What Luklak is
Luklak is a no-code and low-code platform for running business operations, written for Vietnamese companies and presented in Vietnamese on its site. Its headline reads "tự tạo mọi chức năng công việc đặc thù mà không cần code", which says you can build every work function specific to your business yourself, without code. The builder is a manager or process owner rather than a developer: the sign-up form asks for your role (from CEO or founder through director and manager to staff), your company size in bands from under 10 to over 500 people, a region of Vietnam (south, north or central) and when you plan to roll out software, from within a month to just exploring. The company says it is pioneering no-code and low-code for operations ("luklak tiên phong mở đường với nocode & lowcode"), and it describes the product as one system in which work management, workflow automation, live chat and customer service all run on the same no-code core.
What you build and how
The no-code core. The page sums up the promise in four short lines: drag and drop it yourself, create the feature yourself, wait for no one, and use it the same day. Luklak says its core hands a company "luklak lego" pieces, building blocks with enough logic that a business and each employee can assemble their own functions and later reassemble them differently when needs change, without buying new software. Every function runs on one "universal object", an abstract unit with logic and behavior flexible enough to fit many kinds of work, which the company gives as the reason separate functions work together without integration effort and why it needs no "SQL database phức tạp" (complex SQL database) underneath.
Building a function, step by step. The page walks through the build in six steps. You define the function, which it treats as the equivalent of one specialized app with its own tightly defined process. You define data fields, because Luklak lets you attach a set of custom fields of many data types to any kind of work so every item carries the information it needs. You define the process by dragging and dropping states, flows, conditions and automations, which the company says also makes it easier to train new staff and standardize work. You configure automation that connects data and workflows across the whole system and with outside apps. You set up reporting, where Luklak Filter answers questions about the state of work and a Dashboard builds visual, multi-dimensional reports. And you customize permissions and notifications.
What people build. The page lists template examples that read like a catalog of departments: task and project management, request and approval, asset tracking, construction management, HRM, inventory tracking, advanced CRM, manufacturing supervision, IT helpdesk, equipment maintenance, employee onboarding, supply chain operation, creative and design, customer service, marketing campaign, expense tracker, product development, contract management, social media planner, roadmap management and contact management. The company says these prebuilt functional templates sit on the same no-code base, so a business can use them at once or drag and drop to create similar ones. For the project management category, task and project management is the first example on the list.
Workflow and automation. This is the second category the product belongs to. The universal workflow is embedded into every universal object, so you can define a process for any data object or feature you create, with states, flows, conditions and automation. The page says you can drag and drop to build BPM, SOP and CMMS processes as you want them, and that "automation giúp kết nối và tự động hóa đa dạng các tác vụ khác nhau", meaning automation helps connect and automate many different tasks, raising efficiency and cutting manual errors.
Chat in the data. Luklak claims to be the only no-code and low-code system in the world that merges communication into the builder. It lists issue chat on every work item, data point and generated feature, team channel chat and personal chat, plus a work newsfeed that shows updates without opening each item.
Query without SQL. Its natural query language lets you filter, query and aggregate data across the whole system from the universal object, in place of SQL queries that need deep technical knowledge.
Permissions and notifications. The permission scheme defines who can see which work and take which actions, and the notification scheme sets who is notified of which events. The page gives the depth in numbers: 25 permission events and 13 notification events.
Integrations and API. Under "Tích hợp dễ dàng & sâu rộng" (easy and deep integration) the page says there are ready configurations for popular apps, plus webhooks and an open API for deeper technical integration. The logos it shows include Google, Zalo, SMS, Gmail, Google Drive, Twilio, Google Sheets, OneDrive, Airtable, Telegram, Hubspot, MySQL, MongoDB, Typeform, Facebook Graph API, Calendly, MS Excel 365, HTTP Request, MS Outlook, Dropbox, Google Calendar, OpenAI, VOIP, Mailchimp, Discord, Github, Postgres, Notion, GraphQL, and WooCommerce, Shopify and Stripe triggers.
Apps. Every function you build is available at once in the desktop app and the mobile app, on one unified interface. The page argues the desktop app matters for work people do all day, keeping it stable and free of browser distractions, while the mobile app lets them follow and respond to work anywhere.
Plans, claims and customers
- Price. The page repeats the same line several times: "đăng ký dùng thử, miễn phí mà" and "dùng thật thì 90k / người / tháng", meaning sign up for a free trial, and real use costs 90k per person per month. The company presents the five product lines (business chat, work management, workflow and automation, no-code and low-code, customer service) as one Luklak, so a business pays for one account rather than ten.
- Claimed gains. Against commissioning custom software, the page claims 90% lower cost, 40% better output quality and 300% faster adoption, because features are ready the same day and the people who know the work design them. These are the company's own figures.
- Consultation. The main call to action is "đăng ký tư vấn", a request for a consultation, alongside the trial sign-up and video walkthroughs, one of them built around a CRM example.
- Customers. Testimonials come from named users. Anh Lê Hữu Phước, director at commerceX, calls Luklak "cả 1 nền tảng tư duy về quản trị công việc" (a whole way of thinking about work management) and says he has never been hooked on a work management tool like this. Anh Thanh Bùi, CEO of Icomify, says his company had used it for about 2 months, for real, replacing its other management and communication tools. Anh Vũ Trường Giang, founder of Ka Cafe, says it was designed from a business manager's view, along lean management lines, rather than from an engineering mindset.
Who it suits and who it does not
Luklak suits a small or mid-sized Vietnamese company that wants one tool for tasks, requests, approvals, processes and internal chat, and wants its own managers to assemble the functions. A construction, manufacturing, supply chain or IT service team can start from the listed templates, and an operations lead who thinks in states, fields and permissions will find the building steps familiar. The per-person price is simple to reason about, and the integration list covers both everyday tools and databases.
It is a weaker fit for an international team that needs an English interface or English-language help, since the site is in Vietnamese throughout. And because everything runs on Luklak's own universal object rather than a database you query directly, a team that wants to work in SQL will be working in the platform's query language instead.
