHighLevel, Calendly, Cal.com, and Google and Apple calendars. The FAQ also says Autocalls can integrate with most existing phone systems.

Outbound work runs through campaigns. You import leads from files, or automate direct calling from tools like HubSpot or forms. Call volume is described as "+50 calls in parallel" on the same phone line, so a queue does not form behind a single caller.

The channels are voice and WhatsApp. The WhatsApp AI chatbot automates WhatsApp conversations, and the white-label offer describes "Full omnichannel: Voice + WhatsApp AI chatbot + Chat," so the same agents serve chat as well as calls. On voice, the site says it supports over 100 languages and accents, each with hundreds of natural-sounding voice options, and AI voice cloning lets you clone your own voice for an agent. Telephony is "Batteries included": the platform bundles voice providers, LLMs and dedicated phone numbers from 150+ countries, and if you already have numbers they can be connected over SIP from the dashboard. Detailed reports expose recordings, transcriptions and customized charts for every call, and the platform tour mentions real-time analytics and call tracking.

The pages group the product into ready-made solutions. The AI receptionist is a 24/7 virtual front desk. The AI answering service picks up calls so none are missed. AI cold calling covers outbound sales at scale, and the site says agents can follow up leads, qualify prospects and book appointments. Call center automation covers both inbound and outbound queues, and AI appointment booking has the agent book meetings during the phone call. Industry pages named on the site include restaurant, legal, car dealership and debt collection.

There is also a white-label route. The site invites agencies to offer AI voice solutions as their own by white labeling Autocalls, and notes that spots are limited. It says a white-label platform can launch in 24 hours with unlimited subaccounts, Stripe rebilling, custom dashboards, white-labeled docs and 1-to-1 partner success support. A free live demo lets you enter your details and have an AI representative call you; the call ends automatically after 5 minutes.

What the pages state

The pricing section lists 4 plans, each shown with 2 dollar figures and a Monthly label, next to a Yearly toggle marked "2 months free".

  • Starter plan, $27 beside $34. 120 included minutes, then $0.20 per extra minute. 1 assistant, 1 outbound campaign, 3 calls in parallel, 1 cloned voice and 900 no-code automate platform runs monthly.
  • Pro plan, $103 beside $129. 700 included minutes, then $0.16 per extra minute. 5 assistants, 5 outbound campaigns, 10 calls in parallel, 5 cloned voices and 10,000 automation runs monthly.
  • Agency plan, $199 beside $249. 1700 included minutes, then $0.09 per extra minute. Unlimited assistants and outbound campaigns, 500 calls in parallel, 10 cloned voices and 100,000 automation runs monthly.
  • Agency whitelabel plan, $355 beside $419. 3500 included minutes, then $0.09 per extra minute. Unlimited assistants and outbound campaigns, 1,000 calls in parallel, unlimited cloned voices and unlimited automation runs monthly.

The page prints both figures in each pair without labeling which belongs to which billing period. There is no free plan; the free demo call is the way to try the voice quality.

On compliance, the site says "ISO 27001 · ISO 9001 · GDPR · HIPAA" in its security banner, and the longer text says GDPR and TCPA tooling is built in, the platform is aligned to EU AI Act guidance, it is ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, and HIPAA compliance is available for enterprise. It also lists encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs and configurable retention policies, plus consent prompts, opt-out handling, calling windows and Do-Not-Call and suppression lists.

For social proof, the site says agencies and businesses rate Autocalls 4.9/5 on G2 and 5.0 on Capterra and Trustpilot, and it shows a review from Akul Bansal of Cars24, listed as a company with 10,000+ employees. He says "I don't need an engineer to automate processes; it's very sweet and simple," says he connects it with CRM tools like HubSpot, and rates it 10 out of 10.

The company also gives away a free 156-page first-edition PDF, "Your $0 → $50K MRR voice AI playbook", described as strategy, scripts, real pricing and financial models for launching a white-label voice AI agency. It needs no credit card.

Who it suits and who it does not

Autocalls fits an agency that wants to resell phone agents and needs a white-label plan, a small business that wants an after-hours receptionist and calendar booking, and a sales team that wants outbound campaigns driven from a lead file or a HubSpot trigger. The per-plan assistant, campaign and parallel-call limits are stated, which makes it easy to size a plan against a real call load.

It is less suited to a team that wants a visual conversation designer with branching nodes, because the described editor is a prompt wizard plus a separate automation builder. Overage minutes are billed per extra minute on every plan, so a busy line on the Starter plan can outgrow its 120 included minutes quickly. HIPAA is offered for enterprise healthcare rather than on the listed plans, so a regulated healthcare team should expect an enterprise conversation.
