What Zenler is

Zenler describes itself as "an all-in-one online course platform built for course creators, coaches, and trainers". The features page promises "Everything You Need to Create, Sell, and Grow Your Online Business" in one account. That covers courses, a site builder, funnels, email, a community, quizzes, live sessions and payments, so the reader it fits is a creator who would otherwise stitch together a course host, a page builder, an email tool and a community app. The pricing page says Zenler is "Loved by 60,000+ course creators across the globe", and a company blog post describes it as a UK-based online course platform that lets creators teach worldwide and charge in multiple currencies.

What you build and how

Courses and quizzes. Courses are the center of the product, with graded quizzes and surveys available alongside them, and analytics that generate detailed reports for the site, courses and students. Digital downloads are unlimited. On the pricing page the company lists courses, community, email, funnels, automations, quizzes and live sessions as part of every plan.

Websites. Under Build, the features list names a "Powerful Site Builder" to create websites with drag and drop. You can run multiple sites "at no extra cost", set up a custom domain or subdomain, and drive search traffic with a blog. That is the reason Zenler also sits in the websites category: the site is where the course storefront lives, and the same account runs more than one of them. A customer story on the blog describes a creator who spent over a year trying to build a website on another platform without getting it where she wanted, then built it in Zenler on her own domain.

Funnels and landing pages. Under Sell, Zenler lists "Marketing Funnels" with lead magnet, video series and survey funnels "all built in". These are what place it in the landing-page-builders category. The funnel types are the specific shapes the page names, so expect templates for collecting leads and warming them with a video series rather than an open design tool for any page.

Selling and payments. Payments can be one-off or subscriptions, through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. The sell-online page says you set the pricing structure once and Zenler keeps collecting, that "All of these work at checkout", and lists order management and multiple pricing options. A branded mobile app on the AppStore and Playstore is listed under Build.

Email and automation. Automations "easily automate business with targeted emails", and broadcasts create and schedule newsletters.

Community and live sessions. The community is described as a place to "share ideas and drive engagement". The company's blog says its community features, especially gamification, are unusual among course platforms, where a separate community tool is usually required. In its membership comparison, the company says Zenler brings courses, memberships, communities, email, live sessions and payments into one connected platform,. A blog post also says Zenler includes enterprise-level Zoom built directly into the platform. Live sessions appear in every plan's feature list, and the plan difference is "more live sessions".

AI agents. The AI agents page is explicit about the idea: agents that "act on their own", trained on your courses, students and content. It lists 4 agents. The Re-engagement Agent is live now. It watches students, noticing who has stalled mid-module, who hasn't logged in and who is one lesson from finishing. It sends a personalized message based on exactly where the student stopped, and follows up if they don't respond. The other agents are marked Coming Soon.

Integrations, API and admin. The pricing comparison lists Stripe and PayPal integration and Zenler Mail on every plan, and third-party integrations, white labeling, EU VAT collection and reporting, and bulk import of people from Pro upward. Developer API support is listed on Pro and Premium, and single sign-on on Premium only. A company blog post adds webhooks to the kinds of integrations Zenler supports. The pricing page also lists EU GDPR compliance on all 3 plans.

The evidence from the pages

The pricing page lists 3 plans with a monthly and an annual toggle. Starter, "for beginner course creators", is $57 a month billed monthly or $47 a month billed annually, with 1 site, 5 courses, 1 community, 500 people, 5,000 emails a month, 2 marketing funnels, 10 live sessions, 50 videos and 1 site admin. Pro, the most popular plan, is $117 a month or $97 a month billed annually, with 3 sites, unlimited courses and people, 20 communities, 100,000 emails a month, 100 funnels, 100 live sessions, 10 site admins, 20 instructors or course admins, 3 custom domains, live chat, memberships and bundles, certificates, assignments, subscription and installment pricing, and AI agents with 1,500 AI credits and 5,000 support agent messages. Premium is $347 a month or $277 a month billed annually, with 10 sites, unlimited communities and funnels, 500,000 emails a month, 300 live sessions, 20 site admins, 100 instructors or course admins, 10 custom domains, single sign-on, priority support, 3,500 AI credits and 15,000 messages. 24/7 support and concierge migration are listed on every plan.

Beyond the table, "There are no transaction fees on any plan", the difference between plans is "scale - more sites, more emails, more live sessions - not locked features", and Pro plans support unlimited people with no per-student fees, with the same flat monthly rate "whether you have 10 students or 10,000". It offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.

The sell-online page adds a price comparison. It lists separate tools at $199 a month for a course platform, $189 for community, $120 for coaching, $197 for email marketing, $79 for live webinars, $99 for gamification, $97 for a funnel builder and $99 for memberships, and sets "$660 vs $97" against what you pay on the Zenler Pro plan, with the line "Save $563 each month". Those are the company's own figures for competitors. The homepage carries testimonials with student and revenue figures, for example a creator with 4,844 students and $1.8K monthly revenue, and another with 9,018 students and $1,949.92 monthly revenue. One testimonial says the creator is on one of the early member pricing plans. These are creators' own numbers, selected by the company.

A customer story on the blog adds that the decision to join came partly from the creator program: a team, training, workshops and a community around the creator, which matters if you expect onboarding help rather than a bare tool.

Who it suits and who it does not

Zenler suits a course creator, coach or trainer who wants to pay a flat rate that does not rise with student count, keep sales free of platform transaction fees, and run the course site, funnel, email, community and live sessions in one place. A creator who wants a storefront site of their own, not just a hosted course page, gets the site builder and blog. Someone who wants AI follow-up with lapsed students gets the Re-engagement Agent today.

The caveats sit in the plan table. Starter leaves out custom domains, memberships, certificates, subscriptions, third-party integrations and the AI agents, so most creators who want recurring revenue land on Pro. Single sign-on is reserved for Premium. Several AI agents are still marked Coming Soon, and the funnel types are the shapes the page names rather than an open page designer, so the trial is the way to test whether the site and funnel tools can shape your offer.
